Checkin service was excellent, the room was clean and spacious, with a new design shower. The view was of a wall, which was a disappointment. Breakfast was good but manically busy and not a lot of space in the breaskfast area. Close to town centre so good for a little sight seeing.

Overnight enroute to Colmar. Wanted to stay in Epernay with parking and simply to get my head down. A short walk to the centre and bars/restaurant. A new hotel with a breakfast at a great price. AC. Perfect and happy to recommend.

Location for the purpose of visit to Epernay was excellent. Although machine check in was relatively straightforward & the coded door access was secure we would prefer a person to check us in who could also provide us with information about the area.

There was no wifi, the front desk did not speak English as advertised. The beds were very firm.

This is like a basic Marriott- the front desk is not that helpful the breakfast was just OK- it's basically like a self serve hotel

Very nice straightforward hotel within a 10 minute walk of the centre of Épernay. Large secure car park free for guests.

Good value for overnight stay on way to Alps

Overnight stay for family of 4 with a dog on the way from the Alps to the Eurotunnel. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Easy access, good location and friendly staff.

It was a really nice stay - comfortable, welcoming, quiet and clean. There was an issue with a window closure in my room, the receptionist gave us a different room/an upgrade that had a coffee machine and a bottle of water. Thank you for your welcome! The hotel is very well taken care of, there's a small groccery store that sells local products and bread right next to the hotel and a secured parking.

Close to town, and the family room with extra beds was perfect for us.

the room was a good size. The check in was confusing. We arrived at 2.30pm and as reception did not open until 4pm we tried to use the self check in machine . The machine kept trying to charge us for the accomodation( we had paid months earlier) This was frustrating given that we had already paid. Finally we saw someone inside who advised that if you had already paid you can not use the machine. Also every time you left the property and came back to the hotel you had to go through the process of logging in to the internet. This involved re entering information on about 4 different pages. Very frustrating. Apart from these 2 issues the hotel was good.

Hotel was good for the duration of our stay, but a longer stay would have the need for more dining options close by or better transportation to downtown.

Hotel itself seem d very new and clean. Bedroom floor was lino - great for dogs. Bit disappointed that on a Sunday when all shops are shut in France that the cold drinks vending machine was not working. Helpful receptionist allowed us a drink from the breakfast drinks dispenser instead

This is a nice new concept hotel. I would recommend it even though it’s outside the main streets because it’s just a short walk to get too the centre of town. It’s safe and secure. It’s clean and on budget.

Basic hotel outside the city center. Met our needs for the one night. It was clean could have used some hand towels.

For an overnight stay for a family this was ideal.

Cheap and cheerful - extremely basic, but still very new and clean. Annoyed there was no hairdryer as you’d typically find stuck to a wall in a hotel like this.

I thought the hotel was very good value for money. It is basic and in a slightly more industrial feeling area of Epernay but only 15 mins walk to the center. It was clean, and efficient and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The interiors felt new and modern in vibe. Good stopover option when driving through France.

Location not great as slightly outside of the town. Poor experience at check in which was via an automated system as reception is not staffed until later in the afternoon. Paid in full on booking but was told that the room still needed to be paid for and the on call operator insisted that was the case. No option but to pay again and try to get a refund via Hotels.com. The room was clean but very basic. Pillows were thin and there were no additional ones available. Add that to the hard base and thin mattress and we had the worst night’s sleep of our 2 week holiday. The room was fairly cheap (provided you don’t get charged twice) so you get what you pay for I guess. For me I’d rather pay a little bit more and get a better hotel so I won’t be booking with this chain again
