L’emplacement, dans la nouvelle médina, quartier Gueliz, au fond d’une impasse > très calme. La chambre (ou plutôt la suite / appartement) est immense. Salon avec un canapé gigantesque, tout comme le lit. Tout est propre et très spacieux ! Nous y logions le soir du séisme, le gardien a été top. Il est resté avec nous dehors et nous a installé des chaises pour attendre sans trop paniquer. Je recommande cet établissement! Rapport qualité / prix exceptionnel.

We booked at the last minute and found this modest yet clean and comfortable hotel. Located at a tiny alley in the new Medina. We were not expecting a lot since we only need a place to stay after our flight got delayed overnight. Although we were taken by surprise on how modern the room looked compared to the other Riads in the area. The staff of the hotel is very accommodating! He tried his very best to communicate with us even if it’s difficult for him to speak English. The room itself is amazingly comfortable and the water flow in the shower is just amazing! Breakfast is pretty basic and light. Overall, we’re really satisfied with our stay and will be happy to refer to friends and families! :)

Location is misleading on Google maps. The road is down a smaller, side Street between a clinic and a restaurant. No issues with the road itself though.

A beautiful riad in a lovely location. Clean and very friendly staff. So quiet at night. Air conditioned room was so appreciated during this hot weather. Breakfast on the terrace is lovely. Thank you for your hospitality.

Imane, Amina and Abdltif were so wonderful during our stay, truly felt like family. Even before check in the staff went above and beyond to book transportation to and from the airport, activities for us and an excellent breakfast every morning. The location was wonderful, I can’t believe how well this location was priced. Can’t recommend enough, we will be back!

The room is so clean. The lady who checked us in and the lady who served us breakfast are so lovely. Thank you for your hospitality. The riad is at the end of a side street so there is no direct traffic noise and much quieter than other places we have stayed in Marrakech.

The place seems new and very clean. Breakfast was good. While the room was not that big, it was comfortable.

It was difficult to find it at night. A local driver had to circle the place twice and had to call twice for directions before we could spot it. Yes, they do have a neatly designed sign on the road, but the sign blends with surroundings; the name of the place is written in cursive font on the sign which makes it impossible to read it quickly unless you stare at it for a minute. And the sign has another name (the company that owns the place) which is much easier to read, that makes it very confusing. Another issue I had is with booking.com description. They advertise it as a double room, and in another place they say that there are 2 double beds. Well, the beds are twin size. There is no way 2 people can fit on one such bed comfortably. Really misleading description.

Extremely good value - Riad Dourtina was a perfect stay for us travelling in from London. It wasn’t far from anywhere we wanted to go, the most we paid for any cab was €15. Imane was brilliant, very accommodating, kind, helpful, welcoming and homely. I can’t thank her enough for everything her and the staff done to make our stay a pleasant one
