Our stay was nice. Friendly staff allowed early entry. The shuttle was great took us to many spots. After check out was allowed to store luggage and enjoy pool area until later flights.

We didn’t know it till we got into our room that we were upgraded to and bedroom suite, which was a nice surprise. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Not too many choices for non-meat eaters. The breakfast sandwiches all had meat in them.

Nice convenient place! Downside was hearing loud music that continued until 11 pm. Sounded like a club was near by.

Good for a short stay with family. Room and facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and professional. The included breakfast was great and well stocked. Down side was house keeping only comes every other day, soap dispensers in shower were empty, and additional pillows were not available when requested to accommodate our family.

Great stay! Very quiet and everything was clean and comfortable. My only little issue was that theee is not bacon or sausage on the breakfast bar but other than that it was good. Great please to stay before an early morning flight

The first night got there the system was down so they couldn’t give me a room key. They had to physically take everyone to there rooms and it never was a problem with a long wait. It was very spacious room and had everything you needed. It was close to lots of food spaces.

Although I gave a 5-star rating there were 2 minor issues. #1, the first room that I was assigned to was not cleaned properly. I was given a different room, and it was excellent. #2, to no fault of the hotel, the guests above me were EXTREMELY loud. I had to put in a noise complaint.

I enjoyed mt stay at the hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful and professional. Our room was clean and spacious. I utilized the airport shuttle to and from the airport. Both drivers was professional. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. Thanks to the entire staff for a wonderful experience.

This property and staff was very nice. When an issue came up they helped to make it right. When booking, you'll get a better rate directly. DONT BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA, THEY LIE AND DON'T HELP WITH PROBLEMS.

It would have been perfect if noisy people wasn't staying above us. Big people should stay on the bottom floor because they make to much noise when walking.

Our stay there was a breath of fresh air. We did not have to worry about anything. The rooms looked nice and were very clean. The staff were so friendly.

The Peloton bike in the gym was not connected to the network.

The only thing missing in rooms was the ability to utilize the microwave due to an electrical issue. No other options were made available to guests and this made my stay kind of an inconvenience.

Hotel staff were very kind. The king suite was perfect for our quick weekend family getaway! I’m going to miss the omelettes from breakfast! Breakfast staff was so kind as well! I’ll book this hotel every time I come to Jax!

we booked 2 rooms back to back within 2 minutes of each other. one with a king and pull out and one with 2 queen beds and pull out. The hotel called me about 10 minutes later and said that there was a glitch in the system and the king room wasn't actually available and that there were no other rooms in the hotel. They had already cancelled the king, and I told them we were a family of 7 traveling together and all had to be at the same hotel because there were 4 kids and 3 adults all in the same van, so if they didn't have the king room we would need to cancel the 2queen room as well. She replied "ok, it's cancelled." I have not received a refund. We had to book 2 rooms at the another hotel instead - I called them directly to be sure that wouldn't happen again.

I have always liked the Home2Suites hotels, the rooms are spacious and having an included kitchenette in the room fit all of my family's needs. An overall AWESOME stay each of the three or four times my family and I have stayed there.

The front desk person (a woman) on Saturday, June 8 at @ 1 p.m. was awesome. I would make sure to keep her, as she's excellent.

Shampoo and bath wash were broken off wall and 1 container top broken but we could still use it 😉 Wish breakfast was till 10 as it’s challenging to be down before 9, for vacation guests!😎 The rooms were nice, no spoons, beds comfortable!
Only issue was guests above walked with heavy steps, but I think that is a flooring issue…

We stayed here for one night on the way home from Daytona to visit the Caddyshack (lion & tiger wildlife sanctuary) which is very close. Breakfast was good and we all slept well. We had intended to use the pool, but it rained. A great place to stay if near the airport.

THE STAFF WAS AMAZING AND THE PROPERTY WAS LOVELY. CLOSE TO AIRPORT WHICH IS GREAT. WOULD RECOMMEND.

The customer service was very good, and checkin was quick. The room was clean and up to expectations. I liked how they put welcome with my name. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful, and they even had utensils for food. Highly recommended!!

Convenient to I-95. Staff was friendly. Room was spacious. Breakfast was ok but not as depicted in signage. Bed was comfortable but needed firmer pillows. There was a sports team staying here who returned to hotel after their win and celebrated well into the early morning hours …. Until at least 2am… in the hallway and on the front patio. I did not complain but felt like the staff should have controlled the outside situation better.
