Easy access to the beach and enjoyed the kayaks and the convenience of having beach equipmeny

This home is beautiful and offers everything you would need. Plenty of room, activities, and fish. We had a great time and hope to stay again next year for our family holiday. LOVED THIS HOME!!!

The entire stay was a wonderful experience. The home is gorgeous, the decor relaxing and beachy. It's close to the beach where we could walk. Close to downtown for dining out. The jacuzzi was great and the opportunity to fish off the bay was fun, we actually caught fish! It was quiet although our next door neighbor got loud Saturday another neighbor went to their place and the music ceased. Neighbors in the area were friendly. If we had any suggestions, it would be in the kitchen, ant presence in the cabinet with spices, and the oven smoked when turned on, it needed some cleaning. I would definitely recommend this home.

We loved our stay. Home was perfect. Everyone had their own space. There was plenty to do. Loved kayaking to the bay and going to the beach. It was a great week.

After booking for 5 adults on this trip, only 3 of us were able to make it. However, we had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. The top deck is where we spent most of our time if we weren’t visiting the island for some good food. Thanks for sharing your amazing property with us. Sherrie B

This was the perfect place for our vacation. The house and the setting are absolutely beautiful. I was afraid it would be noisy with so many houses but it was so quiet sitting outside most of the time all I could hear were the birds. Spotlessly clean inside and out. I hope we get the opportunity to stay there again.

This was absolutely perfect for my daughter's senior prom and her friends and our family. I cannot recommend this house anymore. It was amazing and will forever be a piece of our history. Thank you! Monica

The house was gorgeous with all the amenities, including a hot tub. The area was clean and quiet. Plenty of space for everyone and a huge kitchen for cooking.

Aqua Vista was the perfect place to stay for our family’s first trip to Galveston. The house is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully layed out for family recharging and fun. Our children loved the fishing, crabbing, swimming, and kayaking in the canal. Ryan and Roxy were THE best hosts. They were attentive to our needs and very quick to respond to questions we had. Thanks for a wonderful week, Ryan and Roxy!

Was a great place to stay had everything we needed. Short cart ride to the beach, and fishing right on the canal.

We stayed here to be close to the port for our Disney Cruise out of Galveston. It was perfect! We came a few days early to celebrate NYE here as well. Our group was 2 couples. Each with 3 kids aged 2.5, 5, 7,7,8 & 8. First off, the communication with the property manager was great! We had a handful of questions and he replied very fast! Also, it was just a quick maybe 1-2 minute drive to Jamaica beach. They let you drive on it so we just opened the truck bed and watched the kids play. The sand was great and the water was warm! The property sits on a little channel. So the kids could fish right off the deck. Make sure to bring poles if you stay here because there are fish lights under the water. We brought 2 life jackets for our littles who aren’t swimmers to run around outside since it is right on the water. There were 2 kayaks that were a hit with the kids! We also had fun with the ping pong table. We all loved the hot tub and we actually rang in the new year there! There were 2 giant decks. Both with fantastic views. We ate New Years Day lunch at the large table on the patio. And we cooked a lot and took advantage of the bbq grill. So we were happy that the kitchen was stocked. The beds were comfy. And the master shower was large and looked newly remodeled. For those with a baby or toddler, there was a pack and play, books, and a few kid toys and games. There were 3 bedrooms upstairs. But keep in mind the downstairs hang out room with xbox, bathroom, and futon coach does not connect to the upstairs. For safety reasons (especially near water) the downstairs room is good for sleeping adults and older children . But younger kids will need to be in one of the 3 bedrooms upstairs. We ended up just using it as a daytime kid hang out spot. The place was clean. And it seemed like they have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Including Keurig and pods. And a washer dryer, Beach toys ect. There was even a basketball hoop out front and fenced in parking that fit out 2 pick up trucks with room to spare. We loved this place and would love to come back for another stay! It looked nice from the pictures. But we were pleasantly surprised by the great location and were blown away by the views, sunsets, and entertainment! Thanks for having us!

This was a great location! Home sitting on the canal and drive on beach just out of the neighborhood. The home was clean and kept in shape. Would consider returning in the future.

We thought this beach house was an excellent choice! It was very clean and the description was very accurate and on point. Wouldn't hesitate booking this gem.

Everything about the house was perfect! The location is right by a beach where you actually drive on the sand. Sooo many included amenities like beach chairs, life jackets, sand toys, boogie boards, even sunscreen! FIRST IMPRESSION The house is incredibly decorated, lots of blues and teals in everything. The cookware is top notch, and every appliance you could think of is there. You definitely feel luxurious when you pull in. BEDS The beds were SO comfortable! I’ve never enjoyed sleeping outside of my own bed, but each one had tons of different pillows and super soft sheets. All of us slept really well. Even the adults who shared the twin beds. BATH The master bath had a hair dryer, qtips, and cotton rounds. Each shower had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. OUTSIDE There were more than enough chairs and places to sit. The kayaks were a highlight of our trip. It was a first for 2 of us, and we were afraid to fall in but they were super sturdy. I would hope to see a ladder in the future for us to use. The fish in the water light were fun to watch. The hot tub was HUGE and very clean. It could easily seat 8 people. There is also a grill and a lift, I’m not sure if it is for a wheelchair or something like groceries. NEIGHBORHOOD We were here in October so it was very quiet. Like extremely quiet, it felt like a ghost town. Definitely nice if you’re wanting to relax. There is a small market and Cantina within walking distance. Otherwise Walmart is 20 minutes away. AMENITIES This house had so many extras! Tons of hangers, a speaker for your phone, games, outdoor toys, different types of dishes, bug spray, baby dishes, first aid kit, sewing kit, aluminum foil, hair dryer, BBQ grill with propane tank, & a basketball hoop. BUGS We were really worried about the bugs being so close to the water. We did get bit a few times, but the bug spray helped. There were a lot of tiny spiders, but nothing more than we normally get back home. The outdoor shower had the most, so that didn’t get used. CONS The downstairs room is unattached and maybe the auto lock needs to be charged. This room had a lot of spiders, and never seemed to cool down. We were hoping to watch a movie or play on the XBOX but the TV was much smaller than the other one’s upstairs and the XBOX required a kinnect for us to play some of the games. It really wasn’t a big deal to not use the downstairs as everything else about this house was perfection!

The property was great and had everything you might need. Everything was new and clean. Only suggestion would to have a ladder to get out of the water
