A great location A wonderful welcome Dorota did everything she good to make my stay pleasant I was very impressed

The owner was lovely and the room was a good size and comfortable.

I didn't like that the room was up 2 flights of stairs and the bathroom was on a different floor.

I had the best night sleep I've had in years. The bed was so comfortable! This place is a true gem. The host made me so welcome without being overbearing. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were so many thoughtful touches like the USB port in the bedside lamps and the beautiful artisan cupcakes. The location is by a stunning beach where I walked for miles. I was spoiled for choice for great restaurants nearby. It was the perfect night away. I wish I could have stayed longer. I am planning to bring my partner for a week in the summer.

Very friendly and helpful hosts, comfy bed, plenty of drawer space, great location - only a few minutes’ walk to the beach. Has a nice homely feel.

Food was lovely lady and daughter was lovely recommend them very highly give them 10 stars if I could we will goin back xxxx

It was clean.

Basically everything , the room was at the top of the house , very steep stairs and dangerous, the bathroom and toilet was on a lower floor , no privacy, no WiFi, no TV, shall I go on , was booked for 3 nights , but could only suffer 2 and left.

Perfect for Gorleston beach and restaurants.

Stairs to bedroom could be a problem for some.

The bed was so comfy, clean and tidy room

It was a shared bathroom and it wasn’t on the same floor
