The bathroom was full of mold which you will get a terrible headache. Breakfast is such plastic food that should be shameful by Japanese standards. Avoid this hotel if possible.

The staff could generally speak some English, which made communication easier. Hotel was pretty new and clean. Room was good too.

Good location

Right beside Tanukikoji facing the main street. Nicely designed hotel, space just enough for moving around and opening luggages. Lighting is really 'bespoke', minimalist with a touch of retro fittings. I stayed only 1 night just for the Sapporo winter festival, and glad I choosed this hotel.

The hotel room is so small that we can't even open the baggage completely, is even smaller than hotel in Tokyo. Location is convenient with parking available.

Staff at check in wasn’t friendly and gave the stink eye. Other than that rooms were clean (albeit small) and comfy. More of a standard Japanese business hotel. Breakfast was affordable with great variety of food

very clean and quiet and near shopping centers

Overall the room is clean but the toilet bowl was noticeably not cleaned properly and the first impression was disgusting. Other than that everything else is ok. No daily room cleaning for our 2 days stay.

Cozy, quiet, a location with easy access to public transportations. Also liked a breakfast buffet.

The design in the room is well done, from the layout to the lighting. For the price and the location, it will be my choice for the return trip to Sapporo. The staff at the reception was very helpful, unfortunately I didn’t catch his name.

Not happy as I suppose the Carpark is included and free but turn out it needs charges but not specified in booking details

The interior was nice, the room was clean enough, the breakfast was good, the location was convenient, the staff professional, which is all quite nice. But my overall impression of the hotel was 'overpriced.' Supply-and-demand-wise the price is probably fair, but subjectively it came as 'for this service, I do not find this price fair.'

Staff can speak english relatively well, hotel is just a stone throw from tanukijo shopping street. All kind of food easily accessible, must try 23 hrs open ramen next door

Not the best budget in town with unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Unprofessional and ineffective check in process.

Enjoyed very much, especially the breakfast there. Lounge is also good for people to try some tea or coffee. Room is not very large though enough for 1 or 2 persons. Receptionist is not very good at English though polite to provide guidance with prepared instructions.

Hotel location is incredibly convenient, with so many landmarks being so close by. - Tanuki Koji Shopping Street (Block 1) is literally next to the hotel - Sapporo PARCO Mall is a 5 min walk away from hotel - Nijo Fish Market is a 4 min walk away from hotel - TV Tower is a 5 min walk away from hotel - Odori Station Exit 35 (stairs only exit) is a pedestrian walk away from hotel. BOOKOFF, animate Sapporo and Gamers Sapporo are right next to this exit. Highly recommend this hotel with its nearby shopping areas, dining areas, tourist spots and station exit. Tip: If you're bringing a lot of heavy luggage, go to Exit 36 of Odori Station instead (opposite the street of Exit 35). There's an elevator that brings you between ground level and station level. Mainly purposed for bike parking, but anyone can use it.
