I like the decor

I booked another room off the photos and description on the website before this one, and the owner messaged me and sent the photos of a completely different room. It startled me, I messaged him back why the layout, size, decor looks completely different from the layout , size of the room on the website. He said that sorry it's different, but this is how it is. So I basically called him out because it's misleading and false advertising. Very soon, the guy became rude and I asked him to please cancel the booking because I don't want to stay with him. Then I booked something else for the same night, and it turned out to be the same host! I do like the style of his accomodations :) but I realized that only when I arrived these in a taxi. Because I called the gist to let him know that I was there, and it turned out to be the same guy, and he was just declining my calls, and then messaged me that he is full, even though my booking was confirmed! He was just so rude and unprofessional. I got an impression that he is in this business purely for profit. In general, my experience with accomodations in Guatemala was ruined.
