The hotel is in Uttara which is a calm and fairly high end area of Dhaka, near some decent restaurants Air con worked well The food from the restaurant was good and dietary requirements were understood

Staff used the phone number that I provided to Booking.com to send unwanted WhatsApp messages which is NOT acceptable - they also continually asked for photos and selfies. Also very limited English made communication difficult - probably due to low numbers of overseas tourists. The mattress on the bed was VERY hard - made it very difficult to sleep Shower was not good - more effective to use bucket for washing
