The breakfast is the best I had in Họ Chi Minh hotels. Staff was very helpful

Good size hotel with clean/spacious rooms and facilities and kind staff. It's not located in Sigon district one or near Sigon River but who cares when the price is good and you can use Grab or other cheap options for transport. The master piece of our experience was the reception staff, they treated us like family and spent so much time to make sure you experience the best. I can't thanks them enough. Very special thanks to Mr Quang at reception 🙏🙏🙏. He is so professional and very kind too👍. His knowledge about his profession is amazing. The next person I want to thank is Ms Trinh. She is very good and very kind, she works with all her heart and soul. She is one of the most nicest people that work in this hotel. This was my first time here but wouldn't be the last. Please keep up the good work.

Que nos quedamos encerrados mi pareja y yo durante un buen rato en el ascensor y el recepcionista nos pegaba gritos por el interfono. No tuvieron ni un detalle por el hecho de estar encerrados por culpa de sus instalaciones;y yo, debido a mi nivel de estrés, no escuché ni una triste disculpa. Experiencia muy negativa. Es lo que me quedó de la estancia.

The airport transfer cost was a bit expensive considering the distance. The air-conditioning in my room was not very effective.

In der Dusche war eine Gummimatte, die man hätte auf den Bolden legen können. Allerdings waren auf der Matte Flecken die aussahen wie Schimmel.

Breakfast was the best I’ve known in terms of actual food quality and I’ve stayed in 5 stars all over the world . Staff are all very willing and friendly . Restraints are also great.

Very pleasant hotel at excellent rate. Friendly and helpful staff, lovely pool and nice big and comfy rooms. Staff helped us to reserve our preferred room during our 3 visits shortly after eachother. Also helped with booking a scooter that we used to go around the city. Will stay here again on a next Saigon visit (provided that the price levels remain the same)

The hotel bar was closed on our first visit. The hotel is a bit far from District 1. We knew this however, but if you are looking to visit District 1, it may be better to choose another place. Note though that a taxi ride is not too expensive towards the city center.

We booked this hotel to be close to the airport for an early flight, I was expecting a basic airport hotel and was proven very wrong, staff were great the room was five star as was the bathroom and a great pool. Taxis are cheap and so we still ate In HCMC centre. Airport transfer was arranged promptly and we would definitely use this hotel again!

The view wasn’t amazing but location to the airport was perfect and it wasn’t noisy at night.

The service charge for laundry seems expensive comparison with the room rate itself.

Spacious and well-organized room. Nice shower and bath tub. The design was very sweet. Breakfast surprised with a variety of choices, but again, some items were cheap options from the supermarket.

Frustrating to see that a five star hotel has a parking lot in the back near the laundry. The staff couldn't explain this fact politely, I was about to report a guy, who started screaming at us to park there. Overall, staff is professional, but It seems sometimes that you're working for them, some were rolling their eyes and were, I would say, snobbish. Don't get me wrong, I travel a lot and I have been to many places, but I expect the hotel of this level to be impeccable with it's worker's attitude.
