I liked the swimming pool but there weren’t enough sun chairs, the nice Mustafa’ who works there was really great tough. The people at breakfast time is amazing and very very kind.

The check out was not very nice, the reception staff wasn’t good as last year when I was there. The rooms will need a renovation pretty soon but the bathrooms offer a bathtub and a shower at the same time. The reception wasn’t kids friendly as last year as well.

The room is spacious and the staffs are so nice. The breakfast was pretty indian based food but generally okay.

The room ventilation is pretty bad and the water drain is not good. The hotel has a spa but you need to pay to use it.

The male receptionist during my check in is less accommodating. Breakfast buffet selection is poor.

Helpful staff Debasish from reception is so much helpful and tried his best to satisfy me. Also housekeeping team on the 4th floor was helpful. The Hotel in a quiet area, but it starts to be loud when music from clubs starts.

There are 2 restaurants, one on the roof and a Turkish one down stairs. The problem is that not everyone wants to sit upstairs in side and the outside is just to much humidity. We dont all eat Turkish. There needs to be some sort of western food as a suggestion. Just a suggestion.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and all questions and requests were quickly resolved. The hotel inside is beautiful, everything is available on site for a wonderful vacation - spa, beauty salon, souvenir shop, lounge, night club and gym. It is worth mentioning that the bed was very comfortable and a good sleep was guaranteed. Bonus - grocery store and shopping streets within walking distance. The breakfast is rich, the menu of the buffet restaurant changes - something new every day. I dare to recommend and will gladly visit You again! Best wishes from Estonia.

During the week that I was there, I had to renew the check-in card several times in order to open the doors.

check-in was awful, we spent around 1 hour waiting due to system issue (there are no manual process). Also, the facilities in the room and in the hotel is normal (this is not 5 star hotel, it is deserved 3 star only). Moreover, the location area is not good

This hotel is absolutely stunning, it exceptionally clean and spacious. It felt incredibly relaxing. The breakfast had a really good choice for everyone. The pool was lovely and plenty of space. Great value for money. I couldn’t recommend staying here more!

Loved EVERYTHING

The hotel is clean, comfortable and good it value. The location is 20 min drive from Dubai Trade Centre. The staff were verly helpful and nice spically Dabavish and Jeran smooth our check in process and were very cooporative!

It was amazing! the hotel feels like home, the staff very helpful. Very good location near the airport, the old Dubai and so near from the downtown and Burj khalifa. Quietness and cleanliness in the hotel is on another level! thank you for the birthday cake surprise😍 highly recommended!👌🏻

happy to say there’s nothing to mention

- Quiet room - Bathtub setup, which was the main reason to choose this property

- Room was smelly when entered - Room was not ready when checking in at 4 PM, through the check in starts at 2 pm - Sofa was old - Without taxi you can’t move around - They kept AED 200 as security deposit, which was not mentioned before
