The flat and the location are exceptionally good. Everything is very nicely furnished and very clean. The hostess answers questions quickly and is very welcoming.

Great location. Very well presented property. An airer for drying laundry would be helpful. Otherwise excellent.

We really enjoyed our weekend at this lovely flat. It was beautifully decorated, with really comfy beds! The host had left us milk and fresh coffee, and some cake as she knew it was my husbands birthday. It is only 5 minutes walk from 2 really good restaurants, and there is a deli and bakery too which were excellent. The beach is 5 minutes walk away, the coast is beautiful. I would definitely recommend, we would stay again if we were in the area.

What a location! A perfect, immaculately clean apartment and a fabulous host.
We had two minor issues that Nicola resolved at lightening speed.
A fantastic and well needed break, we walked for miles each day, Sandbanks, Swanage, Poole, Brownsea and Bournemouth were all very easy to get to.
Highly recommend Beach Retreat as an ideal

1. Really excellent contact from Nicola (our host) at point of booking and throughout. I knew that we were in good hands.
2. Great property: the description and photographs are accurate.
3. Excellent cleanliness: the apartment was spotless and it was nice to have such a good supply of clean towels, soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry powder, etc, in addition to the thoughtful addition of fresh milk and a treat in the fridge.
4. Would I go back? Absolutely: this will be my first choice of place to stay when I'm next in the area.

Very clean, well located 2 bedroom apartment only a short walk to the beach, the Cliff gastro pub and the lovely high street. Everything you need on your doorstop. Would love return.

We had a fabulous time staying at this gorgeous apartment in Poole. Modern & stylish, with a high quality feel to everything. The apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, and more! Short walk to the beach & right by the shops and great pub. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect place to stay for me and my family (2 adults and 2 kids). Nicola was so accommodating as we had to change dates at one point then ask for an extra bed last minute. She made us feel so welcome despite our extra demands! We all fell in love with the welcome basket of a locally baked cake selection!
The apartment was gorgeous, clean and very modern.
The loveliest sandy beach was a stroll down the road through some trees. And we drove to some amazing other beaches and tourist spots. We could not have asked for more. Thank you for having us to stay.

My family and I had a fantastic bank holiday weekend down at Beach Retreat 1. The apartment and the surrounding area is great and the host was also excellent. I can highly recommend!

Nicola was a fab host and always available - the property was perfectly located for the beach and local restaurants……ideal for young families like ours.
