Location ideal for exploring Seville yet in a very quiet and safe area.

The property was lovely - great location, tasty brunch, and very kind staff. The only drawback was that our air conditioning wasn’t working.

The hotel is very nice and very conveniently located. The staff was very accommodating. The room was very comfortable, and we got the pillows we requested which made our night sleep so comfortable. The only thing that we found peculiar was that the room we booked was nothing like in the photos. First we were offered this room that had as a ‘balcony’ the bottom of a well. That is, a space on the first floor that extended all the way to the top of the building, like the bottom of a well. The room we were switched to was very nice but had no balcony, as shown in photos when we books the room. We were told that the specs of the rooms with that denomination are not quite the same. All in all, while we did appreciate the comfort of the hotel and the kindness of the staff, we did not appreciate being deceived in booking a room.

A beautiful hotel in the heart is Sevilla. Placed within walking distance of all the main attractions around Sevilla. But the main reason to stay is the staff. Always friendly and amazingly helpful. From our warmest of greetings to their city to cooking porridge for two fussy English. They really did make our stay a wonderful experience.

Gem of a hotel in old town Seville. Walkable to everything. Great room and amenities. Exceptionally friendly staff. We loved our stay there. One thing to improve: the restaurants and breakfast dining room needs a better chef.

We wanted to book this hotel for 3 people. For some reason, the settings changed after I typed it in, and it was actually booked for 2 people. We figured this happened for another hotel a few days before, so we called Expedia and Unuk to clear things up. Unuk told us we had to upgrade to a suite which was more than double the price that we had originally booked the room for. We had just missed the cancellation deadline, so they were completely not flexible. As we were figuring things out, they charged my credit card over 24 hours before our check-in time. They had specifically told me that we would be charged upon arrival, but the clerk told me he was afraid that we'd cancel so he charged us. I was very upset, as they kept telling me that I could not cancel or modify my reservation since I missed the cut-off per their policies, but they went against their own policies and charged me ahead of time. When we got there, everyone was nice, but I was very upset about the way they run their business.

Great and friendly service from all staff

WOW!! Loved every second of our stay here. The entire staff was so professional and attentive, it truly made the experience. Rooms are beautiful with lovely amenities including the shampoo, conditioner, and complimentary water bottles every day. Don’t forget to have the breakfast!! Wonderful servers in the restaurant as well. Couldn’t have picked a better location for first time visitors. Would recommend 10/10 and would stay again without hesitation!!! :)

This is a great location, you must avoid the rooms on the first floor, we had to move and pay an upgrade fee even though we are Gold with expedia.. The deluxe rooms are small and our first room had window with just views of the internal walls of the hotel.

I loved everything about this hotel. Can’t wait to go back.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a while. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. The pool area is small but has lovely views. And the staff were extremely helpful and friendly! A great choice for a city break in Seville.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms are spacious for the city centre and the pool area is nice. The breakfast was however definitely not 5*, bad quality food and there were ants all on all the pastries that were out in the buffet. Don’t pay extra for breakfast when there are so many good food options in Seville.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff

Hotel stuff was supper nice and was always offering different things like water, umbrellas, etc; food was awesome as well. The room is not as big as you would accustom in American hotels, but still big enough.

The property is terribly overpriced. Unfortunately my booking was nonrefundable, otherwise I would not continue staying there. The complete experience is disappointing and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. At that proce range you can stay at a much better hotel in Sevilla
