loved the place and would rent again. if you have difficulty with stairs the kitchen and living room being on the top floor is a challenge.

We had a great time and the house had plenty of space. A lot of stairs to kitchen/living room which were a little tough on my elderly parents but otherwise everything was wonderful!

Perfect lake house getaway for our group of friends and family. Easy location to get to right off the highway. Great local bars and restaurants nearby. The spacious house was exactly what we needed for our large group, with plenty of places to sleep and hang out. It provided a variety of amenities including yard games, children’s toys, board games, a ping pong table, a fire pit with lawn chairs, gas grill, private dock on the lake, and more.
The property manager was very responsive, personable and overall easy to work with. They do a wonderful job of maintaining the house and put a lot of effort into making it a comfortable clean place to stay. Our group had an amazing time! Would highly recommend booking this house!!

Brittany made our vacation wonderful. She was the best in communicating with us with my many questions. Our family of 14 enjoyed the many toys, games, fire pit, pool, slip n slide at this residence. We went fishing, to the beach and rented a pontoon. It was a fun filled trip. Thanks again!

Great place for our family to meet for Christmas. Comfortable beds, clean place, lots of room and space. Good internet and cable to watch TV and surf the net. Cooking and kitchen was everything we needed. Three crockpots!! The house was easy to find and the owners answer messages and phone for questions and entry. Thanks for the memories!!

The house was great. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need. The owners were very nice. I enjoyed the upper balcony. Just a great place to sit, talk, have your morning coffee and enjoy yourself.

Edgerton was a great town. Excellent city pool.
House is close to two great spots lake view and the anchor.
Lake view had an excellent shallow beach that was very kid friendly. The anchor also has an excellent outdoor seating area where you can enjoy live music every weekend. The anchor also has a nice playground set that the kids loved. House is as advertised. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had.

This is a great place to stay! I highly recommend staying here for any age of traveler. I especially recommend staying here if you have children. They literally have everything you need if you are traveling with children, everything from toys to a high chair. The house is super clean and in a great location. I would definitely stay here again.

Big, beautiful, clean. Perfect home-like feel. It was very nicely appointed without feeling too fancy to really enjoy it. There’s plenty of space to spread out as well as places to gather. The balconies are delightful. The road noise is definitely loud, but it didn’t come as a surprise. I would come back to this place in a heartbeat!

The owner has thought of every need, Keurig AND coffee pot. Kitchen super stocked with pots, pans, crock pots and basic pantry items. The layout of the house was great. Bedrooms are downstairs where it was nice and cool for sleeping. Outdoor eating was terrific with plenty of room for all. There is so much to do in the area, wine tastings, supper clubs, biking and hiking trails, bars, restaurants and boating. Owner was very attentive to our needs. Our questions were promptly answered. This was a wonderful experience!!

We had a great time at this super clean, convenient to everything home on the Rock River. Our family came together to celebrate a milestone birthday--the home had everything we needed to make it a big success. Would definitely come back.

Amazing property that was super clean, and I was really impressed with how stocked it was: toys, chairs, patio, kitchen utensils, etc. Loved being close to several bars on the river. Loved hanging on the porch at night and enjoying the fire pit. It's a hike to get to the dock due to the yard size and road between them. The only con to the stay was the dock. We have a 19 foot boat that was oversized for the small dock. The dock was only about 12 ft and too close to shore, and there were no cleats for tying up overnight. Overall a great place that I would stay at again, but maybe without the boat next time.

Loved our stay at the house. Large and spotless. Plenty of room to spread out. Fantastic communication from the host! Enjoyed coffee on the upper deck in the morning, the large front yard with shade for family activities, and the fire pit at night. The house is fully stocked and exactly as described. Just down the road from “Floating Toy“ for a pontoon rental which was a great way to see the river and lake. Thanks again Brittany!

The house worked great for our family get-together with four
young children (ages 4 and younger). The space was excellent and the house was unbelievably well-stocked with games, toys, Pack & Plays, spaces to play, etc. The noise of close highway traffic was a bit distracting, but not a game-changer. Overall, a great stay!

We used this place for a guy's fishing weekend. It was perfect; spacious, clean, and comfortable. They all really enjoyed their stay and would recommend to others. The host was amazing!

This house has a lot of hangout space for adults and teens, and plenty of toys for kids. It’s very cozy, but it wasn’t well equipped with toilet paper and paper towels. Also, most of the dishes were dirty in the cabinets and drawers. Besides that, it’s a nice house for a big family getaway.

My friends and I were in town for the Milton College homecoming. We stayed at this great house. I loved the location easy to get to places. Clean and very comfortable. If we come back we definitely would like to,stay there again. Owner was easy to contact too

Well kept property, tons of stuff for our kids to do. Great front yard. If you have your own boat, pull up to the dock (we rented a pontoon, which is expensive, but the main attraction). Great communication from Brittany.

Amazing play room with closets full of toys. My 3 year old loved it. Great house for entertaining guests/family. Very clean and organized. Yes there is highway noise at night but it’s not terrible. We plan to be back for another visit in the future.

Awesome house with lots of space. Very cozy and clean. Great amenities like firepit and bbq, yard games etc. Very Close to expressway and tons of stores, couple of bars and McDonald’s. Nice deck for fishing. This is a very comfy home I will absolutely recommend for a family/friend get together. Owners were in constant communication and very accommodating. I Will definitely rent this hone again.

We traveled to WI for our son's graduation from UW and researched a lot of properties that would provide a place for us to gather together for a mini-vacation during this time. Impressed with the information on cleaning protocols and property amenities, our stay lived up to expectations and more! We were able to relax and visit, play games, cook and grill meals together, enjoy a campfire with s'mores, and a lawn area with beautiful trees, room for lawn games and even wildlife to include deer and a fox! It was also close enough to visit Madison, The International Crane Foundation in Baraboo, and just enjoy the river flowing by in front of the house. We'd definitely come back and recommend this great place to others!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely house. Huge living space that opens on to large verandah with great views especially with all the fall colors. Brittany was super attentive and helpful. Nice touches like labeling light switches and lots of information about the area. Highly recommend this property for couples or families any time of the year.

Perfect weekend get-a-away place for exploring the lake area. This rental property had all the comforts of home. The playroom had so many fun toys and provided a space for the small children to play in the house.
