Dear Booking.com Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my recent stay at La Quinta Hotel in Lake George, NY, booked through your platform. The experience was far from what was advertised on your website and left me feeling deceived and dissatisfied. Upon arrival, it became evident that the reviews and images provided on your platform were highly misleading. The hotel bore no resemblance to the pictures, and the cleanliness was subpar. Throughout the premises, I encountered tables with leftover food, indicating a lack of proper hygiene standards. Moreover, the room we were assigned was lacking essential furniture, which significantly impacted our comfort and convenience during our stay. Additionally, the condition of the elevators was appalling, with visible grease marks and mud stains, further contributing to the overall unhygienic environment. As a loyal customer who frequently relies on Booking.com for accommodation bookings, this experience has greatly shaken my confidence in your platform. Transparency and accuracy in representing accommodations are crucial factors in ensuring customer satisfaction and trust. I have attached photographic evidence of the discrepancies between the advertised amenities and the actual conditions encountered during my stay. I urge you to review these images carefully to understand the severity of the situation. In light of the aforementioned issues, I respectfully request a full refund for my stay at La Quinta Hotel. Additionally, I seek assurance that measures will be taken to prevent similar occurrences in the future, such as ensuring that listings accurately reflect the true conditions of the accommodations. Failure to provide a satisfactory resolution to this matter may compel me to reconsider future bookings through Booking.com.

We reserved a 3 bed room and it was perfect. I've never seen a room that had 3 beds and it was perfect for my family. The room was large and roomy for the beds and our stuff too. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Well the hotel has a really great pool for the children so there were loads of children all over the hotel and in the halls and in the elevators and at night crying, screaming and carrying on. Also, the elevator wasn't cleaned in a while. The walls covered in fingerprints and smudges and the floor was spotted with stains. Our room was fine. But the elevator needed cleaning.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The entire location was very clean and inviting. The location was excellent.

Breakfast was okay, I couldn't really eat much due to health issues. The room was bigger in person vs the online photos, also clean when I arrived. The staff were nice, and catered to every need.

Hard time sleeping through the night due to heater noises.

Over run by screaming kids up and down halls. We couldn't get in the pool area without being around unsupervised kids that were out of control. We left a day early and still was charged. We asked to speak with a manager and no call back. Never again I will stay or ever give laquinta my money. There should be a adults only for a couple of hrs poolside. What a waist of money!!!

We enjoyed how family friendly it is and that the whole hotel is smoke free. Breakfast was also really nice.

There was a room near with a dog that wouldn't stop barking but when we went to the front desk, the guy helped move our room which was quieter. Definitely enjoyed our stay and already got our next trip scheduled at the hotel!

Too many overly noisy families with little children slamming doors and yelling at 11:00 pm and then again the next morning at 5:30 am. Then they crowded up the breakfast. Not supervising their children. They were wasting food at the stations, dropping food and spilling juice and simply walking away. Forget about trying to use the swimming facilities.

Very clean. Large room.Comfortable beds. The large pool with slide and large hot tub. Coffee available all day, and good free breakfast.

The price was high for the time of year. though it was a dog hotel, the room across from us had a dog that barked 24/7

it was away from the crowd either way it was 20 minutes.

the grass was not mowed, it was hard to walk around the dog.

The hotel was really cute. Exactly like the pictures. All of the staff we encountered were super friendly and talkative. The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. We brought our pup with us and he loved it too! Everywhere we wanted to go (restaurants, the lake, boat rides) were all super close in distance. Tons of options close by and the area is SO dog friendly! Excellent hotel. We would definitely go back and stay again!

The only negative comment I have is that they were working on updating the structure in front of the building, the area your car passes through. The construction was loud and had a constant beeping from the machines. Would have been nice to know ahead of time since it was literally right outside of our 3rd floor window. But other than that, it was good.

Very clean, modern, spacious but most of all, pet friendly!! My dogs approves !!

We wish the swimming pool was available ( it was closed for maintenance) but 15% refund was wonderful

The sign for the entrance when coming from the south is very hard to see. Missed the entrance several times. Sign needs to be lit or placed closer to the roadway for easy visbility when driving.

It was more a family oriented place than a romantic getaway for a couple. That being said it would be perfect to bring the kids for a family get away

The place itself is clean lady at the front desk was nice the hotel it self was amazing . The trashy little children running up and down the hall at midnight screaming and slamming doors was a bit obnoxious though
