The condo was perfect and it was so nice having access to beach chairs, towels and snorkel equipment for us to use during our stay!

We had a lovely time at this beautiful condo! Just far enough away from downtown to feel quiet and relaxed, close enough to get anywhere you would like in a jiffy! Highly recommend!

We found the location to be central to all the places we wanted to snorkel. Furniture was comfortable. It was clean and we loved the big fluffy beach towels. Close to Spotts Beach and the sea turtles we enjoy.

We enjoyed our week in Bodden Town. A bit of a commute to Georgetown and West Bay. Very peaceful. Clean. Full kitchen, well equipped. Second bedroom with two single beds was perfect for my teenage girls.

It was a perfect location to explore all that the island of Grand Cayman has to offer but a car is mandatory to enjoy this location. Needless to say, the sea, the beaches, and the dining but Bodden Town is a charming location full of history and importance to the island. Recommended for a perfect balance of culture, history, nature, and entertainment.

Very nice place, simple but more than adequate for our needs. It was nice to be away from the crowds at the other end of the island. We look forward to coming back.

Located centrally on the island, it allowed us the freedom to explore all of Grand Cayman. It was a short drive to 7 Mile Beach, but it was nice to escape from the bustle of the tourist areas to the quiet surroundings of the apartment. My wife enjoyed finding nice seashells on the beach in front of the unit early each morning. We appreciated the fact that the owners have snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, and towels for us to use, and we used these items extensively. The owners also have some great recommendations on where to eat and what to do that were spot on. We really enjoyed the comfort of the apartment and would definitely stay here again when we return to the Caymans!

Thank you so much for sharing this little slice of heaven! We had so much fun on our vacation. The apartment location was perfect and easily accessible to local beaches and other destinations! The restaurants in the area were great. We especially liked the Czech Inn and Tukka! Spotts beach was a perfect hangout and snorkel location to see turtles. The private beach in front of the apartment was perfect for a secluded morning coffee or afternoon drink. We would definitely return to Sun Coast apartments in Bodden Town. Thank you for making our vacation perfect!

The location of the condo is perfect - away from Seven Mile beach so it's nice and quiet but easy to get around the island. Everything in the condo is as advertised and very comfortable. The owners were responsive and took time to speak to answer all kinds of questions prior to our arrivals in Grand Cayman. We would definitely recommend this place to others. A rental car is recommended so you can get around easily. There are supermarkets nearby. We took time to explore the island and all the different beaches. Nice places to eat nearby including Czech Inn Grill, Over the Edge and Rum Point. We love Grand Cayman, it's very safe and locals are very nice and helpful. Perfect place to unwind and relax.

Clive, Lily and Winsome were excellent hosts. One miscommunication about beds was quickly resolved. Loved being away from the rest of crowds if 7 Mile and Rum Point. 1/2 way to both places so easy to visit. Should have a rental car. And don't miss eating at the Czec Inn, loved so much, ate there twice.

Grill with cute pinic table. No outside lighting near grill was a problem.

This apartment is nicely located for access all areas of the island quite easily. The grounds and apartment are very well kept. It is quite a gem at the price point. We were very comfortable here and the property manager was very responsive to a couple of requests we made. The owner is the most responsive and considerate I have ever encountered on VRBO and this is our 5th rental. The beach in front is pretty, but it is not swimming beach. There are several beaches that are better suited for that not far away. When you go to Grand Cayman, you have to expect to drive. I wish there had been a restaurant a little closer. South Coast , Lighthouse and Czech's (excellent) closest, but still a short drive. There is a lot of traffic on the road between the apartment and the beach, so there is a bit of noise issue. However, it is not a problem at night. We would have appreciated if the kitchen had a few more utensils and such, but we made it work. All in all, it was one of best trips ever, despite some disagreeable weather.

Wow! Great trip! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was our second stay in the condo and we have to say that this stay was even better than last year! A beautiful condo, super clean, well furnished, comfortable beds and only steps to the beach with private kayaks. Great price and very nice area. Clive and Lily are very organised and were very helpful from the start. They provided a very informative information pack with their favourite places to visit and great diving companies suggestions. Our favourite beach where we've spent most of our time is Rum Point and it's only a short drive from the condo. We would highly recommend this property and hoping to get back there again next year!

The property was cleaned and well maintained. Had all the essentials one needs for a comfortable stay here. It was especially nice that beach towels were provided. Saved a lot of space in luggage. We loved that this location was in the middle of the island. Made it easy for us to travel between Rum Point, East End and Seven mile beach. I would definitely recommend this property. The owners were wonderful to work with and very responsive.

We stayed in apartment 1 and were delighted to find it exactly as pictured! The apartment was clean, had everything needed and the AC worked great! For those wanting a little peace and quiet away from the crowds, this location can't be beat. In over a mile of waterfront we only saw one other couple all week and felt we had our very own private paradise! The kayaks are a great addition and we went out everyday to explore the reef and snorkel. There is very good snorkeling in this area and the kayaks can take you all over inside the reef. The nearby restaurants are very good and I highly recommend Czech's, The Lighthouse and Tukka - Tukka has the best Lionfish tacos and ask for George's goulash at Czechs - the best! 20 minutes to Rum Point, 15 minutes to the east end and 15 minutes to Spots beach for swimming with the sea turtles. I highly recommend Sun Coast Apartments and the owners were excellent with customer service and getting us booked. This is a great value and enjoy your stay!

The place was perfect for the 4 of us, very clean and nicely furnished. We used the kayaks a couple of times. We had a couple of requests that the owners and their local contact, Winsome were only too happy to accommodate. Ocean Frontiers diving in the East End was perfect...no fighting with the Georgetown traffic to get to the dive boat each day. Eagle Rays erstaraunt and its partner Tukka were awesome, as was the Italian place on the front near Eden Rock dive shop...eat there at sunset and enjoy the beautiful view.

Suncoast apartments were great, they had everything we needed and excellent location too, central to all parts of the island! Had beautiful private beach and snorkel gear was a very nice touch, that was super helpful to be able to use that without renting. Clive/Lily were also super responsive and provided help and logistics, including an awesome car rental discount. Best way to visit Grand Cayman was through this booking, unless you prefer big chain hotels, but if you like your own place, this is it.

After a few cruises in which we visited Grand Cayman for a short day trip, my husband and I decided to jump off the boat and stay on the island. Never having stayed on Grand Cayman before, I did my best research and as we wanted to stay in a quiet location away from Seven mile beach day cruise tourists and at the same time to be able to explore the whole island. Sunset Paradise apartment was the best vacation decision we've ever made. The apartment is very spacious and located just across the road from the beach. The area around is very quiet but well connected to the rest of the island so in one day we managed to visit Seven Mile beach (west side) and watch an amazing sunset at Rum Point (north side of the island). We did a combination of cooking on our own in the condo and enjoying some of the many restaurants nearby including the Lighthouse where we had our best sunset dinner. The condo kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals and made our vacation that much easier. The condo was much larger than we needed for just us two, but we enjoyed having the extra space even just for ourselves. It would be a great condo for two couples, as it has two beds and two bathrooms; and for the same reason it would be perfect for travelling with kids --plenty of room to spread out. Bottom line for our vacation -- beautiful island and beautiful condo -- great vacation. Recommended
