This was our once a year girls trip and we had a wonderful time. the house is beautiful and well maintained. We had all the information we needed on parking and entrance codes. Our host was easy to get hold of and extremely helpful. The house is not more than 5 to 7 minutes away from everything. We recommend staying at the 7th Ave Manor.

Our family had the most magnificent stay on our way to the beach! We wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was high class and absolutely perfect! We loved our stay at the 7th Avenue Manor. The house is lovely in a great location in Laurel. The host was communicative and flexible on our check in time. There were snacks and bottled water upon arrival, and the house is very comfortable. We were a group of childhood friends who grew up in Laurel, and the house helped make the trip really fun.

Great experience - from communication with host, check-in, cleanliness, pictures posted were exactly what was offered (not always the case), extra amenities like snacks, toiletries, etc. House was well stocked and comfortable. Inside and outside offered great gathering spaces for our group of ladies. We'd definitely highly recommend this house! We also rented the cottage behind the main house and it was even better than the pictures shown - very roomy and well decorated!

I cannot say enough about the amazing 7th street Manor and the host. The home is beautiful and gorgeously decorated with everything you could possibly need or want during a stay. The host was not only gracious, she was helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this home as a fabulous place to stay while visiting Laurel whether your group is large or small.

The VRBO house and host was wonderful. The house was spacious, clean and up to date with appliances. Everything a girls get away could need. And a big shout out to the host for providing snacks and breakfast treats. Would highly recommend this rental.

This house was great for a group of moms to share while we were staying in Laurel for a tournament for our kids' team. Clean, great location. The parking was a little confusing at first but was fine once we figured it out. The host gave clear instructions with our check in information. Probably best to arrive in daylight hours initially to get a clear idea of the driveway location and parking. Communication with the host was easy and very accomodating. We would stay here again if we came back to this area.

This is our second stay in this beautiful home! We always spend Thanksgiving in Mississippi in order to visit family. This home is perfect for our stay! Clean, snacks provided, great location, and very quick response time from the owners. We really enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and spacious rooms! We are a group of four women who all worked together on a newspaper back in the day. We have been having an annual reunion somewhere in the country ever since the paper folded in 1991 - everyone agreed that the 7th Avenue Manor in Laurel was one of, if not THE best, of the 30+ properties we have stayed in over the years. The house is super spacious and equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. And the location is excellent - an easy walk to everything we wanted to see and do in "Home Town" Laurel. HIGHLY recommend!!

This home was so very lovely and it was decorated so nicely. When we arrived we were excited to see that it looked exactly like the pictures. We loved everything about it and it worked perfectly for our Girls Trip of 5 gals. Everyone had their own bed and there were plenty of bathrooms. It was clean, well taken care of, beds were comfortable, it was in a good location not far from downtown. The complimentary Kcups and snacks was a very nice touch. Communication with the owner was easy with prompt responses. We definitely would stay here again. An easy 5-star place!

This house has it all! Suzy makes you feel like a guest in her home and not just someone renting it. She left snacks for us which was a nice touch and the whole house is roomy and very clean. We loved every aspect of the house. Location is perfect to the downtown area and the main shopping as well. You will not regret booking this home and it will hold a lot of people, we were only a party of four and it was awesome. Roomy kitchen and bedrooms with great beds. I can’t think of a thing I would change, in fact all four of us said we could live there. Thank you Suzy for a most memorable girls trip!!!

My sisters and I took a girls trip to Laurel, MS and stayed at Suzi’s property. You have to see it to believe how beautiful this home is! Every room is beautifully decorated! We loved it!!! As usual! Weve stayed at the little manor and instantly wanted to come back. Because we had a larger party this time, we rented the larger home and as always extremely impressed. My grandmother is even considering coming back for Christmas! Always well done.

We are originally from Mississippi and visit the area several times a year due to family. This home is beautiful, has room for everyone, and is a great location to downtown! We did not cook but the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need. Host is exceptional and answers quickly! We will be returning in November to stay again! Thank you for a great stay!

I can’t say enough about how fabulous the 7th Avenue Manor is as a place to stay when visiting in Laurel. It’s a perfect location and so roomy and well appointed. The host has gone out of her way to make sure every detail is just right.

This home is spectacular as well as stunning. Three generations of our family were in Laurel for two days touring and seeing little bits of Hometown favorites. The owner is superb is getting back to any questions you have. Our grandchildren(8 years old) loved the outdoor, private space. When we visit again, this is the only home we will consider to stay.

This home is absolutely lovely and in a great neighborhood. We loved the patio area in the evening. The house was well stocked with nice towels and linens. VERY clean.
