On our last day, there were ants in the shower, on the toilet, and the floor. This is unacceptable and I have not heard yet from anyone from the hotel regarding this matter.
The woman at the desk did move me to another room which was appreciated.

It was very pleasant! We got in real late, thankfully the person who was at the desk at that time was nice. Room was clean and comfortable, the only negative thing was that the shower couldn’t be closed, so water ended up in the bathroom!

This has NEVER happened to me in all of the years of travel. And I travel a lot. I had a biz call that ran over and needed an extra half hour to check out. The attendant at the front desk charged me $10 dollars per $10 minutes for this. In addition, I called the desk three times to ask and she answered just to tell me to hold - didn't ask if I could hold - and put me on an endless hold. I was checking out and she did this to someone else who was calling in. I checked out on Sunday at 11:34 am. The night before, I was ordering dinner at the bar to take to my room and there were several people at the bar who are in the military (there for a conference I think) using profoundly bad language and the bartender didn't intervene to ask that they watch their language. There were two tween-age children in the dining room who could hear everything. I saw my receipt today for the extra 30-minute charge. So very petty. This hotel was not busy. I did not know of this brand - Cambria. Not a good experience.

Very clean and nice decor. Comfortable bedding. Enough towels. Love the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. The sink, however, should have tile underneath and not carpet.

I’ve stayed here many times and what brings me back is the service all around. Front desk is fantastic as well as anyone I’ve encountered working at this property. Located near woodruff road, shopping, dining and Whole Foods.
They also offer complimentary bikes for an hour with your stay so you can explore the vicinity.

Fantastic hotel!! So clean, the room was wonderful, the bed and the pillows were so soft. I loved the Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom. A little on the pricey side but it’s so worth it.

The tub was not clean. It was a dirt ring around tub. And hair in tub. I had to clean tub. Hair on the towels. And when my child was running around with no socks my child hair and dirt on the bottom of her feet

I came to visit for my birthday with my husband and 6.5 month old son. It's in a nice area accessible to alot of dining and shopping such as Target and Walmart. They offered a shuttle service but we had a rental so didn't take advantage. Staff was very friendly and nice especially to the baby😊. Would definitely stay again if ever in Greenville.

Room cleanliness was below expectation. The shower was not thoroughly cleaned it has hair from previous visit. Bathroom sink has hair on it. The couch has wads of hair under the cushions and has never been vacuumed. The stay was very quiet, with the fire pit at the pool could have extended hours. The staff need more training and discipline. In my last night about 3am I went down stairs to start packing my car and the front desk lady was in the dining areas sleeping with the lights off. When we approached the desk earlier in the night along 10pm we were looking around for who should be at the desk and the same lady that was later sleeping was in the sitting area just talking and sitting with others before she came over to the desk. The consecutive snacks should be open 24/7 for convenience I wanted to make a purchase at midnight but was told the area was closed. Overall the stay was average and the price was good

The property was very clean. The staff was friendly. The room wasn’t cleaned daily but prior to booking it was stated they would only clean upon request during your stay, which was fine with me since I was traveling without my family this trip. It was close to shopping and restaurants.

We are considering moving to the area & Sharon, your front desk person was very helpful & friendly. Her suggestions were helpful in our decision. Please ensure she gets the breaks she needed because she had worked 3 shifts & we were there only for 2 days. The property was great as always

Love the room with all of the hooks and the snack bar. The shower had some mold but loved the shower head.

Convenient location and profesional service from staff. Yet there were several issues with our room. First my wife found red makeup stains around the sink and smudges on mirror, there were crumbs on one of the beds and when we used the iron to press a shirt, a smudge of something sticky transferred to my shirt.
Location is accesible to I-385 & I-85. There’s a shopping area nearby and a Whole Foods Market. Nice property if they paid more attention to the rooms.

This hotel was fairly new, which I refer. Nice pool and patio out back. Lots of new developments, hotels, restaurants, departments stores and shops. The cons were the traffic and road construction. Felt safe, would stay here again.

We only stayed the one night, but the place was clean and the staff was really friendly. The only thing that was just so-so was the water pressure in the shower. It is terrible. We got caught in the rain earlier that evening and we had better water pressure from the rainstorm than we did from our shower. If you have thick hair, it will take ages for the water to actually wet it. There was no water pressure issues with the faucet or the toilet, just the shower.

Clean hotel with sufficient space for us. I was disappointed in the TV options since the smart TV options couldn’t be used for login of personal accounts or you couldn’t see the local channel guide. Patio and lounge area was perfect! Bar area was also very nice, though I didn’t use it.
