Absolutely loved my stay, great service, comfortable room, and 24/7 bar. The lounge was also a great spot to get some work done and relax

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the city’s main attractions, although like most places in the area, you’ll need to walk uphill to reach it. The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean and pleasant. However, there were a couple of drawbacks: despite the chilly 8°C weather, the heating was turned off, which made the room a bit cold. Additionally, the walls seem thin as I could hear neighbours talking in their rooms. Parking is limited, so it's best to arrive early as it's challenging to find parking nearby.

Lovely hotel, clean room. Very spacious. We had the room with the partition wall, which was just lovely. Only downside, breakfast wasn’t great.

Ideal for a one-night stay to take in a show at the Pavilion Theatre which is less than 10 minutes' walk away, as is the town centre and seaside. For a longer stay you'd notice a few shortcomings, but honestly for a 3-star at a really reasonable price, it's great for a short stay - very comfy beds, tea-making, cooked breakfast at very reasonable price, bar, free carparking, clean, friendly helpful staff.. Despite being on a main rosad it's quiet due to grounds surrounded by beautiful mature trees. Would stay again!

A brilliant stay, very comfortable, staff ecxceptionaly friendly, 2 lovely large communal lounges with TVs and pool table, a bar. 10 min walk to beach, 15 min walk to town centre. Adequate parking, Great value for money, highly recommend.

As a overnight stayer, this is the best hotel in Bournemouth best value for money! The bed is super comfy though the bathroom is bery tight.
If you have a flight to Bournemouth Airport the next morning, this is ideal! I would stay again.

The pictures of the room on the website are misleading I booked a triple room with a partition separating the single bed from the double as per pictures on the website the room I got was much smaller with no partition when I complained at reception I was told this was all that was available not impressed and spoilt the stay everything else was fine

I booked the hotel for a weekend get away to celebrate my mum’s birthday. I cannot fault the service which was excellent!
Roberto the hotel manager, went over and above to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable (he even sang a birthday song for my mum whilst I played badly on the piano) 😂
I would highly recommend the Grove hotel due to its service, cleanliness and it’s accessibility to the beach and town centre.

Roberto was incredibly helpful always able to answer and assist with any query.
I would not hesitate to book in again. I stayed for 4 nights and had to work but still managed to walk down to the beach in the evenings as so close by!!

What a little gem of a property. All the staff, particularly on reception, were welcoming, polite and very very helpful.
The rooms and general areas are very clean and well equipped. It was a hot night and although there was no air con, the quality portable fan in the room did the job.

Lovely stay, staff are very friendly, room was clean and tidy but the hotel is in a transitional period with ownership and this is reflected in the overall “tiredness” of the fixtures and fittings.
We would definitely revisit this hotel.

The staff was very polite and nice. The rooms don't have fridge or hairdryer...Our room no 3 has 11 drawers...a fridge could have been more useful. The breakfast is very poor....Full English but not the best I had. Continental one displayed there are no yogurts, no cheese at all and I asked the staff, no croissants, no deserts ...I was bit disappointed by how management runs this service as decision maker. Looks poor and not lot of choices..

We went to the theatre and the hotel was only 10 minutes walking away. we didn't know what to expect as it was so cheap but the room was enormous, very clean. A bit old fashioned but quite honestly we like clean over modern. Staff were excellent and the breakfast was wonderful! all in all we would definitly stay there again.

Clean & comfortable room, with a kettle. Staff were friendly, polite and ready to answer questions. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. All very good.....just needed to block the light pouring from the hallway, under the door and into the room at night.

The hotel was situated a quiet but convenient area, walkable to the station and town. The room I stayed in was that big but if you’re only sleeping in there it’s fine. The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable and I didn’t get a great night sleep. The however were nice

If you're looking for a relaxing sleep then think again. The place is not sound proof. Noisy neighbours will definitely see to broken sleep.. Plus you can hear motor too maybe from showers or from outside. The curtain in room 4 was too short to close easily. Bit disappointed as the most important part of a stay is being able to sleep
