I was not given the room I paid for. I paid for a ocean view and was given a room facing the parking lot

Not used to cleaning staff coming every other day. Let alone when you specifically ask for them to come and change bedding or trash etc.

The room was quite small and no closet space. We spent 3 night and our room was never cleaned or bed made. Few towels.

It was very hard to understand most of the employees English. Breakfast had very little taste. Had to go to front desk for a paper ice bucket. 2 paper cups are provided for drinking.

Very loud. Lied about bed size. Specifically states that they have queen beds in the room. They were full size. My husband and I did not fit well. Pillows were bad. They lost our reservation and were not accommodating. Reserved queen bed with and ocean view balcony for 2 days. Had to spend 50 min on hold with booking.com. Told to go back up to the desk and they have everything. Went back up to the desk. They still had nothing. Further they had no balcony rooms. Had to get another room with no balcony. We settled in for the first night and resolved to the fact that we weren’t getting the room we reserved. Woke up the next morning to my credit card alerting that we had gotten an additional charge on the reservation that they said they supposedly did not have. They claimed their system only showed one night. So we had to check out of the room we settled in to move down the hall five doors to an “ocean view” balcony. The room was smaller and the balcony did not face the ocean. It faced a parking lot. If you leaned out and looked to the left you could see the ocean but this was not ocean view or looking anything like the picture

No security staff in facility. There was an incident where I was being stocked by a black man and I reported it and asked to be moved to a new floor/room and they would not do it.

The breakfast was great and one of the employees made my waffle for me I thought that was sweet!! We also enjoyed a couple of drinks in the bar and the bar tender was great and he made good drinks. Over all everything was nice and clean!

I did not like the parking fee and that is really the only negative that I have. I could understand if we were parking there for the week of our cruise but we stayed only one night.

Way over priced for a room that did not even include a closet.

On the water, breakfast, close to cruise port, comfy bed, lots of plug-ins and chargers.

No coffee pot in room (??!!), lacked attentive customer service, no tub. Price was outrageous for these issues. It turned out to be way too far from our car rental return as well, so being close to the port didn’t help.

Large room and excellent area next to lobby for hanging out with friends, to watch football, shoot pool. Many comfortable areas to read a book or work without having to be in your room

The staff were very helpful, kind and courteous.

That guest staying above me walked up and down from 1:30 am to 9am on the squeaky floor they kept us up this entire time with no sleep. This went on for the 2 nights we stayed. We were so upset.

Floor in our room had sand on it. It was clean but I think because of the texture of the flooring they couldn’t get all the sand.

the breakfast was fine. the location was great. nice walk to pleasure pier. lots of restaurants for lunch and dinner. recommend Nicks had wonderful seafood and great service.

They don’t take our trash every day. They don’t give you clean linen every day towels washcloth.

Location is great. Sheets, towels, accommodations, facilities are clean enough. There are two premises in the same place. Home2 Suites and Tru by Hilton. It's confusing specially during breakfast when the saloon is full. The diference is insane: silveware and plates disposable in Tru and the real stuff in Home2.

Had to pay for parking. I don’t mind too pay but 20.00 a day is a little much.

Breakfast was nice. Hotel was very clean. Had an oceanfront room with balcony and it was nice.

Asked for extra pillows and they told me they only had 3 extras available, but they had not been washed so that was disappointing. We traveled by plane and i could not bring my pillow but needed more than the 1 they provided.

I liked that there was a balcony with view of the water. Also liked the soaps in the room.

The gym was closed in the morning due to cleaning the floors which also made it where I had to go around the building to get to my car. Breakfast time was pure chaos and then I was getting watched and told I had to finish all my food downstairs. Which wasn’t cool because I needed to finish eating but also take my meds I had upstairs in my room for an allergic reaction. Didn’t realize I had to pay for parking until I went to check in. Was told it would be $50 and I’d get refunded $40 so it’s $10 for parking. But the next morning I got charged $10 again and am still waiting on the $50 refund.

You charge for parking. This is a NO NO your lot was a third of the way full at peak. I did not like using my card to go to the bar. Quite the pain. So I went somewhere else

I didn’t like anything about the property. Checking in took over an hour the tv wasn’t working and I paid for a balcony that faced a wall
