Convenient location, nice rooftop terrace, good size of private room

Prestay communication with hostel was very complicated. Very hard to reach and get replies on time. Also, they dropped the rates significantly after I booked, I was lucky to find out and rebook again otherwise I would end up paying 50% more. The place is dirty, reality is far away from what you see on the pictures. I ended up missing 100 USD cash and while hard to prove, someone must have entered my private room and took it. Avoid this place!

Nice rooftop hangout area. Water dispensers on every floor which is nice as well. Nice staff, Sweety was helpful with guiding activities around the town. Overall really clean and quite comfortable beds. It is just a nice spot overall

Not a big deal at all, just wanting to give feedback. the app used for sign in/checking in. Honestly felt more cumbersome than helpful.

It’s a good location and the beds are comfy.

It’s a long process to check in and the guests that were staying there seemed to have no consideration for those sleeping. I had an early start and from 10pm guests were coming in constantly, turning the lights on and talking until around 2am. While this wasn’t necessarily the hostels fault, they didn’t seem to implement the quiet after 10 rule.

Beds are very comfortable. Nice view from rooftop. Top floor is a great area to work or hang out with other people. Services are efficiently managed with a mobile app. Location is very close to Secret Garden café and Blue House café, or in 5-10 minutes you can walk down to the main road and eat at various restaurants or food stalls. The riverside is at the other side of Tapovan, but still walking distance, not too far.

Zwembad was leeg. Eten en drinken in het restaurant is overpriced. Personeel was oké maar niet erg open.

It was a wonderful place for the price. Location was fab. Really helpful and polite staff who went above and beyond to help us with our luggage etc. strongly recommended if you’re in Rishikesh with friends or solo!! Shekhar was the sweetest and extremely helpful with everything!

Hostel básico como todos los de esta cadena, camas cómodas y bien para descansar. El estar tan alto, lo hace tranquilo para dormir y la vista del roof es un plus para una tarde tranquila. Hay muchas tiendas y cafés alrededor. El área común tiene potencial.

Para los estándares de esta cadena, el hostel estaba sucio. Nadie se ocupó del baño en 2 días en el dormitorio (pudo ser fortuito), pero el área común estaba muy descuidada. No recomiendo el restaurant que tiene la concesión, no es bueno y el staff parece poco interesado, había gente fumando al interior.

Las camas son cómodas y el estar tan alto, lo hace tranquilo para dormir. La vista del roof es un plus. Además el staff organiza un walking tour. Hay muchas tiendas y cafés alrededor.

El área común estaba descuidada y en mi estancia, nadie se ocupó del baño por 2 días :( No recomiendo el restaurant que tiene la concesión, no es bueno y el staff parece poco interesado, había gente fumando al interior.

Location, view, cleanliness, complain handling , issues been addressed in no time, water dispenser were placed all over the property with hot water, cafe, indoor sports activities, bed size etc In short , everything from top to bottom.

We loved the cleanliness of the room and the entire property in fact. The support from the receptionists along with the vibe and ambiance it provides to like-minded individuals hunting for exquisite amenities and an excellent staff is exceptional.

The cupboards could use a little bit of furnishing as we couldn't hang any of our clothes in them. The location is at an an altitude which if described properly during reservation one would be mentally prepared for the stroll ahead when reaching Rishikesh.

The blankets were being used by other guests and were not washed. I even asked to change the bed, but the smell was still intense.

This hostel is sadly, 0% about hospitality now and 100% about business. I stayed with them previously and rated them a 5 back then for the exceptional hosts they were and even referred a few of my friends, but now, all they care about is money! Got stuck in traffic jam on my way back, got delayed by 1.5 hours for checkout, asked me to pay the full day amount! After 30 mins of to and fro asked me to pay a half day charge! I had checked in at 9 PM due to a similar traffic jam and there they were least bothered about it in fact only inquired if I had paid my amount, but suddenly even 1 hour delay meant a lot of problems for them, all this despite me paying a higher weekend charge for the same room and patiently waiting at reception last time I went when they weren't ready to check me in no hospitality or understanding on their part, they keep saying we told you about the time of checkout, how could I have predicted a traffic jam is beyond my comprehension and sadly Hosteller is no more my place to go in Rishikesh now The incident ruined the perfect vacation we had in Rishikesh

The hostel has a really cool design and there are really good vibes. The building is rather new and is well-maintained. The cafe on the 5th floor provided a cool atmosphere and facilities to work and meet new people.

The water from the shower head came out in all directions and didn’t really have power. The payment didn’t go thorough on booking and I received some notifications to follow a link where to pay which I initially thought was scammy and wasn’t sure whether to follow or not. Eventually I paid on arrival at the hostel.

Everything! Staff are so helpful and friendly, food is just delicious, common areas are lovely and location and views are very nice! Thank you for everything

La habitación privada no cumple expectativas. Por las noches la gente estaba de fiesta en el pasillo hasta las 2am. Estaba sucio. Las sábanas no olían a limpio. La botella de agua no estaba precintada
