I rented this unit with 4 other women for a long girls weekend in Montreal. We can not say enough good things about this place! The unit was clean and extremely spacious. The pictures are very accurate and there were no hidden problems, like in other rentals. The location was amazing with TONS of restaurants and bars in every direction. We either Uber'd or walked to everything and saw that the metro station was super close. There is a dollar store 50 feet away, where we purchased snacks. There are a few grocery/convenience stores for alcohol just a block or two away as well. We also felt very safe at night walking down the street in the area. We had a minor issue upon check-in with our access code not working. We called Yann and he immediately fixed the issue and made sure everything was working prior to hanging up. Management was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. The only issue we had was that the unit below us had children that were running back and forth while yelling late into the night. It was a little difficult to sleep but it got better the second night (perhaps they didn't realize anyone else was in the unit above). It did not ruin our experience and I would HIGHLY recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in a fun neighborhood with a more local feel.

Perfect for a fellas weekend in Montréal.

We were a group of 10 in town for a reunion. The location was great and the amenities were well stocked and easy to use.

This was a great place to stay and the owners were tremendous. The location was only a couple of minutes away from the subway station that connects you to everything. Great for a family stay as well.

We hosted our corporate team of ten in three of the Fab Four units. Clean condos, nicely appointed and great communication with management/host. Very steep staircase to each unit - would have preferred to see that front and center when booking. Would not be appropriate for seniors or those with physical limitations. Otherwise great stay!

My friends and i had a wonderful weekend in Montreal at this apartment. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the location couldn’t be beat. Will definitely come back if I’m in the city again.

Five of us stayed in this unit for the second time. It’s so lovely and well managed. Clean, air conditioning, has all the essentials, and nothing you don’t want! We’ll be back again next year. Super helpful owners.

In the heart of the Saint-Denis district with so many entertainment options. We preferred to cook and BBQ for our family with great kitchen and deck and equipment. The rooms were lovely. We will return!

Great location, layout and fabulous outdoor terrace that provides an extra room for people to gather. It was very hot during our visit, so we would suggest a couple more fans for more of the rooms (AC works well). Highly recommended as a landing spot for a visit to the Plateau and the mountain!

The property was excellent. The rooms were ample, the use of space comfortably designed with great light! It was generously filled with supplies;, i.e. soap, toilet paper, paper towels, detergents. The hosts helpful and friendly and efficient. We had a great time and will recommend it to friends .

A very large, clean and modern apartment with plenty of space for everyone. Well equipped kitchen and full laundry if needed. Great location near metro and many good restaurants are only steps away. We had a large snow storm one day during our visit, so would recommend not putting any light sleepers in the front bedroom facing the main street as the snow removal crews work late at night and make a lot of noise. You can tell the owners and managers really care about their apartments, very professional and a pleasure to deal with. They even contacted us the day of check-in to let us know the apartment was available early, which was a very nice gesture.

Our family loved this apartment and had a very positive experience with the owners/managers, who are highly responsive and thoughtful. The space is beautiful, elegant without being fussy, comfortable and very functional for a family. The location - 2 blocks from the metro and close to tons of restaurants - is ideal. So much better than the more "sterile" downtown area where most hotels are located. The place was spotless when we arrived and totally cozy despite wickedly cold weather and a blizzard. Steep stairs and parking a few blocks away may be a little challenging for those with babies/strollers - but the beautiful location and amenities more than make up for this. If you want a cosmopolitan apartment where you can enjoy the pulse of the city, this is it. Top notch.

Beautiful apartment, nicely appointed, excellent light, great location. Appreciated extras including a decorated Christmas tree (a wonderful surprise for the holiday!), beautiful kitchen equipped for cooking and easy walk to grocery stores, washer and dryer. Two flights up was slightly difficult for an older person in our party, but we appreciated indoor stairs. Wonderful patio would be great to enjoy in warmer seasons.

Great property and location. Owners had many amenities which was nice. Pillows a bit too firm but overall a nice unit. Couldn’t find a dust pan and brush. Would definitely go back if I get the chance. Montreal is an amazing city xoxo

We are very impressed by this property. From the minute we entered the door it felt like home. It is beautiful decorated, looks just like the photos. It is fully stocked with plenty of towels, coffee and kitchen cookware and utensils. We appreciated having a full size washer and dryer for our family of 6. It has tall ceilings, which make it feel even bigger than it is. Dealing with MTL Vacation rentals was easy and they are very professional and detailed to explain everything about the unit. They have a great detailed book outlining restaurants, grocery stores and much more. We loved the location, easy to walk to shopping, coffee and great restaurants. It's a beautiful neighborhood, we felt safe and everyone in the businesses were so friendly. We highly recommend this property and would rent again when we come back to Montreal.

We were a party of 6 traveling after a cruise and the Plateau Mont-Royal property was the perfect fit for us. Clean and spacious. Good spaces to kick back and relax. Excellent kitchen, though we admittedly didn't do much cooking. Nice neighborhood with many good eateries and close to the Metro. Thank you for the excellent laundry, it was well used and greatly appreciated. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms modern and clean. We'd happily stay again.

I've just returned from a wonderful long weekend visiting Montreal with my college roommates. We are seven women and felt right at home in this apartment - it's spacious, clean, well accommodated and even roomier than I expected. We enjoyed the ability to use the deck, though didn't have a chance to BBQ (because there are so many fabulous restaurants in MTL!). Le Plateau is a really great location, we walked to many of our destinations and also loved the convenience of the Metro being so close. Marty was attentive and helpful when we arrived. All in all it was a great experience and we would highly recommend it!

My friends and I stayed the weekend at Fab Four and we couldn’t have been happier. Great location right on Saint Denis—close to everywhere we wanted to go. The flat is clean and well decorated (looks just like it does in the pictures) and has even more space than I thought. The patio is especially nice! Check in and out was very easy and the place was spotless when we arrived. It is stocked very well with everything you need—no shortage of towels! I would absolutely recommend this to any group staying in Montreal. We will be back for sure!
