Our small business group spent the weekend encouraging each other in business strategies as well as networking with each other. This house provided the perfect venue for a perfect weekend.

The house was big enough for all 16 of us. We did have some issues with the cleanliness. One of the beds had hair in the sheet, and another room had a dirty pillowcase. A bathroom had mol in shower, there was a lot of dust on the window shades and I don’t think behind the headboards have ever been cleaned. There was no propane for fire pit but we didn’t try the pit until the day before we left. I have been renting vacation homes for years and have always had some things left behind l such as salt and pepper, aluminum foil, trash bags, spices, etc. that really wasn’t that big a deal . Overall I would give the house a 7 out of 10.

The house was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room for all of us! The management was very responsive for any minor issue. Would rent from them again any time!

Plenty of room for 3 families of 14 total, All necessities, Lots of parking, I would definitely stay again. Dang near perfect !

Overall very nice cabin. Loved having 2 masters on main level w/ king beds & private en suites. Nice having upper & lower levels as well so family can have their own private space when needed. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed except the Kurieg was broken. Called the office, had to leave a msg. & was lunchtime b4 someone showed up, but without a Kurieg. Had to go purchase one myself. A larger kitchen space would have been nice when having multiple people in kitchen. Lighting on main floor needs to be improved, especially in the kitchen. Outside lights are all motion sensor, which isn't always good when needing the lights to stay on. Especially at the front door with the extra 2-step step down which catches you off guard when you can't see them due to lighting. Not safe for older folks. Overall the cabin was clean, but needed some more attention. Found confetti throughout the cabin, broken strings from balloons on the upstairs railing and some busted balloons. All sheets weren't on the beds, and found that some towels were put up damp. All the blinds (except on the doors) were found pulled halfway up on the bottom, and they were hard to get down. I would recommend this cabin, but ask if any improvements had been made first, and hopefully the cleaning service is doing a better job for them.

It was okay for the price, very different from my expectations. But overall had a great time.

Perfect location in Pigeon Forge for family getaway.

Process was easy

In the heart of Pigeon Forge. Five minute drive to anything in area. Cabin was clean and beds were comfy. Plenty of space for 11 adults. Easy check in and check out procedures. Lovely wooded area. Nice decks. Quiet. Exactly what we were looking for. Will rent this again!

This house was able to fit our family perfectly. 2 rooms with queen size beds for all the kids and a restroom to share. 5 rooms with private restrooms. Spacious living room but the weather was a bit hot for us to enjoy the porch area. Kitchen was a bit small. The cleaning could had been done better. Overall, we were able to spend family-fun-filled days at this cabin.

Very close to everything! Felt like you were up in the mountains but it was a 2 min drive out of the neighborhood. Found dog hair from previous renters so floors could have been cleaner but overall it was a great stay and suited our group of 6 couples perfectly.

Very convenient for family vacation…

Nice cabin. Very spacious but dusty and the outdoor fireplace didn't work. The shower curtains needed attention. Either wash them or replace them.

Property and listing not bad but the things listed should have been working upon arrival.

We had a really good time, the kitchen was fully equipped to prepare any type of food, one the best cabin that we have been.

House was as described, but for the rate that was charged - it was lacking. The house is not clean - needs a deep clean to get rid of dust and stains in the bathrooms Shower curtain is moldy Not efficient amount of toilet paper. Rolls that were on the holders were not full rolls and there was not extra toilet paper in any of the bathrooms Outdoor fireplace does not work Jacuzzi is hard to operate and was not heated prior to our arrival. Took 24 hours to heat. No garbage bags Wine opener is broken - just letting you know this. Your maid service is not doing an adequate job cleaning.. If this was my rental property I would not be happy with the way it is "not" being cleaned.

the property was overall amazing for the amount of people we had. everything was clean and nicely stored. the only thing that could have been a little better was the cleanliness of the hot tub. but our overall stay was great and would recommend,

La ubicación es excelente para ir a cualquier lugar de entretenimiento o tienda, es bastante amplia y cómoda; solo mejoraría la limpieza de la propiedad y cambiaría algunas cosas que ya no funcionan o estan rotas por algunas nuevas. Además, la comunicación no es muy práctica antes de llegar al lugar. Pero sin duda es un lugar para disfrutar unas grandes vacaciones en familia y amigos.

Overall, great. House keeping could do a better job at sweeping up the animal hair before the next guest. Cabin has roach bugs. Hot tub was really low on water and no water hose to refill. Electric blower on fireplace caught fire, thank goodness we were still awake and were able to put it out. However, there is enormous amount of space to play games, eat, watch movies, sleep. Less than 5 minutes from Pigeon Forge. Easy check in, out.

We had a great stay !! Cant wait to come back .

Great, great location

I rented this cabin for my wife Birthday hoping to have a good time with family. The cabin was not clean when we got there, there was dirty linen in a big garbage bag left from the last group, clothes left, floor dirty, bloody sheets on the bed in one of the bedrooms, called the property manager to complain, reception was terrible had to communicate threw emails. door handle was broken to the deck, the fire pit didn't work complain several times, the only thing that was corrected was the linen. The last day of our stay we saw roaches in the kitchen so we had to throw away a lot of food that we couldn't take home re checked our luggage before putting it in our vehicles. I would not recommend this cabin to anyone find a better place to spend your hard earned money my trip was may 19 threw the 25th 2021 and I still haven't received a call or a email from management til this day and it's June 6th 2021. Very disappointing.

Loved the chalet but just to many units to close and not enough parking. 22 person unit with 4 parking spots. Great location and great time but parking is an issue.

My family enjoyed our stay at this cabin and we would definitely stay again.

My family and friends checked into the cabin on Thursday. Friday morning, one couple woke up to the worst thing imaginable, bed bugs. I instantly called the reservation line, which told me they would contact pest control. We waited over an hour before I had to call again and ask what was taking so long. Hop on arrival, pest control advised because we flushed the bed bug, it was nothing he could do because we didn’t have evidence. We showed pictures and he down played it as a “Carpet Beetle”. The cabin is all wood, no carpet. He advised he would bomb the room, and if any, they would come out. Well, that’s exactly what they did. Then he advised we would have to leave the cabin for 4-5 hours while they cleaned the room. Called guest services and they did not offer us anything, just told us they were booked and to leave the property. We were a family of 19. The room was then cleaned, and they only offered a refund for one night. We will NEVER stay at this property again. Please be mindful when you book.
