Great location! Beautiful interior and furnishings. Comfortable space to relax and spend time playing games and watching TV. Bedrooms and bathrooms comfortable and well appointed.

My family had a fantastic time in Greenville staying in this beautiful loft. It’s clean, spacious, and in the best location. I highly recommend booking here!

Can't beat the location for catching the summer evening music and events in NOMA square -- and there was something every day of our stay. Comfortable beds/bedrooms (though some might need ear plugs) and a great look to the common space, but not the most comfortable for hanging out and definitely would not recommend for families with kids under 12. But for two to four adults looking to get out and about in Greenville and have a convenient and spacious place to crash it hits the spot.

Wonderful condo in the heart of downtown Greenville. Both the host and the condo made the difference between an ordinary stay and a great vacation.

This property was SUPER for location - within walking distance to everything we could have wanted- great restaurants, bike shop, coffee place, comedy club! The place was super interesting in layout and accommodated us perfectly - parents - another adult couple - and a 17 year old. The owner communicated w/us promptly and would definitely recommend!

Two couples in town for a performance at the Peace Center. This condo is ON Main Street which is perfect location to park car and walk to the performance and restaurants. We even walked 5 miles on the Swamp Rabbit Trail.

If I could give 10 stars for location I would! Right in the heart of it all and Greenville at Christmas is spectacular. Very unique unit which was exactly as described. Gorgeous with amazing views. Highly recommend!

We had a group of 8 guys who wanted separate sleeping spaces so I rented both of Bill’s properties so I’m going to write one review for both places. Bill’s apartment snd loft are two of the coolest properties I’ve ever booked. You are within walking distance to several great bars and restaurants, drug store and even a grocery store. Bill's communication and helpfulness might be the best of any host on VRBO. The properties were wonderfully decorated, stocked and very cozy. The rooftop is also great. It would be difficult for folks who aren’t comfortable with steep stairs/ladders but us middle aged guys managed just fine. The location, amenities and host communication cannot be beat.

The prime location allowed us to make the most of our long weekend. We walked out the door to a safe and beautiful downtown. We enjoyed shopping and dined at a few of the best restaurants. Attention was given to the details that make a trip easier and comfortable. The host was very accommodating.

Overall the accommodation was very good. I would suggest the owner provide a “welcome-book” with information etc. I certainly understand that much information can be found online; however, information on where to place laundry/towels and trash at checkout would be helpful along with things like TV codes etc. the owner was very responsive just thinking this type of info may cut down on the messages he has to field as well.

Enjoyed our stay. The location is superb being right on Main Street and having several shops and restaurants so close. This property was very unique and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in downtown Greenville. Their is a bar under the loft which stays pretty loud on the weekends until 2am so beware if you are around on the weekends. The property was not the cleanest when we arrived but nothing we couldn’t do ourselves. The parking is only enough for one car so prepare if another couple is staying as well. We had a great stay and would stay at this property again!! Saved us a lot versus staying in the Hampton hotel.

Electronic locks did not work called landlord who said he was expecting us tomorrow and property was not ready then had to drive 3 hours back home. Payment still not refunded

Attempted on multiple occasions to communicate with the owner prior to arrival - both by email and by telephone and voicemail. I received absolutely no response at all. Unit was incredibly dusty. Though all the linens were clean and fresh - even warm from the dryer when we arrived. Noise from adjacent apt rental was also incredibly loud! Piano desperately needs tuning. Beautiful location and apt. Just requires a bit more care. Charging a cleaning fee for such a dusty place seem as if someone is being taken.

This was the perfect location for downtown Greenville. We were able to park the car and explore on foot for the entire weekend.

Very cool loft vibes. Great location if you want to be in the center of everything. Walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, general store, etc. It can be loud at night since you’re in the middle of the nightlife scene, but we didn’t mind this. Check in was confusing. Instructions need to be updated because they weren’t accurate and they were confusing. We rented in the middle of July and the apartment didn’t cool below 74 degrees. Even with the AC on it was 77/78 degrees during the afternoon hours. Not ideal if you like it to be cooler. It would have been nice to know about the AC prior to renting, because we wouldn’t have rented here, had we known. Other than that, the apartment had everything that we needed - plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, soap, kitchen items, etc.

Super location for us to walk to all we did in Greenville. Great site - classy, for taking our local friends for a 'last drink' at the end of the evening.

Great location downtown and beautifully appointed.

For the price, I was expecting the property to be slightly more upgraded. While the kitchen/main room is lovely, and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom off of the master is quite tight (the one downstairs is roomy) and the toilet runs often. It was definitely a great location and loved walking out the front door onto Main Street. It would have been nice to understand the number of stairs involved as two of us are in our sixties - so dragging bags was a challenge. Our host was super helpful but it was odd to get a scolding text because we had left a bag of trash next to the dumpster (true - it wasn't in a plastic bag but how were we to know) but the instructions clearly stated to leave it "next" to the dumpster. It wasn't scattering trash nor were we challenging guests so it felt odd to be told the neighbors had stated we left a bag of trash out. It felt creepy - as if we were being "watched". We got locked out of the loft at 1015 (check-out is at 11) on Sunday but thankfully, one of us was still inside tidying up. While the downtown area is "vibrant", the piano bar is immediately below/next to the loft so no matter the noise machine provided, you need to understand that this is a super noisy environment. The cable on the TV goes in and out - I suppose it has to do with the coverage downtown. Maybe we're not as cool as we thought but it was a bit overwhelming for us.

Nice enough I guess but not for the money. Upstairs bedroom needs a straight chair. Upstairs bathroom marginal vanity top space. Need better balanced heat/air upstairs vs down.

The condo was beautiful and exactly as described. The location was right downtown and walkable to restaurants. As other reviews have stated, it can be a little loud at night, however Greenville shuts down at 11 and the noise stops for the most part too. We highly recommend this property and location.

The loft on Main Street is beautiful. After a little trouble with getting into the 2 locked entries, we got into the loft. There are 2 bedrooms 2 baths; master is upstairs. Great view of Main Stree, but cannot open the windows. The kitchen area worked out well for the both of us. Just be sure to read directions on getting into the building. Back entrance is easier than street entrance, but back entrance is in alley-way. We would recommend this to others; the downtown location is perfect. Thank you William for all your help.

Parking was difficult for guest and minor issues with door entries but communication was fantastic by owner. The loft was beautiful.

This condo was perfect for our two night get away in Greenville. Close to everything. If felt so comfortable being there. Such a beautiful place to stay!
