It was the dirtiest unkempt hotel ever!! Had their kids running all around, leaving messes! Family with a child screaming till midnight, and I believe was friends of the owners! Whole property was filthy, Ill never go back!

Running toilet, leaking sink, phone not working, holes in the wall, horrible breakfast, which I believe was the same exact heated and soggy hash brown patties for three straight days, and the door not recognizing the key cards more than half the time really makes us never want to stay there again. Ever.

The breakfast is a joke and the gym is bad equipment.

The breakfast was horrible - strawberries still sitting in the plastic container unwashed and rotten , coffee that has the consistency of water with a slight tint of brown . Frozen hashbrowns, it forced us to have to go and eat elsewhere costing us to pay additional money for breakfast . The rest was clean and fine with the exception you could smell sewage in the lobby …

This place was a huge disappointment. The service was abysmal. The rooms were dirty, we had two. My room had a large and noticeable bloodstain on the floor. The sheets had what appeared to be makeup and brown streaks on them. There was no room service. Do not recommend

Short staff, breakfast not available and room was OK

Well no hand towels, no wash clothes, no bath mat (are you kidding me) ac was unplugged, the breakfast was an absolute joke. It consisted of a hotplate with sausage links and old fruit. I have never stayed at a Radisson before and i never will again.

You get what you pay for. There wasn't breakfast and the hall was filled with trash because house keeping wouldn't pick it up.

I did not like that i could not use the pool, limited dining, no phone for guest services and only one elevator was working. photos online didn't represent actual hotel.

Wear body armor and prepare to be psychologically challenged I don’t even know where to begin. Upon arrival, we were told when we asked there was no breakfast even though this was advertised as part of our hotel stay. They offered us $5 McDonald’s voucher. Besides the fact that this could potentially buy us one cup of coffee and a single fry, my travel partner and I stayed there for a sporting event, leaving that type of cuisine off of our list. The rooms were outdated. Our literal toilet seat was peeling and had embedded stains on it. The mattresses were awful- old and it felt like if you weren’t careful, you might sink into the middle. But that’s not really the major kicker- we discovered bed bugs in our room. We used the Seek app to identify the strange creature on my friend’s pillow. We then moved the bed and there was a live bug hanging out under the bed. At this point we realized we might be carrying some of these buddies home with us and let’s just say we were ready to pour bleach all over our bodies and seal ourselves in plastic bags. But first, we decided we needed to have our money for the two-day stay refunded. I mean really- that’s fair. The staff then started to really mess with us. When we went back to the room to show staff where we saw the bug and the disgusting blood stain on the sheets from a potential nightime ambush, our initial little friend had already crawled back to safety. The staff accused us of using stock photos and said the pillow wasn’t theirs.

We checked in and went to the pool, we could not use this because it was too dirty, you could not see the bottom of even the shallow end. So we then went to an outdoor pool that was close by. When we returned the floor we were staying on, level 6, they had started renovation works while we were out, it stunk of paint thinners and the room numbers had all be replaced with tape. The smell was so strong it was hard to breathe. The hotel did move us to another room but about 2 hours later another couple entered our room having been given the key by reception as their room, this could of been a disaster if we were not there as they could have taken our belongings. I would not stay here again

There was painting going on, but their contractor needs to not make such a mess in the hallways and the elevator. Also, we had shampoo that had already been used a little and a bottle of conditioner that nearly empty. This was a little disturbing since these should be replaced for each new guest. Beds were comfortable, but high. Overall a decent room.

We had 3 ppl in the room. I couldn’t get a cot for the extra person. Also there was no breakfast

Very strange atmosphere. I think a few families must live there. No maid service and limited towels. People hanging out in the parking lot at all hours… leaving behind cans and garbage! The young lady at the front desk tried her best to be helpful under ridiculous circumstances! The pool was the only saving grace!

Upon entering the facility, it smelled overwhelmingly of patchouli. We had no shower curtain in our room but they did give my husband one to put up when we brought it to their attention. The bed was comfortable. The hotel amenities listed breakfast but was told renovations were going on and no breakfast. We were given $5 gift cards for McDonald’s. A service that we didn’t require was the hotel shuttle which if it was needed I would be leery of riding. It looked like a poorly maintenanced, rusty bucket of bolts.

The bathroom doorknob was completely missing, so bathroom didnt close. We stayed 3 days and room was not cleaned. They had a door hanger to request room service which we put on the door, but room was still not cleaned or fresh towels given. Only given 1 half finished roll of toilet tissue was in the room when we checked in. We had to go downstairs and ask for another roll on our own.

Apparently, this location is under new ownership and/or management at the time of our stay. The upper floors were being renovated, apparently, and there were no guests on those floors. Our room was on the second floor and had some conspicuous inadequacies which should, hopefully, be addressed during the renovations, such as a phone that did not have a dial tone, no locking mechanism on the door for the bolt to attach to, and lesser issues, such as no shower curtain which we had to obtain from the front desk and install ourselves since our request for housekeeping went unanswered. There were other issues, which were not necessarily the fault of management, such as a pack of rowdy children roaming the halls, screaming and carrying on late into the night. However, no staff members arrived to advise the children and/or their parents that screaming and running down the halls at midnight is not acceptable behavior in a public establishment. We wish the new owners/managers the best with their new endeavor and hope that they will be able to address these issues in the future, we, however, will not be there to see it.

We were given out room upon check in and the refrigerator and microwave did not work. We were moved to a new room and it did not have toilet paper or towels in it. I took a shower and put my towel on the towel bar. When i removed it the towel bar fell off the wall. Our room was on the 5th floor was under construction and the carpets filthy. The hotel in general was very dirty. Wont ever stay there again

This place was the worst places I have ever stayed at! From the time we stepped foot into that hotel I knew it was going to be the worst stay. Staff is very rude, the place is filthy. The floors in the are dirty and sticky. There was trash everywhere. The rooms were passed gross. The sinks were leaking, leaving the room floor with nothing but puddles. The tub was filled with mold. The sheets and covers smelled like they never washed them. The room itself smelled terrible. I had no choice but to stay there for the night because we didn’t get there till almost midnight. I WOULD NEVER book there again.

Clean, Nice Staff, loved location. The only problem was there was too much noise in the Halls with children screaming very late and sometimes into the morning hours after midnight. Also was expecting Breakfast Bar open & it was closed.

Good experience overall

Don’t waste your money here, plenty of competition in the area. Rooms were nice but without frig, microwave or enough bath essentials. No coffee cups, no glasses. Ice machine unplugged, phone didn’t work. No housekeeping. Breakfast advertised but none available. It appeared as manager was living in the hotel along with additional friends and family in regular rooms as their children were running in the halls after 9:00. I can’t believe Radisson would fly their flag on such a substandard property.

Had to return to front desk and get a new room since tv wasn’t working.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The only remark I have is there was no breakfast however the Hotels.com site indicated that it is included with reservation!

Noisy, room locks do not work at times, roaches on the floor, only coupons for breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

keycards wasn’t working on 1st 2nd or 3rd try it will turn green & not open. the toilet got backup twice doing the stay then our 1st keycard stopped working had to get another card. and that one stop working after one entry to the room

I don't like leaving negative reviews, unfortunately this hotel left a lot to be desired. Checking in, the gentlemen was frazzled because he was multitasking. When we chose this hotel the description stated breakfast was included, however, upon check in we were handed a paper with the wifi code and that's also where it stated that no breakfast was being served because of on going renovations. First, I was under the impression it was a full breakfast but the notice stated light continental breakfast. If that were so, then why not adapt and still offer a "to-go" continental breakfast. Moving on, the hotel is in need of renovations. It's dated and in disrepair. We did not have a do not disturb sign for our door so we thought we would need to request housekeeping & didn't think much of it, until 8 am when housekeeping is knocking! She was kind enough to give us a sign but I can hear other guests getting angry because housekeeping was knocking all because signs were not provided. We did request, at the front desk, for our room to be done upon returning later in the day the room was not done. The following day we let the front desk know and requested that housekeeping please come because we needed clean towels and toilet paper. Once again, no housekeeping. Had to locate the housekeeper & ask her myself. We had to stay out of our room for 45 min, after being out all morning. Overall, clean, good location, good italian restaurant next door to hotel.
