Third time staying at this property. It is very close to downtown Charlotte. Private parking. The room itself has everything you can ask for. Very comfortable, like home. I would give it 10 out of 10. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, atmosphere, great and had all the amenities we needed. This was super close to restaurants and night life. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Overall, it was a great experience and I would use Kasa again! The space was really nice and included many amenities like a full fridge, oven, sink, etc. that you don’t get in your average hotel. This would definitely make me want to travel more and stay at a Kasa. I also liked being able to “check in” virtually and not have to wait on anyone for anything, especially as we were in a hurry to get somewhere after we arrived. The “apartment” was very clean and updated!!! I definitely appreciated that. My only “complaint” would be that the entry directions could have been more clear. I am a teacher, so I always give ‘explicit instructions’ and I could have used them upon arrival… It wasn’t super clear which building we were going to (no label on the outside) and it was definitely not clear which door we should go in. We got “lucky” by Maps leading us to the building, but I wasn’t even sure it was the right one as, again, nothing was labeled. We also guessed which building door to go in and just picked one. It wasn’t clear which floor we would be on either… there was a 4 in front of the room number so we thought maybe 4th floor but it was on the 1st floor… luckily we happened to just start out on the 1st floor and check out the room numbers and found ours eventually. Lastly, I received a text after we did the dishes that we didn’t have to do the dishes. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice to know. :) Oh, and the tv didn't work. Not a big deal for us, but still…

Great place, we loved the apartment especially with everything to cook a meal in the kitchen. Loved it!

Check in was so easy and simple! Kasa was always there if you ever needed help with ANYTHING! 100% recommend

Price value for the location and type of room was insanely amazing for this place. For the price of a standard hotel you get a full gorgeous kitchen with everything you could want in it. Two huge tvs placed well in the living room and bed. The couch and bed themselves were like little pillows of happiness. Honestly, even with small critiques I could make, you can't really do much better here. This is one of my favorite stays of any hotel I've been too. You also get the option of doing the entire trip through virtual means so that means no check out desk, and everything is just left to your own devices. It's nice and I loved every second of it. I will say as a footnote, make sure to ask by text or at the nearby building that is the main host for the property about using the pool. Apparently they only keep it open for certain seasons and I wasn't aware so we went in and then were told to leave by a polite police officer. Outside of that though, I would give this place 3 thumbs up.

I've stayed at this Kasa twice, each for a week-long stay. First time last year was great, no complaints. This time was last week and it was a totally different experience. I booked my stay months in advance and requested an apt on a higher level; I was given a 1st flr unit, fine. I asked to be moved to a higher floor as soon as I checked in. Around 8p they said a unit would be ready the next day after it was cleaned. First night was awful, the wall that the bed was against was shared w/ an entryway wall. We heard the door open/ close & people walking the hall night. We REALLY needed to transfer apts. No communication from Kasa the next day, I sent an email in the afternoon. Several hrs and many messages later they finally said the apt was ready at 6:30p (although check in is 4pm). It took 90 more min. and countless messages for them to give me the door code to the new place. They offered no assistance to help me move my things (even though I mentioned several times that I was there with my elderly mom who has dementia). Their instructions were often contradictory, the on-site doesnt communicate well with the off-site customer assistance and then they also send automated responses. New place was on the 3rd floor, much smaller, was missing items (few kitchen supplies, pillows, extra lamps). Worst of all, theres a construction site next door; building more apts. Every morning they began pounding and knocking from 7a to 6p!! They should have told me in advance!

I have to say home away from home was definitely received. It was an amazing area to be and from where I was I could see the lights downtown. I definitely would recommend this property to everyone. The only downfall is the check-in, wish it could be earlier than 3:30pm but other then that, it’s amazing
