We came to Savannah for Mother’s Day weekend. This was the perfect location for us. Centrally located to the parks, restaurants, and shopping. The house was beautiful and easily accommodated us. We will definitely keep this house in mind for future visits to Savannah.

My siblings and spouses came to Savannah to see the Eighth Air Force Museum and to honor our Dad who was a Flight Engineer/Top Turret Gunner in a B 24 in WWll. The home was amazing! Perfect for everyone. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were deluxe! The location was perfect and we walked everywhere in downtown Savannah after our day at the museum. We loved the rooftop deck and hung out there every evening. None of us would hesitate to stay there again or recommend this property!

10 adult friends for a long weekend in Savannah and this home was PERFECT. Extremely clean, well maintained and amazing location. We will all come back again.

Stayed at the Brigham for my daughter's Savannah wedding and we were very pleased! The home had everything we needed, was well-decorated, clean, comfortable, and very spacious. The view from the rooftop of downtown Savannah is amazing and the location was fantastic for walking around the historic area. The host was quick to respond to questions and super easy to book with! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We were very pleased with this property and our stay in Savannah. Initially, there was a problem with the elevator but this was fixed promptly. The place is huge and equipped well for any group. It has an amazing kitchen - complete with all items required for just about any extravaganza - along with a large dining table and very comfortable and spacious living room. Equally, all the bedrooms were very well equipped and spacious. This is a glorious place for a group visit. We only had 3 issues that require some attention. Not all the TVs worked, particularly the main TV in the living room. There are many TVs in the property but the remotes were all mixed up and often didn't match the TV in that room, which greatly exacerbated the difficult situation. A second problem was that the door to the hall bathroom on the 4th floor didn't close properly. And finally, we would have liked some instructions about where to put the trash as well as any comments on recycling. Overall, it was a fabulous place that I can recommend highly.

This was a great place for 10 cousins to spend 5 days. The king size beds, the roof top and elevator were key! Great location. Walked to everything but the Bonaventura cemetery. It’s a great find and we all loved it. Can’t go wrong!

This home exceeded our expectations! It is absolutely the perfect home that allows the space and privacy for all. The rooftop was an added bonus! And, conveniently right above the famous Six Pence Pub! We loved our stay! And, Gina was excellent in responding to my inquiries and so welcoming. Thank you, Gina! Now our favorite retreat in Savannah!

This apartment was perfect for our family to gather and explore Savannah. It is located in the heart of historic downtown. We all loved the open floor plan and the bedrooms were spacious; comfortable, and quiet. The building is so well constructed; no street noise was audible. We will be back!

The house is gorgeous and very clean. It is walking distance to every where and has a great bar/restaurant right downstairs! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Of all the places we have rented on VRBO, this might be the best of all time. Great location, and beautiful home.

9 people from Colorado and Texas. Location was in the historic district, reserved parking behind property but were able to walk to great restaurants, historical tours, arts and museums. Kitchen was well furnished with equipment, multiple washer/driers on different floors. Property has elevator for luggage and supplies, but we used the stairs to get around the property. Best breakfast was at Collin Qtr in Forsythe Park; best dinner Olde Pink House, Vic's on the river a close 2nd. Highly recommended VRBO.

We were here for a wedding. The location was perfect loved being close to the river. We walked everywhere. The house was amazing

We all agree that the house only added to the enjoyment of our time together. Perfect location on a beautiful tree lined street with the ever welcoming Six Pence Pub below. The bathrooms were most accommodating with huge showers and lots of counter space. A European ambiance welcomed us on to the rooftop deck. Views of church steeples, onion dome tops-accompanied by bells ringing was a delight. We skipped cooking, but if there’s a chef in your group, you’re all set. Gina, the contact person, was always available and answered any questions. Love your enthusiasm Gina! The elevator came in handy transporting our luggage. It could be a little challenging at times. Make sure to close all of the out side doors tightly when exiting the elevator. Lots of shopping nearby. Try the Pink House restaurant for a special occasion. You can’t go wrong with this place.

I rented this place to celebrate a birthday for a group of women. I tend to be a picky traveler and generally prefer hotels for our family travels because I like the amenities of hotels. But I wanted a unit that provided group spaces as well as options for privacy if needed. This rental was actually even better than I expected! For starters, the location cannot be beat. It is in the heart of the historic district. It is beautiful and quiet, and really didn't feel touristy. Hearing the trolleys occasionally drive by just added to the charm of both Savannah and this unit. We had a full itinerary and walked everywhere, we never needed the car that was parked safely in the one spot provided. The rental was immaculate, gorgeous and spacious. Every bedroom was perfectly appointed and the en suite bathrooms were huge! We never needed anything during our stay but I'm sure the property manager would have helped us immediately. I would love to rent this unit again with a group of couples or my family, it was just that perfect.

Property and location are great. The internet barely works and is not reliable. Main gathering TV did not work

This house did not disappoint. We had a few small maintenance issues checking in but the property manager was fantastic and took care of everything. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The luxurious bedding made for a great nights sleep. The restaurant downstairs had fabulous food and service. The home is located within walking distance to everything. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 5 nights for my daughter’s destination wedding in Savannah. The property could not have been more perfect! Every room was beautiful and clean. The property had rarely seen little touches like outlets on all the nightstands for device charging, more than enough towels, kitchen supplies, etc. It was also in a perfect location for our wedding and reception venues and so many great coffee shops, boutiques and restaurants all so close. The parking spaces provided made it even better!! We loved it and didn’t want to leave! We will definitely be back!!

Wow! What a breathtaking property! It is beautifully maintained, clean, and tastefully decorated throughout. Two of us had foot/knee injuries and so the elevator was a huge plus. The roof deck was amazing! We loved our whole experience staying here, and would definitely return. 5 stars!

FROM THE ROOFTOP TO THE LIVING AREAS IT WAS JUST PERFECT. WE HAD A BLAST.

5 bedrooms 5 baths large living rooms and two kitchens. Fabulous property perfect location. Walking distance to anywhere. The 6Pence Pub on the ground level an added bonus. Scheduled a catered dinner for 10 with pantry- chef highly recommended. Gina excellent communication at the property. It’s our #1 choice for future visits.

Brigham is a wonderful olde house that's been beautifully remodeled with more than enough room for our 4 couples. It still has bits of novelty /nuance from the original house which was MOST appealing! The location is amazing! We walked to all our restaurants for dinners and it is SO pretty there. Also, lots of history to learn about. We would definitely stay in The Brigham again sometime. And Gina, the prop mgr, was SO helpful everytime i called her!

The house is simply amazing!! Incredibly beautiful property in the heart of historic Savannah!! Can’t say enough great things!! From the gourmet kitchen, the fantastic rooms, and the top notch furnishings…this house is worth every penny!! Can’t wait to stay again!

This home is by far the most beautiful, well furnished, and conveniently located home we have ever stayed in. The location cannot be beat, the views from the rooftop are epic, you are a short walk, or quick uber from just about anywhere in town. The home is comfortably decorated and has just enough of the historic charm to make you feel like you are living your best life. Don't expect any dry goods other than S&P, if that, but there is a Krogers just 1/2 mile away and plenty to eat in nearby shops. If you have a car there is a Walmart and Sams only 15 mintues away. We could not have been happier with every aspect of the home. Everyone in our group was thrilled with how beautiful everything was and we had friends stop by for a drink that were staying close by in another rental and they were very jealous : ) They could not believe how roomy and gorgeous our home was compared to theirs. This home will be on their radar the next time they visit. The hosts were easy to communicate with and the home was spotless upon our arrival. The directions for access and parking are long and a little confusing until you get there and get your bearings, but all of the information you need is provided. We will never forget our time here as everyone had a space to chill if they wanted to, but PLENTY of space to gather together for meals and visiting. I have stayed in many rental properties and I am sure this one will remain on the top of our list. Saving up for our next visit now, a true gem!

We had a wonderful trip. We celebrated our parent’s 50th wedding anniversary in the beautiful city of Savannah GA. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful home!

This place looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean, large open spaces for gathering and an amazing rooftop deck. Beds were very comfortable and even though in the heart of downtown Savannah it wasn’t noisy. The pub downstairs is a must visit and you are in easy walking distance to so many restaurants, squares and the river walk. The host was easy to contact and we had no issues during our stay. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Bringham! We were there for a girls weekend- there were 9 of us that were college friends who met up for the weekend in Savannah and this was the more perfect place for our stay! The house was clean and decorated beautifully and in an amazing location! Highly recomend this property!
