2 nights, the bed was hard and the pillows were very thin, requiring to use two which was barely enough support. The breakfast was ok, needing another waffle maker as there was always a line to use the one available. Other than those complaints everything else was fine.

The staff was so friendly. The rooms were clean. Beds & pillows were comfy. Breakfast was great-lots of choices.

A little pricier than I normally want to spend, but I really enjoyed my stay here. My check-in was excellent as the young lady who checked me in was fantastic. My room was great, and the elevators were fast and efficient. Breakfast was very good, the two people working the breakfast area never stopped working. Very enjoyable.

ugh…. Two long days of driving before and after this hotel stay where we didn’t get much sleep... We checked in at 11:00pm, asleep around midnight, then were abruptly awakened at 3:00am by a blaring alarm from the neighboring room. After going to the front desk twice and asking for assistance stopping the alarm she offered to move us to another room. Since it was approaching 4:00am we decided that by the time we moved rooms and fell asleep again it would be time to get up and get going toward our final destination. So we gave up, packed up and checked out while the neighbor’s alarm was still blaring. The front desk associate was unable to provide a refund or discount but assured us the manager would call us. The manager never called us. We had an 8 hour drive ahead of us and would have loved to have had a good night’s sleep. Nice new hotel but, unfortunately, we cannot give a good review because of this experience.

Need better luggage carts. The three wheel carts you currently have get stuck in the sidewalk sections because the wheels are smaller than the section cracks causing the carts to dump luggage and items. Happened to me both at arrival and departure. Both at the front entrance and south side door. Saw it happen to two other customers.

All around perfect! Staff was so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable! Pool area looked so clean and up to date! Common area very clean and fresh not worn down. The best we stayed in this summer. Parking was well lite and security on site.

I felt really safe during my stay. There is an officer there during the day and officers that drive around the property all during the night.

Was booked with family for a one night stay. Property shifted me to nearby sister property to accommodate a large group booking. Great for the large group. Not great for family gathering. Staff was pleasant but it would have been better to ask if it was okay to shuttle me to another property before just telling me.

We loved the cleanliness and safety of this hotel. They have a car patrolling the parking lot and it is so nice inside. The pool was great but a little too cold. The rooms were clean and good water pressure in the showers. The breakfast was probably the best I’ve seen. The staff are so helpful and it was a wonderful stay! Great for families!

Super clean, fresh, and nice place to stay. Seemed to be a newer hotel. It was convenient to get to, there were some restaurants and such nearby, and the suite was so nice to have! The only complaint I have was there was a motion sensing light that would shine green an in a very dark room it seemed very bright

Very clean, newer place not too far from activities but the exit currently is 2 hotels and 2 gas stations only. Good service, clean rooms. Nice employees. Breakfasts were good.
The cost was too high but the area was running high with March madness and other activities. Also why do hotels continue to put smoking areas near the entrance? Good gym area

There was an issue with getting checked in caused by the booking company, However Jessica took great care in getting it resolved and making us feel welcome! Everyone in the kitchen staff ect were the most hospitable people I’ve ever come in contact with at a hotel. I loved our stay!

Didn’t like they had me booked in a handicap room. I was there for 3 days for a wedding and booked months in advance.
After talking with front desk I was able to change rooms. But I shouldn’t have had to argue for this to happen.
