Location is superb for the easy walkable access to SURIA KLCC. Place is nicely furnished. Would hv helped if the 2 bedroom comes with 2 toilets/bathroom. There was only one bathroon so the occupant in 2nd bedroom needs to knock on the door to enter the bathroom in the room no 1

The checkin and out process was very fast! No time wasted. The elevator was fast. The room and bed were spacious and parking area were many and easy.
The only downside is that the house keeping didnt clean the room properly.

Great location close to , mall, hop on hop off bus. Hotel is clean and well staff. Bed was comfopetronas towersrtable, room spacious, and beautiful view. Nice pools and gym, and quiet location. I only wish check in wasnt so impersonal. The computer screens are so large you cant see the staff sitting behind them.

Unfortunately, the bad odor of sewer gas coming from the bathroom was very overwhelming. Even after I switched rooms, I could still smell the strong odor, making it unbearable. The room itself was new and very clean, but the surrounding neighborhood was quite noisy, with loud sounds from the busy traffic.

房間設施新，整體清潔很好，但周邊環境不怎麼樣，外界馬路的噪音很大。

Nice suite, nice equipment. Don’t expect a hotel service though. The opening our for breakfast is just the time for the doors to be open, but the breakfast is not ready at that time.
We have asked for housecleaning 2 days in a row without service.

Very confortable stay. Easy access to KLCC sulia for shopping. The pool on 6th floor was clean and not clouded (big enough). We enjoyed cooking local foods from a super market nearby. Kitchen tools are storaged in a room including a wine opener, cooking pans, knives etc. House keeping service was also well managed.

We booked the room with two beds - there is a spacious kitchen and living room. But there is only one toilet in the master bedroom - this means the others need to walk in and out of the master bedroom is they want to use.

The Queen Bed in the second room had no space. The room had no closet for keeping cloth or anything. Just putting a bed, the property declared it a 2 bedroom property. This room could at best be a study. I chose this property assuming there would be to decent bedrooms, but alas not staying there again.

7 stars for this place! We stayed in one of their 2 bedroom suites for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. Beautiful views, clean rooms, friendly staff who go above and beyond.
We were offered an early check in on arrival which made a world of difference. Housekeeping is available and did a great job every day. Room has all the amenities you want for a short stay. The views and location are spectacular. Also got a massage st their spa, 10/10 for this too
I will definitely go back to KL just to stay here once again.

Great place to stay in the city. Close to Petronas towers and a big mall. Easy to get a Grab for anything further away. Felt very safe here. Lovely gym and pools. Staff were friendly and communication through WhatsApp was very fast. Would definitely stay again.

Best hotel we have ever stayed at in Malaysia. Everything was perfect and the hotel’s facilities were impeccable. Both pools had incredible view. Cleaning was everyday and they always provided toiletries, coffee, tea and water. Security downstairs was amazing, they were very nice and amicable and would always open the doors for us. The hotel is so close to the centre and our room had a view of the Petronas tower, it was simply stunning. If we ever come back to KL, star suites klcc will definitely be our first choice. I thank the staff for everything and for making our holiday so special.

Really great location, both pools were lovely particularly rooftop pool with view of the Petronas Twin Towers. Very clean and comfortable.
With 4 of us staying (family with teenagers) would have liked a separate bathroom rather than all sharing one ensuite accessed via one of the bedrooms.

Property was in a very central location to transport, restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions. The suite was clean, spacious with a great view of the city. There were some strange plumbing noises that may annoy some people. No shampoo/conditioner for our seven night stay. Unlike hotels, there is no tourist information provided or offered. Overall the stay was great.

Star Suites was a good option for our family of four on a 3-night stay in KL. We enjoyed on-site pools and rooftop views. Having in-room washer/dryer for
laundry was a big plus as this was at the midpoint of our three-week vacation. The location is good overall, relatively close to Ave K and Suria KLCC malls, Petronas Towers, and KLCC metro stop, all within a 10 min walk. We were a bit annoyed with the lack of information/written instructions on how to use washing machine. Staff onsite use WhatsApp to answer questions, and while they were responsive to our questions, the info provided was not very helpful and confusing. Overall, don’t expect typical hotel-style service from staff; communication is minimal. It’s self-service in most aspects, which should be expected given the residential design of the complex. Good value overall.

Very central and very well priced. Master bedroom had very little room around the double bed. Had to crawl onto the bed from the foot of the bed. It had no window either. Quite claustrophobic. The second bedroom (with 2 single beds) was lovely and spacious, with an amazing view. Bathroom was fine. Kitchen was token, but who’s cooking with so many food options around.

Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area.

The condo was extremely beautiful and modern. Nice furniture the bathroom was very well built and good taste. The kitchen was extremely well designed, the view from my bedroom and the pool and gym was fantastic, the staff was very kind especially Eason who gave me my money back . What I did not like fighting to get my money back $200 and giving me wrong email address to complain?? And I am sure will never receive a respond from you?? This is the part I don’t like ? You try to steal money from tourists because office is close ? So what happens when you leave during the night or early in the morning? You receive my complaint by mail hoping to hear from you ? I Doubt I will receive something from you?

- Key card provided didn’t allow us to get through the parking gate at midnight upon arrival and was accused by the staff of getting in using another guest’s key access. We had booked two rooms, the first group checked in at 3 pm and my group arrived at midnight. Reception was no longer in service at that hour, so the first group handed us our key card for parking. Our key didn’t work so we had to use first group’s card to tap in. Even leaving the property, second group’s card couldn’t work and was stuck at the gate of the parking lot.
- Key card issue, no access to 69th floor and the gym. Got locked out from our room before check out time at 12 pm.
- Low water pressure in the shower.
- AC in the main room doesn’t work.
- Towel hanger was not secured to the wall, fell off upon putting towel on.
Third time staying with Star Suite. This will my our last time. Paid in full without the proper enjoyment of the amenities.
