We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The home was immaculately maintained and very well situated for us to enjoy many local attractions. We were excited to try some of the local eateries recommended by Eric and they did not disappoint. When we weren’t exploring the area, the quiet neighbourhood allowed for much needed relaxation around the pool in the lovely backyard oasis. Eric was very attentive to our needs and easy to communicate with. His dedication to the comfort of his guests and his desire to ensure guests enjoy their time at his property is readily apparent. We look forward to returning and enjoying this experience again!

Everything we wanted and more!

This property was terrific. Exactly as pictured and a perfect location to get to the Keys, St Armand’s Siesta Key and shopping. Nice warm pool to swim in and tasteful decor. Very good communication with owner. Our questions were answered promptly. Nice care package upon our arrival. Restaurant list was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend!

An entire winter month out of the NYC cold with our “child” (who has 4 legs, barks and loves swimming, dog parks and Brohard. The house is beautiful, the heated pool perfect and the hosts friendly and attentive. Only (unimportant) “complaint” is that being Seniors, we’ve never “cut the cord” and wished there was cable instead of streaming on at least one of the 3 great TVs. But…we hope to return in ‘25!

This is a beautiful home and the host was great. Even thought we did not have nice weather, the screened in pool with comfortable furniture with nice backyard made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. We had our 2 fur babies who enjoyed running in the fenced in yard. Eric is very quick to respond and the house is beautiful. Will certainly keep this house on my list for my next vacation.

This was my first time doing a Vrbo... was very impressed on how clean and peaceful... The outside had a Privacy fence and screened in Pool and Porch.... where I spent most my time... with the Tropical Foliage.... was easy to imagine... you was on your own personal Island.

We purchased a home in Palmer Ranch but our closing was delayed. We’re doing a long term rental at Eric’s property. He and his wife couldn’t be more helpful and welcoming. The house is immaculate. A/C works great. Nice clean showers and bathrooms and comfy beds. Built in caged pool and fenced in private yard is a huge plus. BBQ grill too. Nice clean comfy couches outside on the lanai. Whatever we needed the owners were immediately on it. Communication is beyond friendly and easy. Neighborhood is very family friendly and quiet. Great for sleeping! All the neighbors are friendly and helpful. Eric left a list of local restaurants to go to and everything is basically 5-10 minutes away. Siesta is so close. We go for gelato frequently. What could be a very stressful time for us has become a comforting home base until we close on our home. You will not be disappointed with this rental. Pool beach and everything needed to enjoy your stay. Cleaning products and a separate room with a washer dryer. So many great products were there for us upon arrival along with Haagen Daas ice cream, cones and cinnamon rolls for us to enjoy. Plenty of linens and beach/ pool towels. We even have use of the 2 car garage. Honestly we couldn’t ask for more. This is a must stay property!

From the moment we booked the house until we departed, Eric was extremely responsive to all inquiries of the property...answering all questions we had...very easy to communicate with. We greatly appreciated all of the numerous recommendations provided... from restaurants to beaches to attractions in the area. The house / property matched the photos / description 100%. House was extremely clean and well stocked with needed items. The house is in a great location and in a safe neighborhood! Close to so many beaches / towns to explore. Would highly recommend & look forward to our next stay there!

We are a regular couple that like to travel , I would like to rate place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an short drive to all the beaches we wanted to visit. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy, and few miles to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful place. Thank you so much for the baby gift ;) very thoughtful . Would stay again .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was immaculate, comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool was always the perfect temp and got all day sun. The location is fantastic, very close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Eric was the perfect host, his communication was outstanding, and we very much appreciated his restaurant and other recommendations for things to do in the area. One of our best vacations, we can’t wait to come back!

The house is beautiful and very well maintained. Had everything we needed including kitchen supplies, beach/pool toys, cleaning supplies. The pool was heated, so we used it daily. The owner was very easy to reach and communicate with. The location is close to a lot of restaurants, Publix, Walmart and about 15 min to the beach. Highly recommend this house.

We had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful and had everything you needed - even the little essentials like laundry detergent, soap and garbage bags. We loved the outdoor patio and pool area! We spent a great deal of time there. The property was very clean and well maintained. Would definitely visit again.

Clear instructions provided about the rental and check out instructions. Great location. Our family had an amazing time and would love to come back someday!

There are not enough great adjectives to describe our experience!! The home is beautiful, inviting and very comfortable. We loved the mid century decor, the bright open concept of the main living area, the outdoor space and the comfy beds. So much attention to details and wonderful hospitality!! Definitely at the top of our list for visiting again!!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the house. The pool was perfectly warm for our kids to enjoy! There were several times we needed help from the host and they were overall quick to respond and easy to work with! We found some pet hair upon arrival so cleanliness could have been a bit better. Overal a good house nice back yard.

Would definitely recommend! The house is a completely updated and tastefully decorated mid-century modern in what looks like a safe middle income neighborhood. The location is perfect for short drives into downtown Sarasota, beaches, and other attractions - as well as excursions to the surrounding area. The home is sunny and bright, immaculate, comfortable and welcoming, thoughtfully appointed with amenities including coffees, shampoos, utensils, cleaning & storage products, etc. Huge new TV in the living room, TV in two of the three bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable. The fenced in yard and pool area offer plenty of privacy and relaxation, with just a modest/occasional level of noise from the road, which is a connector between two main roads. (The neighborhood is very walkable, though.) Eric was extremely responsive and proactive in making sure all our needs were met.

Overall this was a very nice house, and our relations with Eric were great. There were a couple of items that weren't there, and he got them immediately. The only problem was the pool heater, which went out our second week and was still not fixed when we had to leave (because my wife became ill) at the end of our fourth week. We don't blame Eric because he tried, but the pool people could not seem to get their act together.

Large beautifully designed & decorated “beach” home. Heated Pool & outdoor space is tranquil. Neighborhood is quiet . Close to major highways, hospitals, shopping centers and tons of restaurants. Hosts were ahhhhmazing; friendly, accommodating, and willing to go above and beyond to make stay enjoyable. Tons of appliances, utensils, etc. that are easy to use and readily available. Highly recommend.
