The house was well maintained, and had everything you could have wanted. The kitchen was well appointed and the furniture was great. The location was actually surprisingly great. Community center with a great park across the street, grocery right down the road, and very quickly to get to downtown. The one thing to note is that it is an older home. The wood floors in the main living area are a bit uneven. If you have mobility issues, may want to just keep that in mind.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was spotless! The location was accessible to all of the tourist destinations in the town. Would highly recommend.

My daughters and granddaughters from Canada came down for a visit and Tennessee Delight 7 what the perfect place for our short Chattanooga trip. The house was charming with its original wood floors in the living room. The three bedrooms were well equipped for the six of us. The playground at the school across the street was wonderful and the path around the school was great for walking my dog. The house was spacious and well equipped for our needs. It was a short drive to the Aquarium, iMax, and the Incline Railroad and lots of great local restaurants. Will definitely come back for my next trip to Chattanooga. Our stay was wonderful. House is well maintained, stocked, and in a great location. Everything we wanted to do was within 15 mins and had a playground in walking distance for kiddos. Communication was great and responsive. The only nit pick was the master matress was a but too soft for our preference and thats just subjective to each person. Overall 5/5!

We absolutely loved our stay while visiting my hometown for a long weekend. The location is perfect. Excellent view of Lookout Mountain from the front porch. Located within minutes of the mountain and Downtown Chattanooga. Home is adorable and beautifully decorated. Very relaxing and comforting atmosphere. Felt like “home.” The hosts were wonderful! They were always available to answer any questions and were very friendly. We will definitely consider staying here again when we visit. :)

Perfect place for our weekend trip. The house was very clean and well stocked, they even had blocks, coloring supplies and other toys for kids. Property management was very prompt with responses to questions. The beds were comfortable. Location is great, its only a short drive to most attractions. We would definitely stay again!

House was clean and had plenty of space for the 4 of us. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Location put us within 15 minutes of almost everything we wanted to see or do.

The location of this home is super convenient to everything, attractions, restaurants, and grocery store (Wal-Mart). Loved the walking path across the street around the community center. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with the essentials-even-soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower! Very peaceful neighborhood, we would definitely stay here again 😊

This was perfect for a vacation with our grandsons. They loved the playground across the street. In my opinion, the beds were too soft, but other folks may like them soft. Overall....wonderful place to stay!!

It was 6 of us staying at this place & we all enjoyed it. This house had everything we needed. The AC worked great, beds were comfortable, the house was nice.

Wow, what a gem! Perfect getaway for our family. Everything we wanted to do was no more than 10 minutes away. I wasn’t sure about the area when we arrived, but we felt safe the whole time and the kiddos loved being walking distance to the community park. The house was well stocked with the essentials and the hosts were very responsive and kind. The only table is a high top with stools so we brought a small kid table. Very family friendly, overall, great place! We will be back.

A short family trip for my dads 90th birthday and my 57th birthday. The house was conveniently located to all the tourist attractions and very clean. Only thing I could have wished for was Mountain View’s that were unobstructed but overall great place to stay!!

We rented this house to attend a nearby family reunion. The house was very clean, the decor was very nice, good location to Chattanooga and surrounding area. Host were prompt and very accommodating. Definitely would stay here again.

Home is beautiful ! Everything you could need. Bed was extremely comfy. We were scheduled for 2 nights but could only stay 1 due to unexpected death in family. Hoping for refund on 2nd night... Just haven't had opportunity to address. Overall, wonderful home & great location!!

We had a great stay at the cute home. It was great for my husband, myself, two teenagers and our dog. The neighborhood was quiet and close to our activities. The house was fully stocked with everything wr needed and they even brought us portable fans to help. Couldn’t have asked for more!

This was our first time in Chattanooga so we didn’t no anything about the area but the house close to a Walmart and a few restaurants so that was good. The house itself is nice but the floor is very uneven and in certain places it feels like the floor is going to break through when standing on it also the instructions for locking and unlocking the door is confusing and wrong. The dead bolt didn’t work properly. Bring your own batteries because the tv remotes didn’t have any we had to purchase some to watch tv and yes we took our batteries with us when we left and the tv in the king room would not work the remote would turn it on and off but that’s all.

We booked this almost a year ago and were very impressed during our stay! Just a few Military Veterans looking to enjoy the Great Outdoors. The layout was great. Very spacious, and there is even a nice fire pit in the back yard. Communication with the host was Excellent! We will definitely visit again.

We were not there long, we were coming through on our way back home from the beach. The house was very clean and perfect for our short over night stay.

Fantastic spot for all things Lookout Mountain. Everything was clean and ready when we got there. Communication was as expected throughout the process. We enjoyed teaching our daughter to play Clue via the provided games. It's a great spot with anything you could need close by. Side Note: The old hardwood floors, which give this place its charm, are extremely uneven. You can tell there is some joist sag in the foundation. This was not an issue for us, but it would have been a major issue if my parents had come with us—just something to be aware of.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, fully stocked and an excellent location! We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and seeing lookout mountain. It was only a short distance to drive to all of the major attractions in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Everyone in the family loved this location. Easy to get to and very quiet. Highly recommend for anybody that wants to explore the surrounding area.

This was a nice stay for a quick weekend getaway! The house we well stocked with towels and kitchenware. Lots of fun toys and games for little kids. We went to a wedding at the venue and the house was super close. Overall a great stay! Thanks!

My husband and I have rented many homes, but we’ve never felt more comfortable than we did in this rental. The hosts clearly care about giving their guests an awesome experience. The home is beautifully decorated, extremely clean, well stocked and perfectly located. We will definitely be looking to book here again on our next trip to TN.

The property is very clean, it does have a slight cant to the living room floor I'm assuming because of an addition made to the home and it's age. Otherwise I liked the atmosphere and area, the home was well furnished and items left for use during occupancy were more than adequate. The leaving moon pies for guests is a nice touch. Thanks for the wonderful stay.
