Property was perfect for my weekend stay. Great location, awesome neighborhood. Peaceful and the updates make this a really nice place. Host was very quick to communicate and everything g was as advertised. Will definitely stay here again.

This place was very clean, comfortable and easy to find. It is in a well established and safe Memphis midtown neighborhood. Everything you would need ( plus) has been well thought out and provided. The host was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

We were only in town for one night, but this was such a good choice for our stay. Very clean. Very cute. Convenient to where we were going. Katy was very responsive and has lots of suggestions for places to eat amd things to do. Will totally stay here again.

The location of this property is a pleasant walk to Rhodes as well as the park and zoo. It was clean and well appointed. Katy and her daughter are lovely. Highly recommended.

Very conveniently located - easy driving distance to multiple fun restaurants, shops, and venues. Short and safe walk to the park.
The host is extremely responsive and super friendly.

Stayed for 6 nights in this quiet, comfortable and well equipped studio. Easy access to all the major Memphis attractions with freeway access to points further away. Also a variety of good places to eat close by. Great value.

Host was very kind, communicated well, property very tidy. The only issue was the main bed it was very hard and uncomfortable. We slept awful, could just be our preference though.

The property was situated near the home of our relative so it was a great place for us to be. We feel it would be helpful to have a handrail when climbing the stairs to enter the home. It is a good clean space for 2 people.

My wife and i were in for the st jude marathon. Although being used to hotel stays ; we quickly was turned on to this place. It was safe and communication between the host and ourselves were on point. If and when we make the trip to Memphis again we will be staying here if at all possible.

This is a separate back house in a beautiful old neighborhood, right at the edge of Overton Park. Very safe and convenient to midtown and downtown. I will definitely try to stay here again.

This is just what we were looking for. Walking distance to Overton Park, very quick drive to Overton Square-cute dining area. The host communicated all info and made our stay super comfortable and simple.

Cute cottage, perfect set up, and fabulous location. Neighborhood and park were wonderful for walking around and exploring area. Host was very friendly and her daughter was super helpful when we couldn’t get the door unlocked!

We got in after dark- but, the directions provided were very clear and made accessing the property very easy. When we walked in we were very tickled with how cute the space was. It was very clean, had all the amenities you could think of, and the host was very easy to contact/communicate with if necessary. We thoroughly enjoyed the area it’s in as well. We were able to walk to the zoo, the copper young area, and it’s a very short driving distance from downtown. Would definitely recommend, and would happily stay again.

As soon as I saw the listing I was immediately impressed. This was my first time using Vrbo for a rental and I must admit I was a little reserved. Once I saw the pics and communicated with the owner my concerns were downgraded!
It was such a warm and inviting backhouse that was not to far from any attractions. I'd rate this wonderful rental a 9.7 out of 10.

This is a great back house in midtown, walking distance to Overton Park and the Zoo and a very short drive to everything else Midtown Memphis has to offer. It's also an easy drive/uber to downtown (including Beale St.). It's roomy for a studio-type apartment and has a lovely kitchenette, full bath, stacked washer and dryer, and closet. It's fully stocked with everything you need. Highly recommend.

This is super close to the vibrant Cooper Young area. The host was very accommodating, and the home was adorable.

Close too everything down town restaurant & night life entertainment Memphis has to offer went for the TSU vs Jackson St football game. Everything was like the pictures only issues was the TV loading was slowly & the shower door was not clean I think but still enjoy my stay + host was really nice seen her as I was checking out has she was off to church I think.
