The condo is very well supplied with necessary items (laundry detergent, paper towels, hand and bath soap, etc.) The location is great for walking to everything in Downingtown Greenville. We biked the Swamp Rabbit Trail every day - an easy ride to the trail from the unit. Our favorite restaurants were Coffee Underground for breakfast, Swamp Rabbit Cafe and Grocery for lunch, and The Lazy Goat for dinner. Loved our time in Greenville and found this condo to be perfect for us.

The unit was laid out very well and functional. It had everything you would need to make for a great stay in Greenville. The unit was right in the middle of everything downtown, food, entertainment, shopping and much more. I would definitely recommend this rental and I will definitely stay again if available.

I surprised my wife for her birthday with a weekend trip to downtown Greenville. The condo was absolutely amazing. My wife loved it. It was super clean and the location was perfect. We never had to get back in our car once we parked. Every place that we went to was in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

In the heart of downtown, this was a really nice location. We enjoyed walking right out to Main street and taking in everything downtown Greenville had to offer. Owner was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. We would definitely consider staying here again.

I am famous for booking rooms for our vacations and when we arrive the room is no where near to the picture used in the ad. This time I hit the jackpot! Our room was everything that I saw in the ad and more. If we return to Greenville next year, I will reserve a room for our stay. I will recommend you for sure.

You can’t beat the location and the ease of access to this unit! We stayed for nine days, and it was equipped nicely for that extended length of time. I’ve been here several times and would stay again and again!

Perfect place to stay for an event or weekend in downtown Greenville. Everything was clean, nice, and comfortable. There is some street noise, but that’s to be expected right on Main Street and it wasn’t bad enough to make us lose any sleep. Also, there are some city garages that are free on weekends right nearby.

Everything about the stay was awesome! Loved hanging out on the patio…the location was perfect!

Attended for a getaway. Artisphere weekend right down the street. Farmers market just below condo- super easy walk to everywhere, never needed my car. GREAT restaurants in the area. Not quiet on the balcony but can' t hear noise inside.

Condo was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated. Well stocked kitchen. Spent lots of time on balcony overlooking shops and street. Was walking distance from everything. We were in town to see show at Peace Center. Not only easy quick walk to there but went down to the park and walked along river. Easy check in, very safe with security measures in place. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the condo was comfortable. The deck was great for enjoying the afternoon sun and people watching.

You can't find a better location to experience Greenville. We could walk in any direction and find more restaurants than we could count and plenty to do. Great spot, perfectly comfortable, would rent again.

We had a great stay at this apartment last weekend. The manager was very responsive, the apartment was spotless, and it was great being so close to tons of restaurants and all that downtown has to offer.

We rented this condo for my 40th birthday. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Centrally located for a ton of food and shopping choices. The condo was very clean! When I realized that I missed our checkout Justin was very understanding (again I’m soooo sorry!!!). We brought our bicycles with us and did the swamp rabbit trail. Made for an excellent Sunday activity. 10/10 would recommend
