Our room was very cold when we arrived. It took about 6 hours to get to a comfortable temperature. The lobby, bar, and restaurant are handled by one person at night. It’s not a full bar. The restaurant wasn’t open at the hours listed.

I was expecting a functional restaurant/bar and grill. Checking in was great, but the girl at the desk after was very unfriendly, I think her name was Louise. I had asked for a for a wake-up call, which I did not get. Room was excellent as far as cleanliness 👍👍. Breakfast ok!

Great place to stay! Bed was very comfortable and the room was huge. Bathroom has a nice walk in shower with excellent water pressure.

When I arrived at the hotel, they could not locate our reservation. I had booked two rooms and they could find nothing. I had my confirmation number my itinerary information and there was no finding my reservation. The staff was so helpful. They found us their last two rooms and accommodated us at the rate that we were given through Hotels.com. This could’ve been a complete disaster. Had the staff not been so helpful with us. We were there moving family members from one state to another. So for us to arrive from another state and not have the hotel have our reservation was very concerning. I can’t say enough, how helpful the staff was I would recommend this hotel 10 times over. The breakfast was great. The rooms were fabulous. The service was exceptional. The views are impeccable. It’s very close to everything or not far from anything you would like to get to.

Loved the location. The room was very quiet. We were not greeted when we checked in and our credit card has an unexplained charge for $64 dollars plus a $15 incidentals charge.

Great location, new facility, lovely view, walkable to shops. Accommodate us and our 2 dogs passing through. Clean and tidy, super friendly staff, would recommend/stay again!

Room was quiet, bed was comfortable, loved the back deck with fireplace overlooking the water. Next time we will get a room facing that side. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is new, well designed, and comfortable. Very nice location on the lake. Breakfast at Hyatt Place is one of the best breakfasts we have had in our travels with lots of options. We needed to clean the pool with the net prior to swimming in it (lots of floating things) and when we needed assistance in the night with a loud guest above us, nobody answered the phone and the front desk was unmanned. Otherwise would have been a great experience.

The hotel was in an ideal location right off the interstate close to all major sites yet far enough to relax in a quiet suburb. It overlooks a lake with a walking path around it. The hotel has a patio with lounge chairs and fire pits too so you can enjoy the view. The rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast was well supplied. Great place!

I only rated this three stars overall because the room had an adjoining door to another room that had load children. Otherwise this facility was average to slightly above average. Would not stay at this place in the future due to adjoining room doors and noisy kids in that room.

The room was large, nicely decorated, and modern. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the blinds were broken. We expected more from the breakfast after reading the reviews. It was just a typical continental breakfast.

The hotel lobby and rooms were very nice and clean. The walls are so thin you can hear everything in the rooms around you including walking. There was a great man made lake with pathways to walk around.

Nice rooms and overall facility. View of Lake Lorraine was nice at night. Soft comfy beds. We didn't ever find the restaurant it talked about but we didn't try hard either.

Hotel was easy to get to and very nice. Only issue was the bathroom was not cleaned very well. Lots of hair left in the bathroom from previous occupants. Otherwise the rest of the room was very clean and temperature was great.
