Option of 2 beds. Kitchen well equipped. Comfy mattress. Parking pass availability. Big tv and bath. Good price for the location and stay length. Reasonably clean. 10mins walk from Gainsborough studios. Good wifi. Room for 2/3 people.

Extremely inconsiderate neighbours (DIY until 1am most nights, washing machines spinning during the night). Was not able to open most windows leading to extremely high temps inside the flat to the point I had to keep front door open at times to allow in some cool air which impeded on my safety. No fan or ac unit available.

L'appartement est plutôt bien situé, pas très loin de la gare de St Pancras et à quelques stations de métro du centre de Londres. La station de métro Old Street est à une dizaine de minutes à pied et le quartier de la résidence est relativement calme (peu de circulation). L'appartement est assez propre et équipé (notamment la cuisine).

La température dans l'appartement était élevée (début mai) car le sèche serviette dans la salle de bain allumé au maximum (brûlant) et pas de possibilité de le baisser ou l'éteindre. Nous avons laissé les fenêtres ouvertes tous les jours pour réguler la température de l'appartement.

Le métro et qui est à 10 minutes à pied et le market pour faire les courses tout à côté

L'endroit pour récupérer les clés n'est pas suffisamment détaillé dans le descriptif j'ai dû poser plusieurs questions avant d'avoir l'info. Il s'exprime en disant point de collecte je pensais même un moment qu'il s'agissait des ordures....

Very warm, great for London winter. Had all the soaps/shampoos and a fully equipped kitchen. Overall for the price it was wonderful, because London has some really terrible properties that aren’t cheap. It’s always a lottery. The property is a short walk to a bus stop and we found a great coffee place nearby at Shoreditch park.

Pretty thin walls so could hear it he neighbours, didn’t bother us but light sleepers beware. No real way to block the light with the thin curtains, so once again not a problem for us in winter but something to consider if you stay in summer.

Ruhige Lage. Bus nur einige Minuten entfernt. Zimmer groß. Extra Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer . Guter Kontakt mit Vermieter. Schlüssel Übergabe ist 24 Stunden in einem Shop möglich

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ausstattung recht altmodisch . Nicht ganz so sauber.

Neighbourhood is quiet.

There were left over food in the cabinets and getting the key was a bit complicated. We had to wait outside.

Perfect location

Very good value. The apartment was very clean, well stocked with kitchen items, outlets. WiFi worked well. Staff was very organized and responsive.

Air circulation was poor— windows could be opened only on one side of the apartment, and those not very far, so there was no way to get the cool air outside into the apartment. Consequently, it was so stuffy and hot that sleeping was difficult, even thought the nights were cool outside.
