The hosts of this hotel were incredibly attentive and lovely. We extend our respect and appreciation to these wonderful people! They allowed for a late check-in if arranged in advance. The check-in process and key handover were smooth and trouble-free. The hotel had its own open parking area in front. In our room, there was only a sink, and the toilet was shared on the floor. However, this didn't pose any difficulties as there were only three rooms on the floor, and we never had to wait for the bathroom. The shared toilet was equipped with a shower and hot water, as well as a washing machine. Fortunately, the room had an air conditioner, which helped maintain a comfortable temperature. Breakfast was included in the room rate, and it was excellent and filling. We were served omelets, a selection of cheese and cold cuts, fresh rolls and bread (which the hosts baked themselves), oranges, desserts, juice, water, coffee, and cocoa. From the hotel, we took the bus to Venice. The bus stop was conveniently located near the hotel. The hostess provided us with a map and instructions, and she also assisted us in buying bus tickets. Our vacation was wonderful, and if we travel to Venice again, we will definitely stay here.

As for the negatives, the only thing I can mention is that there was a faint smell of smoke in the room. Perhaps someone had smoked there before. However, it quickly dissipated when we opened the window, and it didn't bother us during our stay.

The staff was great...the brekfast was very nice and beautiful....and tasty!

Such pleasant and helpful staff. Convenient set up with hair dryers and sinks in the bedrooms. Loved having the restaurant downstairs. The food was great! Right across from the bus stop. Remember to wave so the bus knows to stop. We had 15 people at the stop and it didn't stop because none of us waved.

Very good location 15 minutes by bus to Venice, stop next to the hotel, the room has everything you need, clean and tidy. Very good and healthy breakfast, staff very helpful, I had a flight in the middle of the night, the lady immediately ordered us a taxi and we got breakfast for the road, water and juices for my daughter, great people, feeling like you were staying at a friend's house, I recommend

Great location, close to bus stop and easy to get anywhere. Very nice people, they will tell you everything if necessary. There is also a large free parking lot nearby, so you don't have to worry about your car. A delicious pizzeria on the first floor of the hotel :)

The girls who work there are very nice they can help you with anything! ❤️ Great parking with video surveillance and bus station I across the street and take you to Venice for just 1,5 euros.

First time I have chosen room with shared bathroom it was clean but not sure if I can do it again.

The location is very good you can take public buses to go to the airport or to the center of Venice. The lady at the reception is a very nice, bubbly and helpful person and she gave us a lot of advices. The bed was good and the room was clean.

Walls were a bit thin and we could hear neighbours.

Super clean and organised, great (and comfortable) facilities, quiet neighbourhood, great and affordable food (and breakfast), and helpful and super kind staff. It also has easy and rather quick access to Venice.

The shared bathroom can sometimes be a mild nuisance, but not a huge deal, actually, especially considering the amazing fair price, and that it is quite clean.

Don't trust google maps bus times on holidays, because we had a hard time getting back on new years eve.

Althought it's shared bathroom, there's a hand basin in the room which is super helpful to wash hands/make tea. There's even a fridge in the room. The room is spacious. Overall I had a good stay.

It was noisy at night. I think there's a disco next door or a party or something. The check-in procedure is... non-existent. I arrived the place at about 7 or 8pm, there were two guys at the front door and they let me in. There were columns on the wall (like the ones you put magazines) where the they put the receipt of your stay along with the keys. There were nobody there and I had to figure it out myself. (I could've asked the guys outside but I didn't). The only thing is that the receipt has your name on it, like the booking.com receipt, which kind of concerned me because strangers who entered the building can literally find out who is in which room. I was travelling alone so that worried me for a bit.

Just the only thing I was dissapoinnt it was my bed for rhe two first night, it was a two small bed join together in the same bed. It was not confortable

The restaurant is great, we had dinner there and loved it, the breakfast is also very good. The owner is very friendly, I will definitely go back.

Best deal for the facility and close to the airport. The restaurant underneath the hotel was fantastic! Would recommend for others to stay there if they have an upcoming flight.

It was a bit odd not having a receptionist, but I suppose for the price I understand and am ok with it. The only thing that was bothersome was a shared bathroom, but this was also known.

The location is very good. It’s very fast and easy to get to Venice. Breakfast was tasty. And staff was very helpful. Very good pizza in pizzeria downstairs.

The staff was very kind and nice, and everything was clean, if we're ever coming back to Venice we know were to stay.
