The room was dirty with plenty of hairs on the floor. Also there was a shower without cabins, though it is normal for Bulgaria.

Everything was ready, I've asked early (1PM) check-in, and there wasn't any problem. The apartment was clean. Parking is secure and available for an additional 5 euro per parking space

Lots of lighting options and very clean.

It would benefit from a few more glasses and tea mugs.

Seems like a guest smoke in the app thought it is specifically forbidden! However, this is not the host's fault, as he is counting on people's personal accountability. Otherwise - really clean place!

Spacious flat. Normal size fridge. Have microwave, kettle, laundry machine. Satisfactory double bed. Underground parking in the same building, access to elevator.

NO HEATING IN JANUARY! We were offered to use air conditioner instead, but this does not help. Floor, walls are icy cold, and you can't sleep normally, wake up with congested nose and cold hands and legs. However, hot water (central supply) is present. Suppose, owner likes economy over adequate and does not want to pay for heating. Also you will find the cheapest possible models of philips TVs with non-working remotes. You can only switch it on/off. Bathroom does not corresponds to presented photos, no shower cabin, and you will spill water everywhere when you wash. Generally, for such price it is satisfactory. For me most important feature was protected garage for the car. P.S. view outside the window represents Sofia most precisely.

I really liked the location and how, although at first glance simple, the rooms in the apartment had their own charm. Also, in terms of appliances, there is absolutely everything you need, and if anything is missing, the staff is available to help.

The only thing I didn't like, was that there was air conditioning in only one of the rooms. And to be honest, the only way to get good heating was with all the doors open. So, for colder weather - wrap up, and for warmer weather - it's perfect. :)
