I received a handicap room which Ii did not request. It was okay.

The room was clean and comfortable. If you wanted breakfast, you had to pay for it when you ordered it in the morning.

Very nice newer hotel, large room, comfortable beds, great counter space and lighting in bathroom. (Tap water tastes terrible, however.) Missed having free breakfast and a microwave in the room, nice to have when you're on a cross country road trip. Walls are pretty thin as the hotel was crawling with people on the Saturday night I was there, and on the first floor (which I requested as I was traveling with a dog), it was very noisy with boisterous guests (and children). Fortunately it quieted down by 10 pm. But it's convenient, right off I-90, and they do have a restaurant with dinner options. However, there's lots of food nearby, including a most excellent poke bowl place (F&F) that delivers.

It was very nice. My only complaint was that I paid for breakfast and I wasn't given the vouchers when we checked in

We needed a place to stay overnight on our way from Chicago to our home and we thought we’d give the Holiday Inn a try because of its location and the pricing. Entered to discover a lengthy line at registration, probably created by timing but also seemed to be because only one person on duty knew how to properly use the system. Took close to 45 minutes to get registered and issued a key. Thankfully the rest of the stay was quite good. The room was clean with only a couple very minor exceptions, and surprisingly quiet given how crowded the place seemed and that we were on the first floor next to the parking lot. Staff was friendly and professional and the property was in good condition. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

Had a great time, only issue we had was we asked for towels multiple times and was told we would get them but never got them.

Check in was ok, carpet in room had 3 spots that had big holes and looked dirty, breakfast at hotel we paid for and received the worst eggs I've ever had seen. Were literally black/ burnt, could not eat and housekeeping never came to empty garbage or stock new towels. Very disappointed

Room was modern and clean, stayed on the 3rd floor heard stomping from rooms above. Parking lot gets very full overnight hard to find parking and some people take double spots. There were also U-Haul and Dump Trucks (taking up many spots) parked in the lot.

Nice place. Need to do something about the loud doors and have more coffee available. Beds were soft. Rooms were clean.

Fantastic service

Clean seemed pretty new accommodation near I90. No outdoor grounds to get excited about but did have nice outdoor area with seats to relax in. Comfy beds. Refrigerator tiny and no freezer in it. The location being near the interstate makes it a good single night stay for travelers. But when breakfast listed as amenity we assumed it was free just like most similar overnight accommodations would have. It was not, hence a potential 4 star rating became 3 stars. Breakfast for us was in nearby McDonalds instead.

Very clean and quiet room. The ciew of lake Erie was a nice bonus. Restaurant on site and other dining options close by.

Everything was very clean, staff very friendly and courteous. Very quiet even with the hotel being full every night.

Did not like that it was all laminate flooring. The bathroom door would not stay open for circulation of hot humid shower air (and no exhaust fan). Light switches for some lights were concealed. Liked: Room was dark and quiet, though hallway doors slam hard and noisily. Bed was comfortable. Easy to control room temperature.

It was great but the coffee was constantly running out at breakfast - it got emptied by guests as soon as it was put out and took a long time to brew.

Very clean and modern. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were spacious and super clean no grime around grout or hair anywhere. Would definitely stay here again.

First time staying here and was impressive. Room was a nice size and super clean. Beds are comfortable. Shower / bathroom is large. Everything was great. Would definitely recommend

The staff were awesome and very helpful.

The wait for breakfast was extremely long. Over an hour. No fault of the staff, A large party of 12 arrived before us and held up the flow. Maybe find ways to help the staff handle larger crowds. Staff was polite regardless.

Returning guest for one-night stay while traveling cross-country. Finding a reliable hotel in Erie has been challenging in recent years, and this hotel has been my “go to” since it opened. Unfortunately, there are still kinks to be worked out. At check-in, I was given room key cards that didn’t work, and the front desk agent apologized and corrected the problem. Since the hotel is relatively new, I was surprised to find my room had two areas of carpeting that were completely worn, and the shower drain barely worked. In-room Wi-fi was spotty at times that I couldn’t run multiple devices. Breakfast was reasonably priced and a healthy portion, but in choosing not to add breakfast to my room bill, I had to walk over to the front desk to pay - weird. Overall, it’s decent hotel where I’ll continue to stay for the right price. But they need to do better at looking after the details or they'll become like all the other Erie hotels I’ve left behind.

Room was great. Service at the breakfast bar, not so much. Our room included made to order breakfast and each morning the hostess/cashier was unpleasant and the tables were dirty.

Erie was a stop on a cross-country trip moving my daughter back east. The hotel was very convenient, clean, and comfortable. The AC worked well, which was very important given the heat and humidity.
