i liked the close proximity to the beach

Very cozy, quaint room, parked directly in front of the door. Nice to have 2 queen beds instead of 2 double beds. Everything nice and orderly in the room. Used it for one night after a Busch Gardens day and it was perfect.

Very spacious, this room surprised me as it had tge bedrooms and bath on a lower level. Feiendly staff and pool was excellent. We will definitely stay again.

I can not give a review because we didn’t stay. It wasn’t at all like the information provided in our selections to choose from. Now I am out $130 when Expedia’s “insurance” proved completely unreliable, inapplicable, and a waste of money. The name shouldn’t say Inn and Suites but travel motel.

Very clean and friendly

Our family of 3 stayed for 2 nights. Staff and owners were friendly and everything was very clean and well stocked. We made the most of the pool and enjoyed two nights of swimming. Pool was well maintained and lights worked for night swimming. AC was fantastic, tv worked great, and mini fridge was clean and worked well. Definitely recommend this place and will be coming back ourselves.

It’s not the nicest of hotels but it was clean and served its purpose for a nights stay. Room had a weird odor but nothing overwhelming. AC was an old window stay unit that made an annoying noise but worked well and froze us out. If your expecting a 5star hotel this isn’t it but if you need a decent place to sleep for the night for a trip to Williamsburg for the price it’s not that bad.

Both beds work great one headboard hits the wall louder than the other. The fan in the bathroom sounds like a turkey getting chased down for thanksgiving but ain’t a big deal. We got the room that looks like my grandmas house and made me feel just like home

My kids & I stayed 4 different places within one week, & this one was by far our favorite. Staff was friendly & helpful, pool was clean, & room was amazing & spacious although dated. You could tell the property is well taken care of just by looking. 5 minute drive to Busch Gardens & 7-11 2 blocks away

Book at your own risk. Had serious questions for them before arriving then I couldn't get anyone on the phone. When I contacted Expedia they couldn't get them on the phone either! Ended up staying elsewhere but still got charged. They said I was a no show when I tried calling for over half an hour.

Wanted a budget friendly place to stay as we decided to take a weekend away last minute. Almost didn’t book this property but extremely glad we did. We were greeted upon arrival by the staff which appears to be a family. This is an older style Motel setup where you can park at your room or not far from it. It was tight but with common sense fine. Walked into the room and was very pleased. A lot of older places have a musty smell and this place did not. It was very clean and you could tell the owners took pride in the property . Newer bed spread and sheets were taken care of. I would recommend bringing your pillow because theirs were very hard but that is my only complaint. Room was spacious with a table and two chairs to sit and eat, an arm Chair to sit and read, a big closet, desk and chair, dresser, and the bathroom was spacious which is a plus in my opinion. The pool was very nice and we were told by the owner being resurfaced next summer, but it was nice irregardless. The house keeping staff did a great job. If you want somewhere to stay for a great price that is clean, give this place a chance. We go to Williamsburg about 4-5 times a year and this will be our go to place from now on.

TV downstairs did not work Tub needs a bath matt. Very slippery

The room was very outdated, however, it was very clean and comfortable. Not a bad option for a short stay.

The people that own and run it are very nice and considerate people. They are very caring and friendly. Would recommend them. The room was very nice and clean.

Actually assigned me a room that was already occupied. A bit unnerving walking into a room with people in it.

It was very nostalgic… Reminded me of places that my family would stay in my childhood. The staff / Owners were extremely friendly, very attentive to my needs. Would stay here again.

We had a nice stay in a little 2 bedroom apt. Had upstairs with sitting room, dinning table, full size fridge and microwave. Only complaints were not enough trash cans and no towels or soap in kitchen. Clean place to stay. Close to Bush Gardens and food.

Property management is extremely rude at this location. And refused to answer the phone calls from Expedia.

Nice and simple. More towels would be nice. One per person with a pool on premise is not enough.

Very friendly And flexible personnel

A quote from my wife the second we stepped into the room. “This looks like the kind of place you get murdered in.” The place was absolutely disgusting. You can’t even imagine. For the love of everything good, do not stay here.

The bed sheet had a cigarette hole when I pulled back the bedspread to get in bed. The smoke alarm made an occasional annoying buzzing so I finally disabled it until the next morning so it didn't interrupt sleep.

Old property but basically clean. Only wish they had better quality towels and pillows. Towels are old and worn thin one was even stained.

Very clean and large room

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!! This place is awful it is dirty and smells like the old cabin that has not been opened in 30 years. I think they got the sheets and bedspread off of the bed that was in that old musty cabin as well.
