The house is so cute and in the perfect location! Property manage is very nice and communicative! We'll try to stay again!

The owner had make up wipes in the bathroom, snacks in the kitchen and wonderful throw blankets everywhere for us to cozy up while watching TV. The place was perfectly decorated for Christmas - we were there mid-December for UK graduation. Owner was quick to respond to our text with a wi-fi question. Only thing to note is that there was not a dining table - the island counter in the kitchen worked fine for us, but if you wanted to serve a meal - it's not really laid out for that. Comfortable & felt like home - five stars all the way!

This is my go to house in Lexington. Have stayed here multiple times. House is awesome, kitchen is well equipped, and the neighborhood and location is great. Will be back soon!

This is a charming, beautiful house on a quiet street, super close to a lot of great restaurants and places to go in the heart of Lexington. Spacious open kitchen/family room, comfy bedrooms and bathroom, and our dog loved the fenced-in backyard. We’re definitely booking it again next time we’re in Lexington!

Our third visit to this home and once again we had an amazing visit, walked to the UK football game and the many restaurants nearby. Excellent location, very comfortable home with recent upgrades to bedding.

This was our second stay at 338 Oldham and once again, we felt right at home! We travel with the family dog to visit our son who is a student at UK. The location is very conveniently located to campus as well as shopping and eateries. The house is kept clean, the linens are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. If you are looking for an updated interior in historic Lexington, close to campus….this is the one!

This is an amazing home with such a cute, fenced in backyard. Great for sitting outside and enjoying a nice evening. The location of the home can't be beat either. Cathy is an amazing host and her home is spotless. She has thought of everything a guest might need. She is so responsive and helpful to any question that might arise. You won't be disappointed!

Dropping of my firstborn at college 6 hours away from home couldn’t have been smoother without this rental. Excellent location to central campus, extremely clean and adorable inside, and communication with the owner was above par. Would rent again in a minute.

We were in Lexington for the Lexington Challenger professional tennis tournament, and Cathy's home provided the perfect accommodations. The home is beautifully decorated, and no detail was overlooked. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the backyard was the perfect place for my daughter's dog to play. The neighborhood is adjacent to campus and walkable to many shops, boutiques, and the local Kroger. I would definitely book this home again on a return trip to Lexington.

I brought my daughter to orientation and the house was more than we could have ever hoped for. It was very convenient to campus and the downtown area. The house was GORGEOUS and check-in was a breeze. I will definitely be keeping this listing on my short list!

Came to town for the Railbird Music Festival with another couple. 338 Oldham was perfect — clean, comfortable and safe. Great little neighborhood and Cathy couldn’t have been more accommodating. Highest recommendation.

Newly renovated, clean, great location near campus. Property is very nicely renovated. It has a great back yard and a driveway. It is so close to campus and allows you to avoid all the crazy traffic on Nicholasville Rd. Check in and out , & communication with property manager was easy. Great property overall.

We enjoyed our stay on Oldham Avenue. The house had all of the supplies that we needed which was such a convenience. The house is in wonderful shape and very close to UK campus. We appreciated that the owner worked with us on an early check-in. We have already rebooked for our next trip to Lexington.

This property was perfect when my friend and I traveled to Lexington for my daughter's moms weekend. We had ample room to spend time together and were close to the university and restaurants. Cathy included many nice touches throughout the property, and we hope to return during my daughter's time in Lexington.

The house was very nice and comfortable. Had a great location, could walk to restaurants, liquor store and grocery store.

Cathy's property was truly a "home away from home" for us during our visit to Lexington. So much so that we extended our trip two days beyond our plan! It's comfortable, updated and spacious where you need it. The property was clean and well-stocked with everything you'd need for a short or extended stay (i.e. coffee, snacks, detergent, face wipes, extra linens, small appliances, dog supplies, etc). Our pups had everything they needed and were very comfortable. They really enjoyed sitting outside local pubs with us while we enjoyed happy hour cocktails. Cathy is very responsive and flexible. The property is well located to parks, restaurants and a Kroger, but not too far from downtown. We felt safe walking the neighborhood. If there was one drawback, the street includes a mix of college residents and their schedules may not be compatible with those who prefer to be soundly asleep at midnight.

Cathy has everything you need and some nice, extra touches that made this a perfect weekend visit. Very clean, Safe neighborhood and well stocked kitchen/bathroom. We will definitely stay here again!
