Both my confirmation email and the website said 3pm check in but upon arrivak at 3pm we were told it was 4pm and we'd have to wait for our room. Housekeeping also entered our room at 8am when checkout it 12pm.

Reserved a king room. Arrived at 4:00 for check in. Was told that they overbooked my room and would get a two queen room. This was a special night for my wife and me so we were not happy. Person at counter obviously could care less that they didn’t have the room. Didn’t offer anything to make it right. In fact i think i was charged the higher king room rate.

I enjoyed my stay and so did the family. It was only for the one night but just bedding and breakfast started our day out correct.

Had a wonderful stay except for the last night when my “neighbors” were super loud until the wee hours.

Check-in staff were friendly and accommodating. The lobby was comfy and had several spaces that accommodated many individuals. Everything was very clean. I was attending a conference at a nearby hotel that was pricier and during hot summer days the other hotel was too warm. At the Hilton the entire hotel remained cool and there was access to nearby restaurants.

Property was clean and so were the rooms. Staff friendly. Cookies in the evening, :)

Hotel was as expected BUT we had to fix our TV because there was no one on staff to help. If it hadn't been easily fixed, we would've been out of luck. The blinds were difficult to figure out. The restaurant closed two hours early despite it being a full house. We woke up to a bug in the room... The staff that was there was great.

The hotel was spotless and I was impressed at how clean everything was. I also feel like this hotel was well designed. I felt like I had everything I needed, it was comfortable and user friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, new hotel in Broomfield. The staff are wonderful and we had a spacious room with a gorgeous view of the Rocky Mountains. We definitely recommend this place. Close to Boulder.

Great new property across the street from the mall.

They oversold the rooms. What I reserved was absolutely NOT what I got. When I asked the staff she basically told said too bad so sad at least I had a room. Zero compensation offered and zero empathy. In fact she didnt mention it at all when she checked me in. I had to come back and ask why I have a king whem I paid extra for 2 queens. She shrugged and said it was the best they could do. Then was told I had a couch in my room and I said there wasnt. She told me I should Go check again - there still wasnt. Very poor customer service. The room was dirty, and had other peoples hair on the bedding too.

Very clean and well maintained hotel.

One of the rooms that we checked in smelled dust as we entered. After turning on room's AC, it smelled terrible like a Dirty Socks. The smell got better after a few days. I believe it is because of the mold grow on the system. The pillows smelled sweat. We couldn't sleep on them. We asked room service to change them but the staff didn't change the pillows and possibly changed the cases! They smelled the same. During our stay, we barely found anybody at the front desk. At our checking, we waited more than 10 minutes for somebody to come and check us in. We reserved two rooms together. The staff were not flexible to give two rooms next to each other or connected even they were available in different floors. Overall, this property is over rated and not as advertised. We recommend Expedia revisiting the rating and condition of this property carefully so that other customers don't fall into the same trap as we did. Not a pleasant experience. Customers don't deserve it.

Front desk lady was super rude.

Easy check in and friendly staff, big and clean room. Hours of operation for the restaurant were until 10pm, but they were closed on the Sunday even though the signs said open and not much around the area for food after 9pm. Location is easy to get in and out of. Only 1 of the 4 USB power points near the bed were working. Would stay again if passing through town.

There was no water in the rooms. To fill up bottles we had to go to gym. The breakfast was too much processed and sugary food. Rooms are confortable. Great automated shutters.

Nice upscale hotel. Clean rooms and modern design. No free breakfast though and did have a few issues with the environment friendly lighting you had to put the door card on the sensor to make them work but otherwise just took some getting used to.

Lovely facility

This hotel is amazing from the front desk staff, rooms, and even the breakfast in the morning was pretty good. The restaurant wasn’t open at the time, so I’m not sure if that had to do with staffing but right across the street is Taco Bell, Benihana, Walmart, Jason’s deli and a lot more, including a huge mall. An uber ride downtown (30min) was about $22, so not bad. Ot’s the perfect place to come and relax!

Pleasant, helpful staff, easy check-in, clean room, hot water with great pressure. The hotel gym is huge and also clean.

Great hotel!

This hotel is super modern and super clean. There is a large fitness center area and a large indoor pool (no hot tub). Every detail was well thought out and I will definitely be back to this hotel!!
