Beautiful property and a beautiful stay! Will be back!

Everything was amazing. Food , staff , pools , property.

It was great! Check in was rough and our room wasn’t ready WAY past when they said it would be and then when we finally got our keys, one of our two rooms for our family room hadn’t been cleaned. But other than that hiccup, it was a good vacay!

Disappointing

I’ve stayed here multiple times they have changed something’s you no longer get snacks in the mini bar unless you pay to join there “club” also very strict on eating the restaurants on the adults only side even though we were not with any kids. Before you were allowed too

Beach is very rocky and does not look like the pictures. The fire alarm went off in our room all 5 nights we were there and woke all our little kids up. Got no sleep. Service is very slow and limited things for kids

This property is great. We got a room upgrade. Beside that the staff are the most friendly people around. We had plenty of food drinks and activities to do during our vacation highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. The pools are very nice, and it wasn't packed, which made the visit very nice. The spa was great, and my kids enjoyed their time at the beach (Rocky) and with the kids' club. Claudia, Karla, Paola, and Jenny from the kids' club were very nice, and my kids wanted to stay there every day. That allowed my husband and me to enjoy the secrets and VIP/Preferred areas. I recommend getting access to those areas; they make a difference. The only downside was the construction right next to the hotel, so the photos of the jungle surrounding the hotel were inaccurate. Half of the hotel has to hear the construction noise and see workers, trash, noise, and construction materials as you enter your room. There are some minor maintenance details on the hotel.

I didn’t like the fact that you cannot jump in the pool after spending a lot of money and 7 PM is really too early to not be able to use it. I am very disappointed. I rented for one day checked in at 5 PM and was not able to jump in the different pools and couldn’t get on one of them because of your guises policy kind of ridiculous when you’re paying $900 per night

Th check in was awful. The front desk greeted us with upgrades and representations that all inclusive package purchased with Expedia came with bottom self liquor; not as advertised. After a long day of travel this was unexpected and made for a miserable welcome. We were also not properly shown to our room since we did not want the upgrade or vacation club presentation. The property was also under construction and this was not posted when picking a hotel on Expedia & this impacted the noise & views. Once we made it to the room, the remainder of the stay was very good as the food and service were fantastic but the negatives impacted the entire trip

The location is amazing. The facilities are impressive. The staff members were always polite and helpful. Room size is very comfortable. The food variety and quantity is praiseworthy. One complaint we have is the distance from room to restaurant. All in all we give the resort AAA

Everything was great! Really clean and all the food was delicious. Rafa at the pickleball court was of great help.

It's a beautiful resort. Our rooms were very far away from the beach and dinning area. There was no direct elevator to our floor. 2 flights of stairs, then elevator. Or still walk quite a distance to first elevator, then walk again to get a 2nd elevator. Restaurants were limited. Only 1 convenient store and was very expensive. We are Expedia Gold and did not get an upgrade

Excellent resort!! E has an amazing time but would stay at the Secrets side next time. Absolutely amazing vacation destination.

Upon arrival they tried to charge us extra money for my son saying he is a teenager and hence should be treated like an adult. When I told them categorically "no", they tried to upsell me on extra amenities that are only available for "adults". Cheap sales tactics is not what I expect from a high end all-inclusive accommodation especially when I was on the road all day and simply want to relax. Other than that our stay was nice and my family enjoyed it.

Property is nice and clean. Staff is friendly and nice. We went with a large party 26 of us. The food everywhere was decent not great but I wasn't expecting a lot because every all inclusive is the same. The pool area should've had more music and action but we loved the heated pools for the kids. Not being able to go to all the restaurants with kids sucked too. Also this hotel is far from the airport so expect to pay another 300 round trip for kids and stay at the hotel only. All in all I have stayed at a lot of all inclusive hotels and this one was just ok for the price. I wouldn't go back with kids. Maybe adults only on the secrets side. That looked more fun. Also the tile floors are super slippery. We all almost died multiple times around the pool and in the room. Not sure what idiot picked those slippery tiles everywhere but it's not safe at all. The staff is great so Cudos to them.

Excellent property, well cared for... beach was ok

I like that there was a lot of dining options as well as activities for guest to enjoy.

Beautiful property! The lay-out is at times difficult to navigate. The property is HUGE. I can literally take 10-11 min to go from the back of the property on the 7the floor to the beach; needing to use 2 separate elevators or stairwells and a zig zag of corridors. It was overcast or raining 6/9 days of our PV trip. The water drainage/sitting puddles at the hotel is not great. There was water draining from the ceilings and down some of the walls. Staff did a good job keeping up and keeping everyone safe. We saw whales daily from the beach- was easier to see when overcast out. The wait staff were great! At the buffet MIXTLI was awesome, friendly, great service, felt like she really knew you and loved her job! The front staff, especially CANELO was very helpful and friendly.

This was our first all inclusive, the people were very friendly and helpful. They make you feel at home and work hard to make your time enjoyable.

I am so disappointed either in Hyatt or hotels.com or both for a misleading me into upgrading my room. I paid an 1000.00$ extra for an ocean FRONT room that in reality was barely an ocean view. Never again 😠

It was an okay experience. We stayed as a group for a friends wedding and paid a premium price. I feel like they’re not as classy as the price warranted. Service was hit or miss. We will not come back unfortunately.

We loved the property we really liked the pickleball courts but did not know u had them. U need to put a tarp over the courts to help with the sun we had a butler Deny that was very helpful The food was awesome we would of loved to sit in the cabana but they should of been used with no cost

Breathtaking views

The property is beautiful and the staff and management do a fanatistic job of ensuring top quality experiences!

They don’t really have a parking lot, all the rest is nice.

Hi, first of all this was my fourth r Time at the hotel with my family for me in the most importanthing was the the Kids Club, Ana and the other ladies did amazing service

Great service all around

The number of elevators was lacking for the size of the resort. Also had to take 2 elevators to get to the 6th floor and higher. One to the fourth floor, than a bit of a hike to the next elevator to go up again. Took a couple of days to navigate without getting lost. This was a very big resort with so you do get your steps in. Staff was great, amenities were great too. Very rocky beach, water shoes recommended. Waves were very rough so not a place to wade in and snorkel. Pools were good, the kids' pool was great for the slides. Having another cafe on the 4th floor was a bonus. Beautiful resort overall.
