The strategy location with good food surrounding and the hotel is next to the check point to Singapore from Malaysia within the walking distance. You also can find a shopping mall, money changer & pharmacy near by.

The hotel room is clean and comfortable. The location is good just next to the check in point from Malaysia to Singapore. There are also many good food near by. Opposite the hotel is a private parking lot cost RM12. 00 for an overnight parking (24hrs).

Overall is ok for a budget trip to Singapore if plan to stay at Johor Bahru.

Good location, about 10 mins walk from checkpoint. Police station about 100m away (you can see it from the window). Overnight staff is friendly and attentive. Security is good - you can only enter by being buzzed by the counter staff. Toiletries (basic) is provided. Rain shower pressure is okay, not too light. Toilet lights are bright. Complimentary water bottles. Housekeeping was fast when they cleaned my room after I told them there were some spillage on the floor when I entered (it was NOT water). Double bed room is WAY more spacious than twin bedroom (my room was 201 for double bed room).

Cleanliness. Not sure what’s on the floor of my room - see picture attached. Also, the complimentary water in my room has an opened bottle and it’s already been drunk from. Another room’s bed sheets are not cleaned - there was a stain. Another room (we have 3 rooms) smelled really strongly of cigarette smoke and gave my friend a headache. Their room’s aircon fan was also non adjustable, their temp was also the same - the aircon was just blowing at her the whole night. Walls (and/or connecting room doors) and really thin, so you can hear your neighbours clearly 😅
