- accueil agréable et serviable - la taille de la chambre et le canapé à l'intérieur - la propreté - la proximité avec le Mall of America, le métro (ligne bleue) et les bus. Très utile quand on n'a pas de voiture - le choix du petit-déjeuner et à volonté - la piscine intérieure et la salle de sport. Même si les 2 ne sont pas très grandes, elles ont le mérite d'exister

- le bruit de la climatisation - le fait de ne pas pouvoir réserver une navette par mail pour venir nous chercher à l'aéroport. Par téléphone, c'est trop compliqué pour ceux qui ne comprennent pas bien l'anglais. Sinon de l'aéroport, prendre le métro "blue line" jusqu'au terminus "Mall of America" et finir à pied (700 m de l'hôtel)

Beautiful hotel and very clean. Staff was nice and helpful. The lobby smelled so good every time we walked in. Would definitely stay again!

The breakfast was just okay.

Breakfast was above and beyond. Loads of options. All the stations were fully stocked at all times. Excellent.

Al llegar nos dieron una habitación distinta a la que habíamos reservado y al acudir con la chica de la recepción nos dijo sin darle importancia alguna que no podía hacer nada y q podía cambiarnos hasta el día siguiente y que habláramos con la manager. Gracias a Dios la manager quien si es una persona realmente muy amable nos solventó de inmediato. Por otra parte en la habitación el conducto del aire acondicionado tenía un ruido un poco molesto y salimos el domingo aproximadamente a las 11 am y al regresar luego de las 10 pm no habían cambiado las toallas ni acomodado las camas

The property was clean and well maintained. Location was good, easy to get to and close to the mall.

The staff was ok at best. Restaurant/bar staff was great but the front desk and breakfast staff were inattentive and not helpful. They never told me about the free shuttle, I learned that from other travelers. The breakfast was often empty with no refills and no one in sight to assist.

Staff was unprofessional at times. There is a sign at breakfast about accommodations for food allergies at breakfast and none of the staff knew what it meant and said that they haven't had to do accommodations before.... It was inconvenient to have key cards not work at all entrances at night due to the location having limited parking. The $15 dollar parking sucks when you still have to walk far away. Pillows were extremely uncomfortable

Breakfast was good with a variety. The bed was very comfortable. Rooms were nicely updated and clean. Very close to the Mall

Pool area was a mess with no towels. They really needed two people at the front desk for check in. I booked online then was surprised with a parking fee when I checked in. The bathroom light clicked on every time I turned in bed.
