The house was comfy. It fit all 10 of us and never felt cramped. Did have an issue with the upstairs tub not draining but did find some drano to help clear it out

The house was amazing for our group of 10 in town for a wedding! The pool and hot tub were a hit with kids and adults. Jody was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This house has everything you will ever need. Six of us went down on a work/sports couples trip and we love this place! The beds are extremely comfortable, the house was clean, lots of linen and we were able to watch our Canadian Football Eastern Semi-Final on the big screen (Go Riders!). The outside has a hot tub that fit all 6 of us, a pool that was a nice escape from the heat of the hot tub and a pool table/ping pong table. We were a short half hour drive to the American Airlines Arena, The JFK assassination site and AT&T Stadium. We enjoyed all 3 events! We do a lot of travel and would highly recommend this home to anyone in the Dallas area. Thank so much Jody!

Your house was the perfect destination for our entire family to get together. Due to life in general, it has been three years since we've all been under the same roof. All the amenities were as described and completely enjoyable. The kids loved the pool and adults loved the hot tub. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home!!!

WE WERE A GROUP OF LADIES IN TOWN FOR THE OFF THE RAILS FESTIVAL WE ENJOYED THE HOUSE SO MUCH WE DIDN'T EVEN GO BACK TO THE FESTIVAL SUNDAY NIGHT WE JUST STAYED AT THE HOUSE AND ENJOYED THE MOVIES AND POOL AND HOT TUB, THE POOL TABLE IS A ADDED BONUS. IT WAS A GREAT TIME, THE HOUSE IS GORGEOUS THE PICTURES ON HERE DON'T DO IT JUSTICE, SUPER CLEAN AND EVERYTHING YOU NEED. THE OWNERS ANSWERED EVERY CONCERN WE HAD, CHECK IN WAS SUPER EASY THE CODE WORKED THE FIRST TIME, I SAY THAT BECAUSE WE HAVE HAD ISSUES AT HOUSES IN THE PAST, BUT NOT THIS ONE. ANYONE COMING TO DALLAS OR SURROUNDING AREA SHOULD STAY HERE EASY ACCESS TO EVERY WHERE YOU WOULD WANT TO GO!!!!! WE HAD A BLAST AND WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK IN THE FUTURE. ONE MORE THING I HAD TO WORK WHILE HERE AND THE INTERNET IS OFF THE CHART FAST. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING YOUR BEAUTIFUL HOME WITH US JODY AND PAT....

Big beds and rooms, TVs, stocked kitchen, and entertainment! Our group really enjoyed the hot tub, grill, and pool table. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for our sons wedding & we enjoyed our stay at the property very much. Great patio, hot tub & pool, although we didn't really have a chance to use it as much as we wanted. It has easy access to the main highway & easy to get to with a grocery store just down the street. It was within minutes of the church & wonderful downtown McKinney. The only issues were a couple of burnt out light bulbs. The owners stayed in contact with us the entire stay by using the Home Away app (highly recommended) & they responded to our messages quickly. This is the place we recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in McKinney, Texas. Our stay was well worth the price. Thank you Jody & Patrick!

My family of 9 (8 adults and 1 child) decided to rent a home together during our visit for our brother's graduation. We were all impressed with the layout, decor and space. It was perfect. The bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable. It was a short drive to Plano, TX and the drive into Dallas was pretty quick, too (about 35 minutes). Plus it was right off the main highway for super easy access. (Texas Highways are crazy!) Jody was super quick to respond to my questions and requests prior to our stay - which made coordinating with family arriving from 5 different cities so much easier. Thanks for adding to the relaxation of our weekend away which was already jam packed with places to be and people to see! I will say that in the winter the downstairs does get a bit chilly! My niece slept on the futon (which she said was pretty comfy) and I slept on an air mattress in that room on the floor...Everyone upstairs was toasty and we were freezing. Overall, Great Home Away from Home and Responsive Owners!

Some of the most comfortable VRBO beds I've experienced! Great layout and very nice backyard. No fence around the pool so keep an eye on the kids.

We have 3 small children under the age of 11 and they loved the house and especially the pool. There were pool toys and sunscreen set out for us which was a nice touch. Everything was very clean. There was shampoo/conditioner and body wash available as well. Note: All the bedrooms were on the second floor so privacy for mom and dad was a bit tricky, but swimming makes them very tired. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, cups, etc, but we didn't cook. The coffee maker isn't easy to use; a small drip style machine would be better. The grocery store is super close to that was very convenient. Overall this was a great place to stay and play. If you stay make sure to eat at El Felix for great Tex-mex.

This house was absolutely perfect for my in-laws' first visit to Dallas. There was plenty of room to accommodate the 5 adults and the bedrooms were very sizable! We absolutely loved the pool with waterfall and hot tub! It felt very private and lush with lovely landscaping. While we were there, we made use of the well stocked kitchen and cooked steaks on the smoker grill. If we needed any supplies, the grocery store was practically next door. When we did decide to go sightseeing in Dallas, it was an easy drive down Hwy 75. Jody and Patrick responded quickly to any questions while we were there. Overall, this house had everything we could want and everyone had a great time! Thanks Jody and Patrick for making our stay so memorable!! Marietta
