The 2 room suite was nice and very practical for our family of 3. The cleanliness was good for this class of hotel and excellent considering the neighborhood. It is located in a modern courtyard with little shops and 3-4 decent restaurants.

Comfortable bed and nice to have a kitchenette. The gym was great and had everything I needed. I had to ask housekeeping to clean my room by the third day despite removing the 'do not dusturb' sign by 11am each day. I'd probably come back if I return to Cebu. The area had great restaurants surrounding it.

The whole unit is spacious, airy, quiet, with good wi-fi coverage and great views of sunrise. It also overlooks the city as our room was located on 8th floor. There are good shops below the unit which was handy for us. Breakfast was great too.
Customer service could be better and should be consistent with all staffs. Some staffs had an offish and non caring attitude while others excel on their customer meet and greet.
Some facilities require an upgrade due to signs of wear and tear from obvious years of use.

Wonderful stay as always. Clean, awesome bed, wonderful staff from housekeeping to security and then there's Princess and Kat always there to welcome your stay. Only complaint has nothing to do with the hotel, taxes IT Park ridiculous. Almost 1000 php a night! Therefore, I will think twice about staying IT Park in the future.

Great stay as always. Room was very clean and the housekeeping staff does an amazing job. I recommend Abaca Baking for some great eats.. right around the corner. If you can, book a room on the front side of the building and you won't hear the dogs and roosters. Oh and Princess is a Princess

The apartment was well equipped, comfortable, it was clean and the staff were incredibly polite and service minded. It felt safe and secure to be there as a guest. A short distance to eateries and an overpriced grocery store with a lot of Korean goods. I would be more than happy to recommend others to stay here, short distance to Cebu IT-Park as well. In contrast, living at the end towards Crossroads was a bit tiring since at 11 o'clock (PM) in the evening they started welding, angle grinders and other things that were disturbing and sometimes very noisy when we were going to sleep.

Very nice rooms, great beds, great air con and beautiful views from the balcony and rooftop, especially at night. jacuzzis on the roof are a nice addition. plenty of great restaurants right outside the main door, it’s not just the hotel, you get an entire gated in area filled with high end food, a convenience store and a bar that has live music every friday and saturday. staff is friendly enough, location is right in the middle of cebu city, near plenty of places to shop and attractions, and taxis are available at all hours. you could do much worse in this city, the only drawback I can think of really is the lack of a pool, which isn’t important to me.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but the air conditioning unit is set up in such a way theat the air is blowing in your face when you lie down to sleep. We ended up just shutting it off

The staff are very friendly and I loved the convenience of having so many great restaurants right outside the hotel. The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low but it can be overlooked considering the whole experience.

I’ve been to Cebu City 5 times and by far the best place I have stayed. The complex the hotel is in was awesome restaurants,bars and a night club just feet from your room. The place is very clean and quiet and I can’t say enough good things about the staff. If your going to Cebu stay at 88 Avenue you will save time and headaches just by not traveling all over the city when you have everything you need right there.

Great stay this time. Only issue were ants around the kitchen sink and stove. They only give you 1 toilet paper at a time. No snacks or drinks in refrigerator. Flies in the washroom shower.

Worst place to stay. Electricity going on and off. Water didn't work for 2 days. Toilet didnt flush for 2 days. No running water for 2 days. They said it would be fixed every morning but it didnt. Reception doesnt pick up. Security guards sleep. They seem to not care. After saying ill call police they provided water to flush and drinking water as i said this is humanitiarian rights for water. I said prisons have better care. Stay away.

The apartment we stayed in was huge although the place resembles a hospital more than a apartment building. There are many dining options downstairs but then when we came during festival, the hotel owner threw a rock concert and DJ party until four in the morning. The room was huge and it was reasonable.

Area under property is very nice and relaxing. Good restaurants and relaxing entertainment. Very busy road though that is difficult to cross with traffic. Beds are a little too soft for my taste, but that is my opinion.
