Everything about this property and stay was great. The only downfall was the checkin process. We had trouble getting through the gates for parking because our name was not on file and then the front desk had no record of us on file while trying to check in. I showed confirmation and everything. For about 15 minutes I panicked that I was scammed and would have to find another location to stay. Once resolved by me emailing the host and then calling the owner to call the resort, we were checked in. It was a very stressful way to start off our trip.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. Our boys, ages 10 & 12 loved the pools and the mini golf green. The location was close enough to Busch Gardens & Water Country USA as well as Colonial Williamsburg. The property was quiet and the staff was very personable.

We got all the benefits of owning a timeshare without having to own a timeshare! This is a very spacious two bedroom apartment at the Club Wyndham Governor’s Green property. There was so much to love for our family of 5. Tons of space in the rooms for luggage and kid stuff. We never felt cramped in the living area or kitchen. We found a lot of basics in the kitchen, soap, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, sponge, salt/pepper, coffee, filters, creamer, and sugar. They also provided beach towels. The pools were never crowded and our kids really liked the gentle sloped entry. There's a walking path and at night they have a massive gas fire pit. Never got around to the mini golf, volleyball, or tennis but they all looked like nice facilities. We were told that there were a couple 90 minute timeshare presentations each day that we could attend and get a free gift if we were interested. I said thanks and that was the end of the discussion. Zero pressure. We did not do the presentation because we didn't want to take the time and we know we can come back through Vrbo any time we want. We spent three days at Williamsburg which was super close, and had two beach days. Yorktown beach was small and calm, perfect for our 5-year old. Buckroe beach was much larger and it had waves. My 7 and 11 year olds had a blast there. Buckroe had lifeguards. Watch out for jellyfish at both. We will definitely be back!

This was a great property. Loved that it included all amenities with pools, mini golf, billiards and activities. Everyone enjoyed the stay!! Staff was very helpful!

We had a great experience booking this three bedroom condo through Vrbo. Club Wyndham Governor's Green in Williamsburg, Virginia is a timeshare resort and you will be pressured at check-in to set up a time for their presentation. Check-in was very easy at first but became frustrating when they handed me off to another person to get our resort wristbands, who then handed us off to another person so that she could program the wrist bands. They intentionally delay programming the wrist bands so that they have a chance to try and rope you into a time share. You will need to say NO firmly and repeatedly, but they will finally program the wrist bands and send you on your way. Just tell them you are in town for a funeral, all-in-all check in took 5 minutes. Very clean room, elevator worked fine. Dining close by and not too far from Water Country USA and Colonial Williamsburg. We plan to stay here again in the future.

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a Presidential Suite. The place was huge so we were able to spread out. The rooms were very clean, the beds were great and the kitchen had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool. Unfortunately, we were only in town for two nights, but we wished we could have stayed longer.

Loved the condo.. had all the comforts of home. The resort was beautiful! Loved the pool, main resort building and amenities.. kids loved beach volleyball and tennis. The fire pit was great at night. Highly recommend

After a full day at the amusement parks or colonial Williamsburg, the resort is the perfect place to relax.The grandkids loved the main pool area and when they had enough, I was able to spend some “me time “ in the adult tranquil pool.

This resort is absolutely beautiful. Perfect for a family! Kids loved swimming and putt-putt, adults loved the ability to relax and be comfortable, and we all appreciated the proximity to the tourist attractions in the area! Again, cannot say enough how beautiful this property is!

We enjoyed our stay, it was a perfect combination of things to do (pool, mini golf, game room)in the evenings after a long day visiting Williamsburg. Friendly staff and clean accommodations. The only thing I didn't realize was that it was a timeshare but it wasn't too hard to decline.

We were aware when booking that a condo was assigned on the day of arrival, and that we would likely be solicited for a timeshare. We got a call at 2:30 on our arrival day (check-in is at 4) that they were overbooked and would need to move us to another nearby property (despite the fact that we had booked 3 months ago), and would call us back directly with details. I called back 2 hours later when I had not heard, and got the same story. I called again at 5:30, hoping we could check in, and was told they would call back ASAP. We did get an immediate call-back that time asking us to come to the original property. They booked us into a larger condo than we had reserved, and it was very nice. The concierge was very helpful in pointing out good restaurants, and was persistent but polite when I refused the timeshare presentation (I had to do so 3 times, but I was prepared for that). Overall, the condo was wonderful, and I very much appreciated how well designed the accessible condo we ended up in was. The staff were friendly, the grounds were nice and the pools were excellent. We loved the location and our time at Williamsburg.

Great location, easy to get to Busch gardens and good restaurants. Easy check in, friendly staff, and great amenities on site — pool is perfect for little ones.

They were great! We ran into a car issue and the staff was so gracious and helpful. The rental was perfect for our needs! The kids loved the pool. The location was very convenient to all our activities.

We went for a family vacation and there was 6 of us. My daughter, son in law and my two grandchildren. The kids had so much fun at the pool as it was super hot that week. Everything was very clean and beautiful. The staff was super friendly and right there to help when we needed it. We would love to make this a tradition every year!

The property was perfect for my 60th birthday celebration. It accommodated my guests perfectly. We had a wonderful dinner, games, and entertainment. All my guests and family enjoyed themselves. My family who came from out of town loved their room. Thank you.

This place far exceeded anything I had imagined. From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made us all feel welcomed. The condo was by far the cleanest unit that I have ever stayed in. I went on a trip with 4 kids and 2 adults and it was just perfect.

This condo apartment was lovely for our family of six while we visited Jamestown, Yorktown and Colonial Williamsburg. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had great pots, pans, pyrex, big bowls and cooking utensils in addition to plates, bowls, cups, etc. The pool was fun and the gym on site was sufficient. We would totally stay here again if we were in the area!

Overall sufficient for our needs. Resort is a little run down and elevator not functioning in our building during our stay.

This was our 2nd time going. I love the convenience of having a full kitchen as well as a washer and dryer in the room. The rooms are clean. I always do a little cleaning when I arrive to sanitize doors, remotes, and the tubs but there has not been anything about the place that has grossed me out. There are plenty of plates, glasses etc. There is cookware and utensils but the pot holders are an issue. They are a definite hazard. Honestly, that’s my only complaint. We did quite a bit of cooking to avoid eating out our entire vacation. You are very conveniently located near Busch Gardens and Water Country. We utilized the indoor pool as well since there was quite a bit of rain on our trip. I would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent place for a family stay.

This was a perfect place to stay for a family - it was very clean, had everything we needed (including a clubhouse with indoor and outdoor pools, games for the kids and a movie night) and the location was perfect. We were close to Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown. I would highly recommend.

This resort was fantastic for our family needs on a short vacation. When we first arrived they gave us condo that the balcony was being worked on and we werent going to be able to use... so i called and they immediatly fixed it and we got a closer condo to the pools etc. This resort was close to all the places we had planned to go. The rooms were spacious, nice, and clean. The pools were nice and the extras were nice for teenagers. They loved the mini golf and other games. Will definitely recommend!

This property was great! Extremely clean and spacious with lots of starter supplies. We were there for William and Mary graduation and it was perfect for our needs.
