We flew in for a concert in Tampa but also wanted to enjoy the beach. Pre-arrival communication was very good. Condo was as described and had beach towels, a couple of chairs and even a canopy. My biggest issue was a musty smell from the air conditioning. No evidence of any mold could be seen in the condo. Parking spot is tight on the neighbor fence.

The Wave #1 Place was a very spacious and comfortable place to stay for us! The bedrooms and Family area were huge and even better than pictures posted with the advertisement!!! Would definitely recommend and stay again if we were in St. Petersburg again!

It was an amazing condo with a nice walk to the beach. We had a lot of fun. The pool was refreshing we liked that we could walk to the beach, a place for breakfest and Shells restaurant for a nice diner. It was a quiet family friendly enviroment with a lot to do in walking distance, highly recommended. We will definitley be back next summer!!

We schoose St Petes Beach after having to reschedule a vacation to Belize due to a passport issue. We found this condo to check all of our vacation boxes.. walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Having a pool onsite was key. The condo was clean and large, amd the complex was well kept. Wish there had been in-unit laundry cause the complex wash room was out of service, but that didn't keep us from enjoying our stay. We'll surely be back to explore the beach town more.

Having the large patio that connected directly to the pool was an added bonus. The other Waves guest were very welcoming around the pool, yet we were never disturbed at night. You can't beat the location! A block from the beach (make sure to stop by Paradise Grille to catch the sunset) and walking distance to all our favorite shops/restaurants. My wife and I have been visiting St. Pete Beach for about 10 years now (a few times a year) and this is one of the best places we've stayed at!

However, we had 7 guests staying for 3 nights and they provided only 6 towels and 4 washcloths. The picture displays a gas grill but there is not one on the premises. Bring your own toilet paper because there were only 2 rolls provided. The blankets smelt as though they needed washed and the toaster didn’t work.

We loved having our own patio, very spacious, comfortable, and very close to the beach. Some things we did encounter were a patio door that was very hard to open and shut, a cockroach, and not enough toilet paper. We were expecting a grill on our patio but it was by the pool for everyone's we bought our own and left it for the next lucky guests:) Also, the list of amenities could be updated more often maybe so that guests are not bringing an extra suitcase to bring stuff that is already there. But it was very easy to get in and out with the lock system in place and we had a great time!

The open kitchen/living and dining area was so spacious we never felt like we were stepping on each other. Also with the large back patio with direct access to pool it made it feel like we were "vip" guests. So close to beach and beach bars made it great to walk everywhere. I would definitely rent this place again .

Pool area is always clean, water warm, great atmosphere. You can't beat location, block to beach, 2 blocks to fishermans park with numerous bars/restraunts, 3 blocks to Corey Ave which has nice street market every Sunday, 1 block to Gulf Blvd which has everything from dining, night life, shopping. Really enjoy having so many options within walking distance and its nice drive up to Clearwater with lots of things to do in-between. If you make it to down town St. Pete, the new pier is worth checking out.

Our stay at Waves 1 was excellent! The condo is huge and having the private patio that leads to the pool was so nice for morning coffee. The condo is well equipped. I was very thankful for a beach cart to haul everything to the beach. Some reviews stated there was not beach equipment, but after speaking to the management company, they explained it is not provided, but if another guests leaves beach equipment it is there for you to use. The beach is an easy 2 block walk and the pool was very warm and clean. I would stay at Waves 1 again!

Within walking distance of many restaurants, very quite location off main busy road and also quite within the condo complex. The Gulf wasn't warm as indicated on the listing, but that is out of their control. The couches in the family room were the best I have sat on in a rental property, that alone gets high marks in my book. We didn't us the pocket door between master suite and the bathroom because it didn't slide easily and when my husband tried to shut it the door was very noisy, so we left it open, wasn't the greatest but it worked.

The location is wonderful but none of the interior doors of this condo work well and / or lock!

The layout of the condo is nice and roomy and the location is great, however I don’t think the floors and baseboards have been cleaned in months. The ceiling fans were filthy. The sheets were gritty. We felt like there were a lot of bugs in the condo and we even had a frog in the bathroom. Despite it all we had a great time

Great location. Very open, rooms and bathrooms were good size. Only suggestion would be to have beach chairs available with the close proximity to the beach and the sliders to the deck needs to be improved. Overall, really enjoyed our stay.
