Impeccable service and nice rooms.

There was no aircondition on all the rooms.

pet friendly, Hotel staff is courteous and accommodating with the guests

no elevator so I do not recommend for people that can‘t climb stairs.

The coziness, the super friendly staff (plus the very friendly man of the house Sir Jhun!), food was great! And we love the location, Giraffe is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by pine trees so despite the pollution and traffic in the city, we could still smell the pine trees!

We didn’t mind not having an a/c in the room because the weather was cold enough.. but not everyday in Baguio is chilly. and when the weather gets hot, the ceiling fan in our room was a bit too slow so we had to request for an additional fan. It was granted right away, thanks to the efficient staff :)

Breakfast was great. Location great also

Room 101 is a corner room. You can hear conversations from the garden and front desk. All else is more than ok

Amazing atmosphere, staff was great authentic Italian cuisine, best pizza

Internet was spotty

We love everything about the hotel … staff, location , value for the money and Richard the hotel manager is exceptional . Many thanks to the owner Dr Reyes who we met - exceptional choice of decor for his property. We will surely stay at Giraffe anytime we are in Baguio.👍👍👍.
