Property is very nice. Setting, amenities and common areas are well maintained. Condition of unit is clean, but not well maintained. Kitchen bi-fold pantry door fell out of its track the first time it was opened. Was not secure, nor properly maintained. Wasps are 'nesting' in the sliding door track, so don't leave the door to the balcony open. When I alerted the owner about the pantry closet door they offered to have someone come by to repair. I declined the offer, asking that the repairs be done after I had vacated the unit. Am I expecting too much that doors not fall when used? Owner further suggested these kind of things happen 'sometimes.' I've worked in and around real estate for 30+ years (managing, leasing and sales), so I can usually tell when something has been neglected / not repaired properly. When I mentioned this to the owner, she suggested I focus on the property's beautiful views, the pool, the dock. Am I wrong to feel that I should not have to take time away from enjoying vacation time with my family to alert the owner of a defective pantry door (a courtesy) only to be told to look at the positives? I didn't appreciate her dismissive response. In summary, it is a very nice unit, but you'll do well to keep your expectations in check.

We met our daughter and her family for the weekend and had a wonderful stay. Comfortable, well equipped and perfect location! Poolside karaoke was fun and the pools and spa were clean and well maintained! Also, beautiful lake views with trails to walk. Definitely coming back!!! Thank you!!

Perfect place for our family during our short trip to Disney. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at this condo. The grandparents stayed at the condo to use the pool and chill while we hit the parks with the kids. The location was great - close to everything. We watched the fireworks from the parks at the balcony by the elevators. The room is right by the elevators, which was nice and easy to get our luggage in and out. We were comfortable in the condo. It could use some updating, but I think the price was a great value and we cared more about location and amenities like the pool/hot tub. The views were great from the balcony. The pool was heated so was still great on our cooler days. Would definitely stay again!

Upon check in as we were unpacking we realized that the place was not very clean. There were stains in the fridge, food left in the oven and microwave, and a thick layer of dust on the ceiling fans (we didn’t dare turn them on). When confronting the host on these issues she was rude and didn’t believe me, claiming that I had made it up in order to simply get a refund. We are owners of a STVR and would never do such a thing. Needless to say, we checked out early. We do not recommend this condo.

Pros: For the price this is a good value stay. Quiet rooms, spacious balcony, and great view. Full access to pool and other resort amenities. A few cons: The Oven in the kitchen does not get up to the specified temperature. I was unable to bake anything. The bunk-bed room is quite small and right next to the entrance, not ideal for little children. Saw a couple little critters here and there nothing substantial.

We were there for theme parks so didn’t spend a lot of time on site. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms with necessities, and kitchen facilities for quick breakfasts. 2 bedrooms with a 3rd area containing a bunk bed without a door or curtain so kinda weird and loud for those people. Only complaint is the tile flooring needs a good mopping between renters. Great 12th floor view facing east overlooking a lake so wonderful sunrises to start a day. The complex has a big heated pool and poolside bar but a way too small hot tub. Parking was ample and convenient. Easy to get to many restaurants, Disney World compound, souvenir shops and the freeway. 10-15 minute drive to Disney parking and 20 minutes to Universal.

Very nice property in Orlando. Amazing view!

Overall the property is located close to everything. You could also see all the disney fireworks off the front of the building. The place was perfect for our family for the week. Only would recommend small updating, but a great value, and super clean.

The condo was great! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for simple meal prep. Beautiful sunrise view from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

Property location was wonderful. Host was very friendly. Place was clean for the most part, although worn and dated. Oven temp really inaccurate so food took long time to cook. No supplies such as kitchen garbage bags. Grateful for coffee, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, shampoo, body wash and hand soap. Regrettably main pool closed along with pier to lake - pool was one of the reasons we booked this location

Just a short trip up for the weekend. The condo was clean and comfortable.

We stayed thru the weekend and it was such a wonderful stay. Everyone loves the firework shows from the theme parks we could see them from the balconies. Had everything you needed was clean and comfortable.

Close to parks and great owner to work with

Great apartment - it is huge! There were 4 of us, but it can easily fit 8 people, as there is an area off the entrance hall with bunk-beds, and a sofa-bed in the living area. Having 2 full bathrooms is such a bonus! The beds were so comfortable - we all slept really well! We agree with some other reviews that the furnishings are a little dated, but it doesn't matter - it's just somewhere to sleep, have breakfast and chill out for a while in the afternoons before going out for dinner. The nice big balcony, overlooking Lake Bryan, faces east, so a good place to see beautiful sunrises! There is a small gym in the building, but we didn't use it. We did go to the pool, which is lovely, and seemed to be very quiet most of the time. We visited the crazy golf place next door one evening, which was fun. There is a Starbucks and a Subway just a couple of minute's walk from the apartment block, MacDonalds and Walgreens across the road, and it's a short drive to several supermarkets, and less than 5 minutes drive to the Orlando Outlet Mall. The location could hardly be better for all the attractions - 5 minute drive to Disney Springs, 10 minutes to Epcot, less than 15 to the other Disney parks, and no more than 20 to Universal Studios. We would 100% stay here again, and thoroughly recommend it! Many thanks to the owners and management!

Beautiful property. Very roomy and convenient to EVERYWHERE Orlando as a city offers. Disney, Universal, Sea World. We even took a few moments and jet skied was one block from the Blue Heron. We will be returning for sure.

The condo was very nice with a wonderful view of the lake. Well stocked and clean. About the only problem I had was the internet connection was not secure so I could not connect with my business computer.

Wonderful location and perfect place for a family vacation with quick access to the parks. Only suggestion is upgrading the master mattress which is quite firm. Other than that….wonderful property and owner! Thank you!

Blue Heron is a perfect condo vacation! Super clean and extremely friendly staff. Any issues inside your condo are repaired immediately! My only complaint is rude and inconsiderate vacationers who don’t care how much noise they make on their condo balcony at all hours! There are posted quiet hours. A phone call to the Blue Heron Staff does quiet them down.

Condo was large and very clean! Located right off the elevator so easy access. The view was nice of small lake. Balcony was large with several chairs. Only complaint would be the living room couch/loveseat are uncomfortable. But overall good stay-would stay again!

Overall excellent. Great location. Nice place. Our only complaint was the lack of hot water to fill the incredible tub. Since we were busy we did not ask the manager about it. It's likely they have taken care of this, but it might be worth asking in advance if you plan to use the jetted tub. Overall excellent.

Convenient location for traveling to WDW and US via Uber. Pictures with fireworks are somewhat misleading as the balcony to view the fireworks is not part of the condo but next to the elevator. Condo had everything we needed but we did spend most of our time at the parks.

Unit was clean and view was nice. Pool and grounds were well kept and everyone we encountered was very friendly. Perfect Location for Disney and surrounding parks.

We could not have had a more perfect place to stay! The layout of the condo, the property itself, and the location were even better than we imagined. From morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise to the quiet, clean, and perfectly located property, we couldn't have been happier with our stay!
