Rooms are outdated, dirty looking carpet, bathtub was stained and ugly

Staff was nice. The location right on an on ramp made it a bit inconvenient to find.

For the price, this is a great little motel. Clean, and the check-in was seamless. The room has a bit of an odor (cigarette smoke from long ago), but I've encountered that in many hotels/motels over the years. The summer humidity doesn't help. Once i turned on the AC it pretty much went away, so not a big deal. Love that a fridge and microwave are provided. Nice TV. WiFi seems fine. Comfy desk chair! Oddly un-comfy toilet seat :)

Overall the value was amazing. This is an older motel thst has been renovated and looks great for an older property. The bed was comfortable. The only issue was at check itvtheyvwanted me to fill out a ftom with my personal information on it. That was weird and the took a photocopy of my license. I didn't like that. My information is all available in the Hotels.com info...

It was a perfect place to crash for country jam. Super raised prices during events but that's common. Good Uber and Lyft rates would use again for a festival

Mini fridge was so loud I couldn’t sleep but 2 hours the first night. Musty smell in room also

Overall my stay at Amerivu was okay! Convenient location, easy to access, but facilities need some updates, such as new unstained carpeting, and cleaner bathroom/showers. Other surrounding rooms are also pretty loud and not soundproof, and doors slamming are very loud. But for a quick few night stay it worked out just fine!

Room smelled like cat litter and shame. But looked clean.

I am shocked and appalled at what Expedia allows a hotel to call breakfast. All that was offered was gas station donuts, granola bars and bad coffee. No decaf and no tea. This place was a dump. One of the rooms had no towels upon check in, the other had a dirty bathroom andan unvavuumed floor. My faith in the fairness of Expedia pricing and truth in advertising is shattered.

Room could have been a little cleaner, bathtub looks like it missed some dirt in it, but overall it was nice and comfortable. Would stay again!

Didn’t like the shower head and need a grab bar in shower. The anti-grip in tub was horrible. Everything else in the room was good.

Very comfortable stay for the price. Breakfast treats & coffee was nice even without it being a regular continental breakfast. Very quiet in my room in the rear. Only complaint might be that the access is very awkward from the streets around it.

Very rundown. Served it’s purpose of a 12 hour stay.

We called ahead to see if our room was available before three o'clock. We were told the room was available and we could check in at any time which was really helpful. Our room was spacious with a king-sized bed, 2 comfortable chairs for guests along a desk and chair. The room and bathroom were clean and stocked with attention to detail. The manager was efficient and friendly. Ww appreciated the hot coffee, fresh dounts and bananas as a light breakfast before we headed home. We will stay here again if in Eau Claire.

A good budget motel. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. I've stayed in worse places that cost much more than this room.

Pleasantly surprised! Clean, quiet and very accommodating owners and right off the highway. Prefer smaller Mom & Pop motels even though the amenities are simple, the price makes them a much better choice. Will definitely stay again when in the Eau Claire area

The check was good. The room not so hot. Stains all over. The carpet the sofa the bed spread. The room smelled funky. Like smoke. You can see light thru the door jam. Water pressure was bad.

My sister was put in hospice, I came home to be with the family. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was efficient and kind.

Bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Check in went smoothly and they were really friendly.

Staff is great. Newer paint throughout. Bathrooms and interior are dated but clean. Beds are comfortable. No wifi. No frills. I would book again.

We had to pay for a deposit for $100.00 dollars and we'll be going to get it back tomorrow morning. It's not right that we had to pay for a deposit. The person that checked us in stated that he knew us from a different hotel that's why we had to pay for a deposit. See I took Hotel and Restaurant Management and it states that if you had rented at the same hotel they can make you a deposit up to $50.00 dollars not $100.00.
